L'unico spunto costruttivo che vorrei dare è di prevedere - laddove possibile - un'alternativa salata per colazione.

Inclusa anche la colazione (che non è da dare per scontato in questo tipo di strutture) in pasticceria nelle immediate vicinanze.

• Mimi (10/5): - Once we got to know the neighborhood we realized the guest house was in a wonderful location. It was close to the Metro that took you to all the sites, you could walk to the Vatican in about 20 minutes or so, wonderful little cafés bakeries, as well as little boutique and shops. The property was clean and had everything you needed for a carefree vacation. I have nothing negative to say about the guest house.

• Julia Jiménez Ortiz (8/5): Buena experiencia, pero primero elegiría otra ubicación - La comunicación con el anfitrión fue muy buena. La habitación estuvo preparada antes del check-in, lo que nos facilitó mucho el acomodarnos en la habitación y empezar a hacer turismo. La cama era cómoda, la habitación era amplia, estaba todo limpio, había aire acondicionado en la habitación, pero también una buena ventana. La línea A del metro está a 5min andando y te deja cerca de algunos puntos del centro, como plaza Spagna o cerca de la Fontana di Trevi. El alojamiento está relativamente cerca del Vaticano (30 min andando) y más o menos a igual distancia del Castillo de Sant'Angelo, por lo que se puede acceder a pie a estas atracciones turísticas. El barrio era tranquilo y tenía restaurantes cerca, así como un centro comercial. Como desventaja de este alojamiento diría la necesidad de coger el metro para ir al centro histórico. Es una línea que frecuenta muchísima gente por ir al centro y a Termini, hubo un día en que montarse en el metro fue asfixiante, y el resto de días iba bastante lleno. Esto no es culpa del alojamiento, obviamente, pero es parte de la experiencia que ofrece por su ubicación; hay que tenerlo en cuenta. Tampoco nos entusiasmó el desayuno, que era fuera del alojamiento, y el cual solo se basaba en un cornetto y una bebida caliente. Yo bebo el té con leche, por ejemplo, y un día pedí un vaso de leche y una bolsa de té, y me dijeron que no me daban la bolsa de té porque ya había pedido el vaso de leche... Lo que son los productos y el café estaban buenos, pero en nuestro caso fueron 4 días desayunando cornetto y café y echamos de menos la variedad. También echamos de menos un calentador de agua o un microondas en la habitación.

I was threatened with cancellation of my reservation and denial of access to the property just two days before check-in, despite having a fully paid and confirmed booking. I was told that I would not be allowed to stay unless I sent my personal identity data electronically in advance. Under this pressure, I was forced to share my personal details, while the security of such data transmission and storage was clearly questionable. Internal procedures or local practices cannot override EU law, including GDPR requirements on data minimisation and lawful processing. Using threats and access restriction to force guests to provide sensitive personal data is unacceptable. I would not recommend this property due to hostile communication, unsafe data handling practices, and complete disregard for guest rights.

• Gabriella (10/5): 5 giorni a Roma - Ottima la posizione per girare il centro di Roma con i mezzi e vicinissimo al Vaticano, raggiungibile comodamente a piedi. La camera era molto pulita e ordinata e il letto comodissimo, con la possibilità di scegliere tra due tipologie di cuscini. Molto gradita la presenza di un minifrigo per tenere in fresca l’acqua in questi giorni di caldo torrido. Ottima anche la colazione presso la pasticceria convenzionata. Ci siamo trovati veramente bene.

• Jose (10/5): - The place is amazing. Self checkin into a very nice room with everything that you need. Clean and big. There's nothing to complain actually. It is a room inside an apartment, but everything is in top condition. The breakfast is a coupon in a bakery nearby called La Siciliana. I must say, it's a very nice bakery. Location is very good. Very close to a metro station, and a lot of buses around there. We were there only 1 night and on holiday, but it seems like a quiet neighbourhood with many shops around.

• Kirsty (6/5): Read the fine print. - The location was good. The place was very clean. Bed was fine. Price was great. Would work for young people looking for an upgrade from a hostel. Codes all worked once we understood the instructions. Operators were responsive. Communication was all by What's App. I booked this quickly and read 'Guest House' as 'BNB' or staffed property. However - its all remote. Lots of confusing instructions in multiple languages, different codes and video surveillance. I filtered for 'parking' and 'breakfast' and the place claimed to have both but had neither. The parking was street parking or unaffiliated garage. No street parking here as its near the metro and cars were double and triple parked. Garage was full. There was a breakfast room photo showing savory breakfast but it's actually a bar 200M away where you get a free coffee and pastry. When I requested something savory instead (like the picture) I was told no in a very rude tone (with emjois) and lectured about not reading the fine print. The 'front desk' was a little table with a cell phone on it (we thought we would be accused of stealing it) and the 'common area' was a hallway with a couple of small tables. Lots of warnings and instructions on the walls. No kettle or coffee maker.
