The staff was really nice and helpful, going as far as giving us a full map either things to do around the city including places only locals know about. It had a great noise cancellation (we heard nothing from the really busy street outside and nothing from other rooms), the maid came in every day to clean and we always had coffee and water in the room. One of my best stays in Rome! -

Nick (9/5): Rome stay - Room was lovely and clean and we were able to check in early at 12pm which was great. The bathroom was nice and the shower had great pressure. Really good air-con. Federica was really nice and welcoming, she sent me information on the best restaurants and bars around Rome. Would definitely stay there again If you are a light sleeper like myself you might need earplugs as the windows are old style wooden ones and you can hear some noise from the cars passing now and again

Bengi Su (8/5): Great location, great host, some areas for improvement. - From the moment we checked into the hotel, Federica was so helpful... I can't thank her enough. She constantly messaged us, explaining how to check in and sharing her local recommendations in Rome. We found the hotel's location very central, very close to shops and especially the Trevi Fountain. It was also very close to metro and bus lines, giving us many transportation options (even though we were within walking distance of many places). Overall, we didn't feel unsafe at all because of the hotel's location (as two female friends!). The beds and pillows were more comfortable than I expected, to be honest. We also had no concerns about the cleanliness of the hotel. I wish there had been more toiletries in the bathroom; there were only 2 shower caps and 1 bar of soap; at least a few cotton pads, a spare nail file, and a small toothbrush/toothpaste would have been nicer. There was only one type of soap in the shower, I think it was just a regular liquid soap because it was the same as hand soap that was at the sink. I wish they provide separate shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner. Although the towels were clean, they were unfortunately very worn, with small abrasions in places, but we didn't mind since we were only staying for a few days. In addition, the room was really small, there wasn't much space to move around and get ready. The light in front of the full-length mirror was insufficient, and the duvet was thin, making us a little cold at night.

Carol (8/5): - Buena ubicación, cercanía con puntos de interés principales de la ciudad El hotel queda dentro de otro edificio, al ser edificios antiguos que remodelaron el ascensor queda entre dos pisos, por lo que había que bajar escaleras con la maleta de forma manual, es un poco incómodo.

Staff provided map with bars, restaurants etc, marked to allow choices. If I was being critical the room could have done with some minor redecoration but it did not detract from the overall experience.

Olga (10/5): - Πολύ βολική τοποθεσία, κοντα στο μετρο (5-7 λεπτα με τα πόδια) και σε αξιοθέτα. Για 2,5 μερες που ηταν το ταξιδι η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ σημαντικη. Και ο χώρος ήταν καινουριος προσεγμένος με όλες τις ανέσεις. Τα κορίτσια στο ξενοδοχείο μας βοήθησαν με ότι χρειαστήκαμε.

Aesthetic of the apartment!! DAILY cleaning!! Very important! If you like leaving literally downtown then this is the perfect place!!! And most of all Federica!!!! The super stylish Italian lady ready to help you with everything!!! Excellent communication with anything we asked for! Thorough instructions for our late self check in … one of the best people in hotels I have ever met!!! I think that Federica’s sense of style reflects in the aesthetic of the rooms!! MARY (8/5): - מיקום טוב מאוד , קרוב להכל. היינו 3 אנשים. המיטה שלנו היתה גבשושית והיה קשה לישון עליה. לצוות לא היה פתרון בשבילי אז לזכותם יאמר שכביקשתי שיניחו שמיכה עבה על גבי המיטה כדי להפחית את הגבשושיות, הם עשו זאת. המיטה של האדם השלישי היתה קצרה מידי וצרה מידי. אין מראה בחדר, רק מראה קטנה במקלחת. מקלחת מאוד קטנה, לא מתאימה לאנשים גדולים. חוץ מזה הצוות שירותי מאוד ועזר לנו מיד עם כל בקשה שהיתה. מקום מומלץ

AYTUG (10/5): Hearth of Rome - The hotel boasts an amazing location in the heart of Rome, just a short walk from all the city’s major attractions. The staff were exceptionally friendly and proactive, reaching out before our arrival to share helpful information about nearby points of interest and recommended restaurants. The rooms were spotless, featuring newly renovated bathrooms, and the view from our window was simply breathtaking. A perfect choice for anyone looking to experience Rome in comfort and style. Nothing to complain.

Yarden (9/5): מושלם ומהממל - מלון מהממם, במיקום מדהים ונוח, הכול קרוב! מלון נדיר לקום בו בכיף ולצאת לטייל (מב שעושים ברומא) החיסרון היחיד זה שהמקלחון מאוד קטן וצר אבל כל השאר מדהים! בעלת המקום פדריקה שולחת המלצות מקומיות וזמינה בוואטסאפ לכל שאלה! נחזור שוב! מקלחון קטן
Myrsini (10/5): - Perfect spot for walking around in the city. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Federica at the front desk was very very helpfull! We booked the three bed room but it felt a little narrow. Suitable for a short stay if space isn’t a priority
