• Krzysztof (9/5): Rewelacyjny pobyt, w cudownym mieście. - 1. Lokalizacja, samo centrum, 7min spacerkiem do fontanny di Trevi czy Koloseum. Masa restauracji w okolicy i znakomita lodziarnia. 2. Przestronność, apartament wygodny, jedynie łazienka niezbyt duża ale to szczegół. 3. Łatwość zameldowania/checkout, po przyjeździe, czekał na nas gospodarz, wszystko wyjaśnił, zostawił klucze a przy wyjeździe po prostu odwiesiliśmy klucz na haczyk i wyszliśmy. Mało istotne, ale brakowało suszarki do włosów. Poza tym, apartament w pełni wyposażony.

• Paul Betts (10/5): Perfect family apartment - What a wonderful and welcoming stay we had at the apartment. There is something truly magical about stepping out of your door and seeing the Colosseum. And after a wonderful day exploring the city, coming back in the evening to have the Colosseum “say goodnight” as you step through the doorway made every moment feel special. The apartment was perfectly located — just a short walk to the Roman Forum, the Trevi Fountain, and the gardens of the Quirinal Palace whenever the kids needed some space to run around. Our hosts were thoughtful and communicated with us every step of the way. They were always approachable and checked in on us, although we hardly needed anything because they had already thought of everything — even hotel-like touches such as soaps and shampoos. Just a big wow! Another absolute highlight was the apartment itself: all the appliances were new and everything worked perfectly. I was especially grateful for the washing machine, as the kids practically lived in their Roman gladiator outfits and I could quickly wash them at night ready for the next day. It was such a luxury not to hand wash anything, but simply load the excellent dishwasher and wake up to a wonderful Nespresso coffee in the morning. The WiFi and internet connection were also excellent — fast, stable, and completely reliable. If you need to work remotely or join Teams meetings during your stay, you will have absolutely no problem doing so. There were plenty of towels, dishwasher tablets, washing tablets — you name it, it was already provided. The beds were super comfortable, and even the sofa bed had a proper mattress, ensuring a great night’s sleep so we could fully enjoy our explorations of this fantastic city. We threw our coins into the Trevi Fountain, so hopefully we will return — and when we do, we sincerely hope this apartment will be available again. Thank you for such a memorable stay! Ps they also provide two keys. Can't think of anything

• Armanda (7/5): Prima plek om een paar dagen te verblijven en een goede uitvalsbasis. - Fijne, comfortabele plek. Precies als op de foto’s. Centraal gelegen. Duidelijke instructies van de verhuurder. Helaas was er geen ventilatie in de badkamer, met als gevolg schimmel bij de douche en een muffe lucht in de hele badkamer. Er zaten vlekken in het beddengoed van het eenpersoonsbed en het rook ook niet fris. Het leek alsof het bed niet verschoond was. Het trappenhuis was erg gehorig.

Pipere holmiként egy darab szappant készítettek ki fejenként. A lépcsőház ajtó hangosan csapódik, több hadonlóan kiadott lakás a házban, nagyobb forgalom a lépcsőházban.

I won’t share pics as they are of all the broken things only - Location Lots of broken things we were constantly messaging on What’s App to asked for things fixed so it ruined our stay. Broken door in kitchen, shower drain blocked so overflowed, broken washing/drying machine (full of water), no hot water ever had to come fix it and the water only lasted 5 mins. They did come and fix - the hot water, the cupboard, the machine until it stopped working again and my daughter’s jeans got stuck in there so they tried

• Salla (9/5): Beautiful apartment close to Colosseum - Our stay in this beautiful apartment was great and remote check-in worked smoothly. The apartment was nicely decorated and had a fully functional modern kitchen. The location close to Colosseum was perfect and there are lots of restaurants and bars/cafes in the neighbourhood. We stayed only one night but would have loved to extend our stay if only the apartment had been available. The apartment is badly soundproofed and the staircase in the old building was loud.

Apartment was very clean and had all the amenities to cook for yourself if required and comfortable beds. Security bond still has not been released after 5 days!

El ultimo día se cortó el suministro de agua por aproximadamente 14 horas, desde 8 p.m. a 10:00 a.m. hora del check out. No pudimos asearnos...la comunicación con el host pésima. No se solucionó nunca.

• Ralf (9/5): Excellent apartment, quiet, comfortable with excellent service in the nice Monti-District - Right next to the Kollseum, at the backdoor of the central bank round the corner the police-station, so quiet and secure. Very nice district, a lot of good restaurants and a real grocery-shop (no mini-market) round the corner. Good air conditioning and very well equipped and clean. For accommodations in Italy excellent. Check-in and out by using WhattsApp. The contact persons were available at all times by phone. Very good service. The complaints in some reviews about not enough dishwasher tabs is a misunderstanding of the guests. During our time there was enough dishwasher cleaner in the kitchen, but it's liquid, so a bit unusual for people from other countries. The obligatory use of WhattsApp for communication. The equipment (plates, glasses, water cooker) in the kitchen should be checked and supplemented (not enough glasses, equipment partially faulty).

• Nevena (8/5): Very good - Excellent Apartment in a Prime Location! I had an amazing stay at this apartment near the Colosseum! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to one of Rome’s most iconic landmarks, as well as great restaurants, cafes, and public transportation. The apartment itself is clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The fully equipped kitchen was a huge plus, allowing me to prepare meals with ease, just like at home. It truly has all the conveniences you could ask for, from a cozy living space to modern amenities. Whether you're in Rome for a short visit or a longer stay, this place is perfect. The professional host is answering to all of our needs. We had a problem with the hot water and it was solved very quickly! There was no cleaning for the stay of 4 days, or changing towels and the sofa needs to be washed.

Hosts were easy to contact and replied quickly Wasn’t much not to like the only thing was there was not enough hot water for 4 of us to shower one after the other but apart from that it was great

Initially promised to meet a person at property but while on the way in Taxi, person told that he cannot make it & asked to collect keys from keybox, which was difficult to find & phone signals & whatsapp call was cutting off multiple times. Had a bit scare to start but once in the apartment, I was relieved. 1 out for 2 AC stopped working after 2 days. Bathroom exhaust was poor & smelled like drain TV Connection to Wifi was poor & cannot stream Netflix after logging into my account Outbuilding needs a re-paint

• Nurzaneffah (10/5): We had a lovely and comfortable stay. Clean and a good fit for a family of 4. It was a home away from home. The area was - Modernly renovated, very clean, great facilities for a family (kitchen with all needed utensils, mini fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, iron & mini ironing board, futon), lovely & safe area, easily accessible to attractions and shopping, lovely and good restaurants just seconds from the apartment. Never saw the hosts, but great communication, helped with arranging transfers to and from airport.

• Cheri (8/5): Nice but small apartment - The location was great. Beautiful compact facility The communication with Davide was poor. He would only communicate through what’s app and it took time for him to get back to us. Switches that should not be turned off were not labeled. Twice we turned off a switch that turned off the water for the whole apartment. It should have been labeled. We paid a cleaning fee so why did we have to take our own trash a block down the street at the end of our stay.

• Mark (8/5): Good place to visit Rome - Looks just like the pictures, good location easy to get to and a short walk from the coliseum. Other tourist sites a walk away. Supermarket nearby, not far from the metro. Felt like quite a lot of admin to check in and out given that we had a lockbox but I guess the owners need to be careful of those who don’t treat it with respect.

• Louise (9/5): Lovely apartment in great location - Beautiful apartment in Monti, great neighbourhood and close to tourist attractions. Lovely apartment, well equipped kitchen and comfy beds. Hosts were very communicative and professional. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The main door to the apartment is very loud (worth taking ear plugs if light sleeper).
• Jeremy (8/5): Good location but not ideal with small children - The location is perfect, so close to everything! The apartment was clean and well furnished. We requested a cot and didn't get it. There was also a bad smell coming from the bathroom at all times. And a flight of stairs to climb so not ideal for us with a big stroller. Finally the beds are all in the same room so its not so soundproof as you would think

The host was great and answered any questions we had very quickly., even gave us same great advice for local restaurants to visit. Walking distance to the Colosseum and other great sites of Rome. We had some issues with the fast check-in, but the host made out check-in and check-out super simple.

• Boyer (10/5): Comfortable stay in a great location! - The location was awesome. Right in the Monti area of Rome. You literally open your window and look left and you get a peak at the colosseum. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

We had an issue on the last night (the toilet blocked up) and when we contacted our host, he tried talking us through how to unblock it ourselves. When you are paying a lot of money to stay, you’d expect to have ‘services’ on a list that can be called outside of regular hours.

One of the air conditioners wasn't working for most of the stay, and even when it was, it never cooled down. It was really hot when we were there, and it was hard to sleep in the loft area because it stayed so hot.
• Gabriela (10/5): Great stay in beautiful city of Rome! - The property is very conveniently located.. 10 min walk to Colosseum, 20 min walk from the train station . On our trip to Vatican we took bus from around the corner, the ride was maybe 20 min long. The apartment was clean and nicely remodeled. Everything worked well. AC was on the whole time during our stay in August. Property manager was very nice and helpful in answering our questions. Highly recommend this property and we would rent again when back in Rome. There’s nothing really negative to say about the property.

• Aimigoud (10/5): Exceptional - Apart from it being clean and cozy enough to make you feel like home, it's located on a street that leads to Colosseum, so that when you exit the building you can clearly see it on your left. Amazing location, 7 minutes away from Fontana di Trevi on foot. The apartment itself has everything you need. Three beds and a sofa that turned to bed cuz it was 4 of us. The bathroom is clean and it has bidet also. Air conditioning for warmth and cool of course and Netflix on your TV if you wanna stay in for the night and watch sth instead. The apartment could have some paper in the kitchen, or some toilet paper. Also it would be better to type the 3.5€/person Rome tax in the description, before the booking, so that we know how much we spend beforehands.

• Mrs (10/5): Great apartment - Location is perfect, you can see the colosseum from the window. Property is spacious, clean and has everything you need. Well furnished, bright and airy, home from home. Host was very attentive. Would be helpful to have some toiletries left in the apartment, for travelers with hand luggage only. But there are plenty of shops around to facilitate this so not major issue.
