- Guest (5/5): Ist leider nicht an die jetzige Zeit angepasst, alles sehr alt - Das Bett war bequem und die Lage gut, war zu einem Seminar in Berlin eingeladen Der Teppichboden ist schrecklich und uralt, für Leute mit Allergien ist das nichts,der Flur ist gruselig. Der Duschkopf war nicht beweglich, nach zwei Tagen bekam ich einen Mülleimer in mein Zimmer reingestellt, nachdem ich den kleinen Eimer im WC mit Taschentüchern vollstopfen musste. Für die paar Tage die ich dort war ohne Frühstück, rein nur zum schlafen war es definitiv nicht wert und zu teuer.

- David (8/5): A great city with an excellent transport infrastructure. I love Berlin, puts Glasgow to shame. - Breakfast was good and reasonably priced. A group of us were over for a table tennis tournament and it was close to where we were playing. Also very close to train station, centre of Berlin was only 25 minutes away.

She was very good, understanding., helpful , friendly and cheerful.Loved the ambience of the restaurant. Duvet was not so thick for the winter night. And the management should seriously think about changing the mattress.

Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay close to Berlin Upon arrival, the room was freezing cold. It took an unexpectedly long time for the central heating to warm up the space.

- Emily (8/5): Good location for my needs, very close to the S2 line. - Friendly staff, a good location on the S-Bahn 2 line (four minute walk to the station, which is currently under construction, but accessible if you hunt around a bit). Interesting dinner menu of Bulgarian specialities which I will definitely try next time! In a quite treed street, but close to shopping and restaurants. The premises were closed when I arrived at 11 in the hopes of dropping off my bag (check in was clearly stated as being at 2 pm, not a problem). It is a pensione more than a hotel, but that's fine, now I know. Duvet cover and pillow case were synthetic material but I asked and they kindly swapped it out for cotton.

- Pestheruweliyanaralalage (3/5): Nothing special - The staff was friendly The rooms were too small and we were not even given a kettle in room to make a tea in our room. Bathroom was tiny. More like a flight toilet. It is extremely expensive for what they offer in return.

The thin, polyester duvet was inadequate and the pillow was terrible. Neither of us slept properly as a result.

- André (8/5): Very good - Very friendly and courteous staff. Quiet location. It is close to the S2 train line, which connects directly to Brandenburg Tor (about 30 minutes). There are restaurants and markets nearby.

- Pavlo (2/5): Do not recommend. Choose another hotel. - Nothing This is extremely bad hotel. Literally everything is bad. It has paper walls, dirty and smelly bathroom and smoking area right behind your window. I’ve never stayed in such a bad hotel. The only reason we had to stay there for the night is that we’ve arrived at late night very exhausted and had no time and willing to look for the new hotel. Photos on booking.com are made several years ago and look OK, but in real life it is much worse. Definitely not recommended.

- Graham (5/5): A budget hotel which would benefit from some TLC - Staff were helpful and location suited us for visiting family. We got what we expected for the price point. In the first room we were given the external shutter on one of the two windows was broken (and looked like it had been for a long time) We requested and were given an alternative room which was better. Both rooms however had only one chair when the description on booking.com says two chairs.

- 579luigit (2/5): Kindness? Not here! - We reserved a room for one night because this place in near the airport. Since our flight would arrive late in the night, we kindly wrote an email to the hotel to ask if we could check in late. No one replied. So we called the hotel and no one could speak English. At the end of the call they suggested to write another mail which we did. They finally replied IN GERMAN that it was not possible to check in during the night. 1. I find unbelievable that a hotel near the airport cannot provide a late chek-in 2 (and most important) It is not acceptable such a rude behaviour towards the clients.
- calabrus (6/5): cute hotel - It's a cute hotel very close to S-Bahn and to Schoenefeld airport but bit far from the city. Just the owner speaks a basic english and be ready to speak in german... anyway staff is very friendly and rooms are clean but no elevator and 2 steep stairs so be aware of this, overall a good experience
- billyandme (8/5): Excellent stay while visiting Berlin - When I was looking for a place to stay while we were touring Berlin, I ran across this bar/restaurant/b&b, located only steps away from the S-Bahn to downtown Berlin. The cost was around 68E, which was paid in cash. If you decide to stay here, make sure you have enough Euros on hand. Breakfast was wonderful, and the ambiance was lovely, served in the dining room. There is a slight winding staircase to get up to the rooms, and I have a little problem with stairs, but it was fine for me, as I took my time to the next floor. The room is clean and adequate with tv and internet. The cute little bar downstairs is adorable, and does well with locals at happy hour. We enjoyed our little appertifs ourselves, actually a glass of wine. Our car during our stay was parked in the back of the building, very safe and secure at no cost. The neighborhood is very friendly and safe as well. Right around the corner, is the train to downtown, and a few stores and restaurants, busy little area, but the hotel is quiet for sleeping. For the convenience, cost, and cleanliness, I would highly recommend Hotel Kryom's 108 when visiting Berlin. Don't expect the Ritz, but for me, as long as it is clean, in good condition, and I receive good service for a wonderful price, this is my choice of stay for a night or two. The owners are very nice, and accommodating. I would definitely stay again when in the area.
