Nikita (8/5): The room is nice but the staff horrible. - So the room “familia” was nice, clean (apart from some long hair in the sheets), bed was cozy, soap was available. Location is convenient. We were welcomed by the owner who seems to be very cold person, we arrived 45min earlier but had to wait right outside the entrance door till 15:00 for check in, the owner said they are still cleaning the room but that was an obvious lie. We were offered to leave the baggage there before check in for 5€ but we decided not to. The walls are paper thin, we could hear the owner snoring at night. In the morning you can hear the whole family doing their thing. At 8am they start loudly cleaning the rooms and at 9:55 they come knocking on the door that it’s time to check out.

Carole (5/5): Très moyen. - L'emplacement. Près du quartier historique et populaire. Propre. Luxe que de nom mais pour le prix il ne fallait pas s'attendre à du 3 étoiles. Pas de savon ni de shampoing, un fauteuil cassé, la peinture abîmée. Un accueil minimum. Nous avons attendu 10 minutes pour qu'on nous ouvre puis nous avons apercu65 minutes la femme de ménage. Le petit déjeuner compris se résume à un café et un croissant dans un bar à 150m.

Allez ailleurs ! - Emplacement malgré rue assez malfamée Propriétaires agressifs et malhonnêtes… ils m’ont fait payer pour laisser mon bagages quelques heures avant le Check in, chambre horrible et insalubre sans fenêtre, très humide avec des problèmes de douches qui fuient, bruits de l’entrée collee, ils parlent fort et à 10h petante du matin ils hurlent et tapent à la porte de façon pour faire le ménage en menaçant de ne faire payer un supplément,

Annie P (6/5): À améliorer - La proximité du centre historique et des petits commerces de quartier. Nous avons rarement rencontré le personnel, manque de consignes sur la gestion du quotidien pour un séjour d'une semaine (que faire des poubelles ? Changement des serviettes de bain, pas de rajout de papier toilette...). Beaucoup de bruits nocturnes dans l'immeuble (travaux et meubles déplacés tard la nuit, sanitaires et bains à remous des appartements voisins très bruyants). Fuite dans le meuble sous le lavabo rendant impossible le stockage de nos affaires de toilette. Pas de mobilier extérieur comme précisé sur l'annonce.

Gloria (7/5): Posizione buona - La posizione della struttura è molto comoda, in quanto vicina alle principali vie di collegamento. L’unico aspetto da considerare è che si trova in prossimità della stazione: personalmente non ho avuto alcun problema, ma la sera può essere utile prestare un po’ più di attenzione. Nonostante ciò, la via in cui si trova mi è sembrata tranquilla, anche se a primo impatto può apparire poco curata. La stanza era abbastanza pulita nel complesso. L’unica nota negativa riguarda gli asciugamani presentavano macchie. La colazione è stata molto deludente. La struttura si appoggia a un bar esterno di qualità piuttosto bassa, con un’offerta molto limitata (caffè, cappuccino o latte con brioche). Inoltre, il giorno del nostro soggiorno non è stato possibile nemmeno prendere un caffè a causa di un guasto alla macchina del caffè, e il barista ci ha detto che potevamo prendere solo il latte freddo/cappuccino freddo… Suggerirei alla struttura di valutare un bar diverso a cui affidarsi, poiché questo aspetto incide negativamente sull’esperienza complessiva degli ospiti facendo fare alla struttura brutta figura.
eddie (6/5): Prima uitvalsbasis voor Napels - Locatie is prima. Dicht bij het historische centrum. Pand ziet er goed uit en de voordeur is meer dan stevig. Onze taxichaufeur wist ons te melden dat dit deel van Napels vooral veel immigranten herbergt en iet echt veilig was. Niets van gemerkt. Wij hadden om een vroege incheck gevraagd en die ook bevestigd gekregen. Maar we stonden voor een dichte deur. Uiteindelijk via wat bellen de mededeling gekregen alleen te appen. Personeel spreekt geen Engels. Dus via de app en Google translate kwam er na een kwartier iemand aan. Inchecken was niet mogelijk maar we konden wel onze tassen achterlaten voor 5 euro per stuk. Die werden uiteindelijk direct in onze kamer gezet bleek later. Bedden zijn vrij hard maar dat is persoonlijke voorkeur. Je kunt niet te lang douchen want dan stroomt uiteindelijk de douchebak over. Putje loopt zeer slecht door. En de douchkop heeft zeker zijn beste tijd gehad. Die is aan vervanging toe. Als je de voorste kamer boekt (dalia) hou er dan rekening mee dat het wel gehorig is.

Dariusz (3/5): Znośnie - Blisko do głównych atrakcji Neapolu, dość czysto oraz miły gospodarz (nie znał angielskiego, ale dało się dogadać) W udogodnieniach było napisane o dużej prywatności i uwzględniono "dźwiękoszczelność" jednak przesuwne drzwi przepuszczały dużo dźwięku z zewnątrz oraz nie dawały prywatności w ogóle. Słyszeliśmy również sąsiadów oraz wszystko z recepcji gdzie było dość głośno już od 7 rano. Można do tego dodać bardzo niewygodne łóżko oraz niezbyt ciepłą wodę pod prysznicem. Byliśmy dość długo, a w hotelu nie ma żelazka więc jest to na pewno kolejny minus tak jak brak czajnika, który bardzo by się przydał ponieważ byliśmy w okresie zimowym.

Clara (1/5): logement décevant - grande chambre avec climatisation Nous avons été très déçus de cette expérience au sein du logement my luxury. En effet, l'accueil est décevant, une personne, qui n'est pas la responsable, remet les clés sans rien expliquer (lieu de petit déjeuner, fonctionnement du jacuzzi...) et il n'y avait plus personne à l'accueil lorsque nous avions besoin de renseignements. De plus, la garde de bagage n'est pas possible ce qui nous a beaucoup embêté. Le soir-même, nous contactons l'hôte par sms car nous n'arrivons pas à faire fonctionner le jacuzzi de la chambre : la personne répond que le nombre d'heures d'utilisation a été dépassé... Le lendemain un 3e interlocuteur nous dit qu'il fonctionne. Une seule chaîne est disponible sur la TV et impossible d'aller sur netflix malgré ce qui est précisé dans l’annonce (pb de télécommande ?). Concernant les produits de toilette il s'agissait simplement d'une bouteille de shampoing déjà utilisée. Nous ne recommandons pas ce logement même si la chambre reste fonctionnelle.

Sora (1/5): Catastrophique - Aucune fenêtre dans la chambre ni dans la salle de bain. Il y avait des poils dans la douche et dans le lit. Le responsable ne parle pas un mot d’anglais et ne fait aucun effort pour nous comprendre. Très décevant. Devant la propreté douteuse et l’absence totale de fenêtre dans la chambre, nous avons pris la décision de quitter l’hôtel immédiatement et de trouver un autre logement. Nous n’avons pas été remboursés.

Marco Paolo (7/5): Sono stati 5 giorni fantastici. Napoli e le località vicine (ci siamo sempre spostati agevolmente solo con mezzi pubblic - Soprattutto la posizione, praticamente all’inizio est di Spaccanapoli e anche a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale e a 5 da Porta Nolana (circumvesuviana) e dalla metro. Quindi molto comoda. Anche se, per qualcuno che arrivasse col buio, la prima impressione della zona potrebbe risultare leggermente inquietante. Ma per noi è stata solo un’impressione perché, facendo comunque attenzione, siamo sempre andati e venuti anche la sera senza problemi, . Si respira l’atmosfera della “vera” Napoli, quella più popolare. La cortesia e disponibilità dell’host (peraltro anche molto discreto). Soprattutto (ci sarebbero pochissimi altri minimi dettagli) la mancanza di almeno una finestrella per il ricambio dell’aria: niente vista cortile interno né vista sulla città, almeno dalla nostra stanza: “Dalila”. Per contraltare la stanza è davvero molto silenziosa e tranquilla.

patrizia (10/5): - Struttura accogliente, molto elegante, vicino al centro, punto strategico, si può arrivare tranquillamente a piedi, consiglierei a tutti di soggiornare in questa struttura.
Daniela (6/5): - Camere belle, letti comodi, giochi di luce piacevoli. La colazione non è servita all' interno della struttura, ma ti danno dei buoni x un bar vicino la struttura. È una piccola colazione con un cornetto e un caffè o cappuccino, niente a che vedere con una colazione di un hotel. La posizione in cui è situato l' hotel è poco sicura.

Fanel (1/5): Da evitare se sei un ....DISABILE ... - Ambiente abbastanza pulito Appena arrivato per check in mi e stato chiesto di pagare la tassa di soggiorno, il fatto che essendo un disabile e non devo pagare esibendo i documenti con un tono molto sgarbato il titolare mi ha detto che sul prenotazione non era specificato quindi ho dovuto pagare la tassa. Porta di ingresso molto fragile, addirittura stava un spazio di qualche mm riuscendo a vedere la luce del corridoio. La cosa più dispiacevole in assoluto e stato il giorno successivo quando alle ore 10.00 preciso come un orologio il proprietario ha bussato alla porta e ha intimato di effettuare subito il check aut . Sono rimasto malissimo.
Clare (1/5): Bare minimum - Room was clean on check-in. • Room not cleaned or made up during the two night stay (was clean on check-in). • No body wash or body soap, conditioner or shampoo. • Family lives in the building, quite noisey • WiFi slow • Mattress was very low quality, very hard. • Breakfast was offsite (according to other reviews only an espresso and croissant) • Only bath no shower While this is out of the owners control, the hotel is located in a very unsafe area, dangerous drivers and dangerous people.

There were no window and no ventilation except AC that is not enough...There were someones hai and ear-ring on the bedsheet- so I asked to change them...

PETERIS (1/5): Nop - Although the host kindly allowed us to enter the room before the specified time, as it turned out, the bed linen in the room had not been changed. The bed linen was full of hair. Although the bed linen was changed after it was shown, the cleanliness of the room was beyond criticism. Hair, remnants of packaging and much more... When you take a room with a hot tub, you expect exactly that - a hot tub. However, that is not the case here, because, firstly, the water fills up very slowly and, secondly, only a small part of everything that is provided for it works for the hot tub. Although the accommodation advertises itself as a bed and breakfast, instead of breakfast you get a coupon that you can present at a cafe a couple of blocks away. A croissant and coffee are all breakfast. That may be the case, but it was the most tasteless coffee in the whole city and the croissant definitely knew what had happened the night before.
