The pool area doesn’t feel clean and the loungers are filthy, you don’t get pool towels only the ones from your room. The lift takes ages. The rooms are not clean, filthy carpets covered in stains and cockroaches seen multiple times

Dalia (8/5): - Strategic location, spacious, and clean rooms! However, the smell of the carpet and humidity was terrible. I had to change rooms, and the staff was nice and helpful. My new room had a much better view. The motorcycles all night long. My room was so noisy. I had hard times sleeping. One note, staff need to check remote controls and batteries more often. In both rooms they were not working. Yet, my stay was nice!

Não recomendo, a qualidade preço não é aceitável. - A localização e a vista do rooftop O pequeno almoço não é de um hotel de 5 estrelas, nem sequer sumos naturais tinham que é um básico para um país onde as frutas são abundantes. O Rooftop tem uma vista incrível mas está super descuidado, a começar pelas cadeiras que estão imundas. O quarto não tem um bom isolamento, ouvia-se imenso barulho da rua e eu fiquei no 16° andar.

Swimming pool 6/10 (only the view saves), very old and dirty sunbeds. The room was clean, but stuff on reception warned us that every cleaning they use cameras "for security " , but according to a giant list of prohibitions on the reception - they just try to catch people who "dry their clothes in the wrong place" - quote from the desk. I believe not the best place to stay. Room was big enough, but not more.

Havuz fakat sabah 9 dan öğle saatlerine kadar ve akşam 6 dan sonra çok kalabalık oluyor herkes fotoğraf çekmek için bulunuyor. Ayrıca havuz için belirlenmiş kurallara uyulmuyor, görevlilerde uyarıda bulunmuyor. Örneğin havuz için belirlenmiş kılık kıyafete çoğunlukla uyulmadığını gördüm. Dış kıyafetleri tişörtleri vb.. ile girenler çok fazla.

Hubert (8/5): - Amazing location - just a 10 minute walk to Petronas Towers in the middle of all Kuala Lumpur attractions. Before the stay I read that it is the best pool in KL and I couldn't agree more! The view was amazing and it wasn't that crowded as we expected in the evening. Delicious and huge breakfast selection. It has a huge potential but in that scale (the hotel is huge) it is not that easy to take care of everything as it should be taken of in 5 star hotel. Even though that are just small details I'm talking about (breakfast lighting, temperature in corridors and elevator), overall great!

Kseniia (6/5): - Отель был классный лет 15 назад, сейчас уставший номер, пахнет сыростью, влажностью, было неприятно. Бассейн сверху хороший. Местоположение хорошее. 4к ночь максимум стоит этот отель
Hayley (1/5): Awful - Bad Terrible experience from start to finish. We checked into a premium suite only to find a broken bathroom sink and a stained sofa—completely unacceptable for a five-star hotel. I went to the front desk, and they moved us to another suite, but unfortunately, it was just as bad. The second room was very dirty, with visible orange stains on the towels. At that point, I packed our belongings and returned to the front desk. The staff’s attitude was unhelpful and dismissive. When I requested to terminate our stay, they initially insisted on charging us for both substandard rooms. After a lengthy dispute with the reception manager, they agreed to refund me but still attempted to retain the cost of one night. Only after further escalation with another manager did I receive a full refund. To make matters worse, I was then refused access to Wi-Fi, preventing me from booking alternative accommodation. Overall, a deeply disappointing and frustrating experience, especially so as the hotel was aware I am a cancer patient traveling with a child - avoid at all costs. This is definitely not a 5 star hotel, more like a 3 star hotel. I have also raised this with booking.com who are doing their own investigations.

Sabrina (8/5): Panorama super - La posizione e’ sicuramente un punto forte della struttura. Hotel lussuoso, movimentato. Camere spaziose, colazione assolutamente varia e assortita. Bellissimo hotel Assolutamente la piscina. E’ totalmente abbandonata a se stessa. Lettini sporchi e usurati disposti in modo disordinato. Non esiste un bar all aperto vicino. Anche la sala colazioni non rende giustizia. Si trova al piano terra e lo spazio all aperto da alla strada e al traffico dove non e’ piacevole rilassarsi.
