• Abbie (9/5): Comfortable, spacious stay with great amenities and beautiful views. - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Eaton Residences. Four of us stayed here and there was more than enough space for everyone. Although we didn’t use it, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you would need, and the living area offered a wonderful view of the towers. We made great use of the swimming pool, and some of us used the gym as well. There’s also an onsite shop, a kids’ play area, a sauna and a few other facilities that I can’t quite remember. Overall, a really pleasant stay with plenty of amenities. Check-in was a bit of a nightmare — it took around an hour to finally get hold of the person who had the code for the lockbox. On top of that, only three key cards and three towels had been left out, even though the apartment was booked for four people. Since you need one key card per person to access the swimming pool, this really messed up our plans for the first night.

• Janet (9/5): Overall, this property is beautiful & it’s walking distance to a few restaurants. - The property was beautiful & upscale. Very clean & modern. I didn’t like the beds. They were hard. I have a bad back & neck. I woke up in pain. They had no washcloths. The pool opened @10am every morning. In my opinion that’s too late. I like to take earlier swims because of the excursions that I booked. Also I’m out all day & enjoying nightlife. So I never had a chance to enjoy the pool. It closes at 10pm.

En la piscina no se puede comer ni beber, aún teniendo una zona de sillones apartado a la piscina, no tiene bar como tal, lo que tiene es una tienda que cierra a las 12 de la noche donde puedes comprar cualquier cosa. No tenía zona para fumadores. El personal no aparece en ningún momento solo para cobrarte el depósito. Y lo que más me disgustó fue la poca presión de agua que había en la ducha.

• Aylin (1/5): Disappointing experience - The only thing we liked about the property is being located close to the Main Street ie Pavillon shopping mall and Petronas Twin Towers ( it is less than 20min by walking distance). The person in charge of the property was available and reverted back swiftly all the messages that I sent. The property is very dirty. The bedding stuff, bed sheet and the bed cover had dirt marks. There are bugs on the walls, bed and humidity is terrible. I don’t even mention the smell in the bathroom. We have stayed on 12th floor. The pool is not maintained well. We took a picture of the view from the board of the pool and left straight away. Lift is a real issue for 51st floor property, we have waited before the checkout to have a lift nearly 50 minutes. If you do not want to waste your money and time, make sure to book elsewhere for this price. I don’t recommend you to stay here. It is a shame that no one highlighted all these issues previously on google and booking.com reviews.

• Lei (10/5): Exceptional - The room is very clean and large, and Chen Bai has a design sense. If you are a couple on a trip, I would suggest choosing this place. The swimming pool has an excellent perspective and it is also very close to the mall. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay this time, and I will stay here again next time.
• Michael (8/5): horrible owner/management, good apartment - location and swimming pool the management from whatsapp is terrible and late for check in (requested normal check in @3pm but haven’t checked in until 3:45pm). The owner definitely has the responsibility to hire/keep a good airbnb standard!!
• Shern (5/5): Great KL view but wouldn’t recommend to stay. - The pool area has really good views of the kl skyline The bathroom had a bad smell and whenever we took a shower, the water got clogged and formed a pool. Also the tv wasn’t working and the remote controls were out of battery. Batteries were changed once requested but when the service person said they would be back by 9am to fix the tv, they never showed up even after waiting for an hour. We decided to give up using the tv .
• Alena (10/5): Great apartments, we will definitely return <3 - Almost everything. We stayed for 3 weeks in total. Our apartment was spacious, with beautiful design and great view at Petronas towers. My husband works remotely, so we needed a place with good Wi-Fi, and it did not disappoint - connection was fast and stable everywhere in the building, so we highly recommend these apartments for everyone who needs internet for work. The room was very quiet, and all beds are big and comfortable, bedrooms have blackout curtains - ideal sleep after roaming in bustling KL, we also liked taking baths with Petronas towers view, calming and serene experience. Facilities are great - we went to the gym often and it pretty much has everything you need (maybe the management could add scales), very well air conditioned and not crowded. Of course, the main attraction is the infinite pool, we liked that there was not many people and the view is so great. You should visit Eaton Residences just because this view <3 Everything looks just like pictures! We also want to thank Lucia, who was always in touch with us and solved all problems for us. The gym and infinite pool work only until 22:00. It was the biggest problem for us with the facilities. It would be great if they worked until 23:00 at least. Upon arrival we got apartments without working air conditioning, so it took a couple of days to get our perfect room. We hope they managed to repair the A/Cs in the end! Lucia helped us to get a good room, so it wasn’t a big problem overall.
• Clare (10/5): Really comfortable home away from home - Really comfortable home away from home. The air-conditioning was well regulated. Clean apartment and linen and towels were all hotel quality. TV was a really good size in the room I booked. The residences themselves had great facilities and picking up/dropping off keys was easy. Comfortable bed and powerful shower. Could have done with some dinner knives in the cutlery. A drying rack for drying delicate items and some smaller kitchen pots would have been good to have. I had problems with the induction hob - it may have been incompatible pots.

Very generous with bottled water and towels.. they provide the full set! Other places restricts you to one bath towel per person... Maximum two person person on request where there's pool and gym. Infinity pool is the best in KL so far! The apartment although spacious has one window which is in the bedroom... But the price is lower than the other apartments at the Eaton. Facilities: Eaton has both sauna and steam rooms but neither is working (female) ... Though I'm told the male sauna is working
