Lo staff della struttura è molto chiaro e disponibile, molto presente per necessità, peccato un pò per la struttura stessa che purtroppo si trova in un edificio vecchio non molto bello. La stanza era carina, piccola ed essenziale, peccato per il bagno che è davvero troppo piccolo e per quella puzza di umido che era presente in camera. Tutto sommato però c’è un buon rapporto qualità prezzo soprattutto se come me si è di passaggio!

Abbiamo alloggiato due notti e due giorni per cui avevamo bisogno di asciugamani puliti dopo il primo giorno. Ho chiesto la cortesia di sostituirli e far trovare gentilmente quelli puliti quando saremmo tornati la sera dopo un’intera giornata fuori, ma non ho ricevuto risposta. E non ho apprezzato il fatto che non ci fosse nessuno per il check in e la comunicazione esclusivamente via messaggio.

• Fauzia (8/5): - Camera discretamente spazionsa, con bagno privato, tutto pulito e ordinato. La assoluta libertà di andare e venire ad ogni ora, avedno lòe chiavi ed essendo in un condominio... la vicinanza a 2 fermate della metro per il centro. Il sistema di check-in, perchè anche quello è a "self service" e di conseguenza non dà la possibilità (in caso di arrivo anticipato rispetto alle ore 13, come nel nostro caso) di depositare i bagali in una zona comune per andare subito in giro per la città; si è costretti a pagare un deposito (lo stesso al check out, se si vuole rimanere in giro anche l'ultimo giorno).

• Guinea Ribes (4/5): Horrible - La cama era cómoda, pero las sábanas no olían a recién lavado, olía como a cerrado, por no hablar de la falta de higiene que había en el baño, con restos de jabón en la ducha y la peste a cañería que echaba el baño no era normal, todas las mañanas una peste insoportable. La habitación olía a cañería, todas las mañanas nos levantábamos con una peste a cañería horrible, se lo comentamos a Giulia y nos dijo que había echado unos productos y había limpiado, pero seguía oliendo y nos comentó q había un ambientador fuera, cosa que no es una solución. El alojamiento deja mucho q desear ya q el baño no estaba limpio del todo, había restos de jabón en la ducha, cosas que me parece asquerosa y las sábanas y el edredón, no olían a limpio para nada, no estaban sucias pero no olían a recién lavados. Por no hablar de la zona que está situado, hay q tener cuidado por qué es una zona un poco peligrosa por la noche, un guia de free tour nos comentó que había robos con violencia, había bastante inseguridad en la zona por las noches. Y la nevera, está tan potente que cualquier cosa que metas se congela.

• Meneghello (7/5): Non lo riconsiglierei a causa della poca pulizia, ma per il resto è ok - Posizione e staff: la posizione dell’appartamento era veramente comoda, in più Giulia è stata gentile e disponibile. Inoltre, ho apprezzato la presenza di una mini stanza comune con vari oggetti disponibili a tutti come ferro da stiro, deodorante per ambienti, prodotti per la pulizia, un asciugacapelli aggiuntivo ecc… Pulizia: purtroppo ho trovato la stanza poco pulita, tant’è che ho trovato un’unghia tagliata (non mia ovviamente) dentro il cassetto del comodino accanto al letto, indice del fatto che non vengono mai aperti per controllarli o per essere puliti. Anche in generale il pavimento sembrava poco pulito.

• Gianni (2/5): Πολύ κοστοβόρο και ακριβό και οι παροχές ανύπαρκτες. - Το κρεβάτι του δωματίου ήταν στα θετικά. Δεν ήταν καθόλου καθαρό ούτε ο χώρος, ούτε τα σεντόνια και πετσέτες. Το aircondition και η θέρμανση δεν λειτουργούσαν, το δωμάτιο ήταν κρύο και με απίστευτη υγρασία. Δεν υπήρχε καθόλου ησυχία γιατί το τραμ περνούσε ακριβώς από έξω όλο το 24ωρο.
