• Alba (8/5): - Apartamento grande y comodo con buenas vistas. Completamente equipado. El acceso es lo que menos nos gustó, pero si estás en forma no es un problema. No es apto para personas con problemas de movilidad.

• Andrew (6/5): - The apartment is very spacious with great sea views from little balconies. The host Laura was very communicative and helpful throughout our 3 night stay. Major issue, no parking outside, which it states there is. We couldn’t even drive to the property to drop off our bags due to a new restriction zone in the city which we were not made aware of. We had to park at the other end of the city (40euros a day) and get a taxi to the apartment. Same again on the way out. To their credit the management of the apartment did partially refund us for the unexpected costs we had incurred due to no parking. There are a lot of steps from the street to get to the apartment, which is almost in the top floor, and no lift. If you have heavy cases then this might be a problem. The bedroom floor was dirty, with litter and empty drinks bottle lying under the bed. The shower fitting was broken, so you had to hold the shower head manually to actually take a shower. One of the towels was frayed with a whole in it, and there was no way to light the gas hob. The bed was comfy, as was the living room sofa. Small local shop at the bottom of the stairs was used on several occasions to buy provisions. While the apartment has its issues we did manage to enjoy our stay overall. Do bear in mind it is approximately 30 mins walk to the historic centre and longer coming back as it is all uphill and steps.
• Mihai Burada (8/5): - Apartamentul este foarte frumos, dotat corespunzător, răcoros (în august). Priveliștea este minunată, deși ratează la limită orașul vechi. Este amplasat la 20minute de mers pana la intrarea estică în cetate (Lazareti). La parter are un mic magazin. Domnișoara care a făcut checkinul a fost foarte bine pregătită, punctuală, prietenoasă și ne-a oferit informații importante. Am aflat chiar înainte de a ajunge în Dubrovnik faptul că a fost interzis accesul în zona centrală a orașului pentru automobilele fără permis special (de la 1 iunie 2025), semnalizat precar (dacă nu eram atenți, nu vedeam panourile, iar ce era afisat pe panouri nu era lizibil în soare; niciun panou de presemnalizare) și neanunțat online (cu exceptia unui bloger local). Parcarea costă 25 sau 40 Euro /zi, iar de acolo Uber pana la cazare (aprox 10-15 Euro/sens). Transportul public este prezent, dar foarte slab (funcionează pana după-amiaza), iar traficul este redus, dar tot deanjant.
• Alison (10/5): Home from home (in Dubrovnik) - The apartment was very functional and was well equipped for a family of four. We were able to cook quite happily and head into Dubrovnik centre when we wanted to. being the thrill seeker that I am, I even decided to put a laundry wash on and use the dishwasher. It was clean with two balconies with a wonderful view over the Aegean and Island of Lokrum. The apartment is up high and walking back from the Old Town is pretty strenuous and takes significantly longer with more effort than the walk down. There are however taxis from the old town who will take you back for €10 –€20. The communication with the people running the apartment was excellent how many mate to film most welcome. The block in which we were staying is primarily residential and you must be thoughtful with regard to the people who live there full time. There was Wi-Fi in the apartment without which my sons would surely perish, so I’m pleased to report there were no casualties. One other thing, the old town is extremely expensive and it is worth going to the other side of Dubrovnik around Lapad which has a much more relaxed vibe..

• Marketa (9/5): Superb - I loved the view! It's spectacular and the size of the apartment was very good too. It was also relatively quiet considering there were lots of flats. Having little kids I have very much appreciated that there was a washing machine and laundry detergents. Also all of the pillows were soooo good! I am very picky about this and can't sleep well without a good pillow. They are all memory foam!! :) The flat is on almost the last floor (6th I think) which is quite a workout if you have two small kids :) The floor could be cleaner....
• Aginger (10/5): Perfect - Flat has all comfort you need for even a long stay! Very sunny with beautiful view to sea and Lokrum island from two balconies - also has perfect folding shutters to keep you in cool shadow (air conditioning working perfectly too, but we did not need to use often thanks to good shutters). From bedrooms view is also beautiful for the garden (with sweet-scented lemon trees). Kitchen is fully equipped, it even has a contact grill for panini making. Flat is spacious and well-organized, you have place for everything. Beds and coach are really comfortable. We received all information we need from Dubrovnik and around during checking. Bonus, there is a small shop on the ground floor of building, selling milk, watermelon, local products and gluten-free items. Parking on street is available. Be prepared for stairs - really! You can read that there are lot of stairs in Dubrovnik, but you cannot imagine until you see :)
