Agnes (2/5): Horrible experience with the agency. We came to an apartment that had not been cleaned, and were transferred across town -
Pregash (2/5): - This apparent is not fit for purpose, the showers were leaking, hot water was erratic with hot water turning to cold in the middle of the shower leading you to abandon taking bath, the kettle was so stained that it badly needed a descaling, very steep walks around the apartment. there were no bins to put the rubbish, we had to use make shift bins by putting all the rubbish in a plastic cover and disposed it off, the AC started to leak after a couple of hours with water dripping and had to be stopped to prevent water leakage, I can go on adding faults with this apartment, my advice would be to avoid it
Diana (9/5): Superb - Very nice appartment - spacious, renovated, clean, comfortable. It is big enough for 6 people. The hostess (speaking English!) met us exactly at the arranged time, she gave us the keys and explained everything about the appartment. She also provided us with city maps and explained about nearby shops and restaurants. The appartment is located on a quiet street in the historical center of Naples. It is very close to Montesanto station where you can use either Cable train up to the hill or metro/train to Garibaldi and Campania. Most of the sightseeing places (museums, churches, piazzas) are in a walking distance. It has central heating, fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook and even tablets for the dishwasher. WiFi was very good. The company offered a free taxi from the airport to the appartment, we really appreciated it! Occasional loud voices from neighbours or motorcycles in the street late in the night.

Cv (8/5): nice apartment in a lively neighborhood - all the shops and small restaurants, short distances to the harbor/into the city center by foot, fried pizza and delicious pasta, Maradona Memorial, cafe fredo, Vespa, this apartment after a week in Rome with a disappointing holiday home The host pretended to be there in case but actually wasn't.. the price the agency offered us for a cab to the airport - 70€ - ridiculous A dog that tried to bite us on the football pitch close to our apartment
