- Gillian (6/5): Niet slecht, maar kan zoveel beter. - Het is geen hotel. Maar een appartement. En we hadden een kamer voor 4 personen, maar 2 sliepen er op een dunne matras op de grond in de keuken. Jammer!

Such an amazing hotel for a great price!

Leaving a deposit is quite normal everywhere in KL. I don’t know why the property got so many bad reviews to be honest. I enjoyed my stay.

- Vivian (5/5): Not coming back - Location and bathtub The online check-in system was confusing. I received msg saying that online check-in through their website was necessarily before arriving the hotel. Did it and paid the deposit through website but when arrived at the hotel the receptionist wasn't awared and requested us to pay deposit. We explained the situation and he gladly let us check in to our room but when checking out we have to request deposit refund ourselves through whatsapp, filled out a google form and waited 5 working days for the refund. In the end they charged me RM1 processing fee! Should have just paid it upon arriving in cash. The room was okay but the towels smelled funny. Recommend to bring your own towel.

- Samo (5/5): Avoid or ask for low floor. - Facilities - gym, pool, working area. Always waiting 5-15 min to get into elevator and to drive upstairs or downstairs. Its unacceptable waste of time. Noisy cleaner who put music on loud and sings as well. You can hear everything over the connecting doors. Poor insulation of windows, no blackout option. No floor towel and just one hand towel for 4 days stay.

- Ming (7/5): Overall excellent value for money - The building facilities, the complimentary upgrade received to a larger space, communicative staff, security on site who were opening doors, lift was very fast, the apartment generally clean but a few spots were missed. Apartment is keyless and code operated which makes it better for us travellers to have 1 less thing to worry about. Overall furnitures very well maintained. I was only there for a night so overall had a good experience. There was a security deposit required as I have forgotten my credit card, they were kind to take cash for the deposit (I'm guessing was because I was only there for one night). Check out was easy, I've returned the building access card back to reception and received my deposit back. 14minutes walk to KLCC was easy too. initial language barrier at check in the staff were talking to me in a local language which i could not understand anything. Took another person to realised I only speak English or Italian. Cleanliness wise overall was ok until you looked under the bed, under the table and high sections of clothes storage area where I found dust. Despite being on the 21st floor and the building is very close to a busy high way, I could easily hear the noise of traffic at night. Check in was a little chaotic, there were 4 desks all labelled as counter 1, 2,3,4 but no indication that each table is a different host depending on what platform you've booked from. Check out was ok despite initial language barrier as I had a non english speaking members of staff on the desk but 4 hours later I've received a text asking if I had checked out, sounds like morning shift did not handover.

- Gemma (8/5): Pleasant stay - The building facilities were great The sofa bed was stuck in the bed position and quite dirty. I asked if we could have sheets to put over it so we could sleep on it but only received a blanket throw. The washing machine has an F17 fault when you try to dry something in it.

- Suhaeb (2/5): Never waist your time and money and comfort sleep - needed twoseparate beds however only quuen bed available, bed mattress qualitis is very bad and the pillow as well,I found hard time to fel to sleep and awaken because no sound insulation and can here the motorcyclist and car sounds. the whole building servicesed with 4 elevators and imagine the time wasted to go up and down. car park also chargable with flat rate Then when I asked for extra blanket as my kid decided to slleep on sofa as its more comfy than the bed, they want to charge me rm80 terrible choice and i will never go back its all terrible nothing to improve

- Muhammad (10/5): Overall, good staycay in the room; very clean with very good view. High Volume of Security Officers patroling rounds. Go - The view, facilities, the price, the air-con, the cooking device etc The service lift; even though there’s 4 lifts and you pressed the buttons several times, it won’t stop at the floor you are at. Waiting time can be > 15-30mins.. Imagine if one lift is on service maintenance.. + you have to understand how to unlock your room door with the high-tech door-knob terminal. Well, anything just contact the host. :)

- 长礼 (5/5): Meh - Not too much , just the location is convenient for you with walking distance to KlCC and Town Area The management of the building is very confusing and not professional in handling room extension issues but asking client to book another room visit booking.com. The cleaning services is excluded inside the room, so you have to deal with it by your room , extra charges is needed. The pool and faculties are old and dirty to swim in it , there’s not too much of activity can be done inside the building but would be a place for rest and relaxation.

- Charlotte (4/5): Okay won’t repeat - The pool and gym Very busy and felt dirty and indeed of a face lift. My sheets had stains on them, there was dust on all paintings and lights, the room didn’t feel clean, things are broken and worn. The sofa bed looked dirty with hairs and dust all over it, thank god I didn’t need to sleep on it. The dryer didn’t work. I felt like I was staying in somebody’s studio they had let me borrow for the week
