• Aline (8/5): Super Frühstück, gute Lage, grosses Zimmer. - Das Frühstück war abwechselnd sowie sehr persönlich und herzlich – die Gastgeberinnen bereiten jeden Morgen frisch das Frühstück für die einzelnen Gäste vor und gehen auf Wünsche ein. Anders als beim üblichen italienischen Frühstück, das sehr süss ist, gab es auch viele salzige Optionen. Zudem ist die Zimmergrösse zu loben, sehr geräumig.

• Alvaro (7/5): Basic but comfortable, clean and well placed - It was comfortable, worm and near some of the important things in Rome. The staff was very polite. The bed was comfortable although only one pillow was provided. There is some good restaurants in the vicinity. It is not the cheapest by any means but if you do not mind basic, I think is worth considering. This is a guest house and not a Hotel as I was to find out. It is on a first floor and access is via a set of worn marble steps so if you are carrying heavy luggage you may struggle. I discover later that there is a lift, but no suggestion to use this at check in was made. Breakfast is fix, there is no choice. If you have dietary problems there is no alternative, so you may be paying for something that you can not have. We paid for a triple bed room for two people, we just were given a double bed, so smaller than expected room (at least It did not look like the picture in the booking). One thing I did not like at all was the awful water pressure in the shower and the fact that you have to wait a bit to get the hot water and at the same time was difficult to regulate the temperature. When you spend the whole day walking, a decent shower is a must!

• Stanislav (5/5): The privacy is a showstopper. Never again. - Location is great, room was clean, staff was nice, but that's it. Then there are cons because of which i would not consider it again. The room was too dark, relying only on the lights inside, but the worst thing was privacy. Right behind the room door is the front desk. You can hear every single word through the door. People moving around likely don't realize it or don't care, but it is too disrupting, mainly late in the evening. Also, i am pretty sure outside, every word from the inside of the room is audible. It could be worse only if there is no door there at all.

Le petit-déjeuner, préparé pour vous, comprend du salé, du sucré, un laitage, jus de fruits de qualité et thé/café/chocolat. L'emplacement est top ! le colisée à pied est à 10/15 minutes. A proximité du métro, des bus, des taxis, des restaurants... Bref, rien à dire du séjour ! Rien !!

• Senda (8/5): L'hem encertat!! - Ens ha agradat tot; tant la situació de l'hotel, com l'hotel. Esta en una zona que et permet arribar comodament a qualsevol lloc. A 10 min máxim de l'estació de Termini, al costat (i quan dic al costat és al costat) de la basilica de Santa Maria Maggiore, i molt a prop (tan com per anar tot passejant) del Colisseu. La manera com está organitzat l'hotel et fa sentir com si tinguessis un apartament a Roma pero amb les comoditats d'un hotel. Molt net, amb una terrasseta per esmorzar molt xula, amb una cafetera al costat de la recepció per si necessites un café a qualsevol hora (si marxes d'hora per poder aprofitar el día va súper bé!) i, particularment en el nostre cas molt atents. Dos matins (un d'ells el que marxàvem) varem sortir molt d'hora i ens varen deixar tot de coses per esmorzar a l'habitació el vespre abans i ens varen gestionar un taxi per portar-nos a l'aeroport amb tota l'amabilitat del món. La noia que gestiona la recepció (em sap greu no haver-li preguntat el nom) es un 10! Si vas a Roma com nosaltres, que teniem dos dies i mig i moltes coses per veure, es un bon lloc per allotjar-se!! Tot el que necesitàvem ho hem tingut o ho han fet possible, o sigui que no hi ha cap queixa!

Zimmer wurde jeden Tag neu gemacht. Liegt in Nähe Roma Termini. Kolosseum ist auch nicht allzu weit entfernt. Gutes kleines Restaurant direkt vis-a-vis. Leider war die Tür nicht schallisoliert. Man hörte vom Korridor her alles. Mobiliar ist antiquiert aber in einem guten Zustand. Frühstück könnte besser sein. Ist aber dem italienischen Standard angepasst.

• Deborah (10/5): Exactly what I wanted, charming but all amenities were modern (modern plumbing, free Wi-Fi), good breakfast and a perfec - My room overlooked the street with all it’s lively activity which is exactly as I wanted. The breakfast (included) was not only adequate the staff were so charming and helpful. Super clean and in a great location for walking. It was unclear how to get in the door. The entrance is locked and not well marked and I had to get in when a resident of the building opened the door. The address on the booking site was off by one digit which confused my taxi driver but it wasn’t really an issue since it was next door. There is no on site staff after hours and there were no instructions on how to get assistance if needed (I did not need it but as a single traveler it would have been nice to have). I would like to have had coffee in the room as I rise early and breakfast is not until 8.

L'accueil excellent nous permettant de déposer les valises, nous met vite dans une bonne ambiance, confirmée lors des petits déjeuners servis avec l'envie de faire plaisir avant tout. De plus, la chambre confortable est bien équipée.

Accomodation was clean, private and breakfast included in the garden which we liked. Only a small thing but our room was by the front door so we heard the door slam during the night and early mornings but other than this we loved it.

• Patryk (8/5): - Właściciele świetni, bardzo mili, bardzo dobry internet, klima i śniadania, wygodne łóżka, choć wszystko już dosyć stare jeśli chodzi o meble i okna. Tak to nie można narzekać wszędzie blisko. Śniadanie super choć widać było, że osoby które umieją rozmawiać po włosku potrafiły dogadać coś extra. Czasem zalatywało z rur ale to chyba problem w całym Rzymie bo gdzieniegdzie na mieście też śmierdziało.

• Scott (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect accommodation in the heart of Rome. Close enough to walk from Termini Station and close enough to get around the sites of Rome. There are plenty of bars/restaurants on the doorstep. The hotel was traditional, spotless, rooms spacious and breakfast outstanding. The hosts were always available and on site if required. Would definitely return.

The hotel is small but the rooms are quite big and clean with a retro decoration. It looks like a pansion. The staff is polite and helpful. The breakfast could have been with a greater variety (it's not an open buffet).

It would help if we had more room keys, and it is a bit challenging for people with reduced mobility.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always ensuring our comfort . Our room was spotless,the towels and sheets were changed regularly. Hotel’s location is amazing – just a 10-minute walk from both the Colosseum and Termini Station. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the Rome.
