• Sara (7/5): comodo e buono per persone che riesco ad adattarsi !! - posizione ottima! in pieno centro e collegabile a tutti gli altri punti della corsa grazie alla vicinanza con la stazione, dunque la circumvesuviana e sia la metro in stazione dei treni che la fermata metro “Duomo” !! Come già si leggeva nelle varie recensioni sono tanti i piani di scale, la pulizia non è ottima ma comunque discreta! L’appartamento in realtà è molto più carino dal vivo che nelle foto! La mancanza di aria condizionata si sentiva, soprattutto nel piano superiore (la struttura gentilmente ci ha dato 2 ventilatori)
• Andrea (1/5): Follia allo stato Puro!! - Di questo appartamento salvo solamente 2 cose. La posizione: perfettamente in centro. La comunicazione: nonostante il disastro ti rispondono e riesci a parlare con qualcuno Ho soggiornato in più di 100 appartamenti in giro per il mondo, mi è gia capitato di non trovare il top, per caritá, anche se non dovrebbe succedere noi siamo comprensivi ma qui?? A parte i 4 piani di scale, che per noi non sono stati un problema, anzi ma che andrebbero segnalati visto che se qualcuno ha problemi motori deve volare oppure farti tirare su con un paranco, l’appartamento è un vero DISASTRO. Spazzatura e avanzi di cibo in giro per casa, uno sporco che neanche nella mia cantina in campagna. Muri completamente macchiati, sedie e divano IMBARAZZANTI. I bagni non sporchi, quelli della Stazione era o più puliti. Lenzuola sporche e ‘appallottolate’ buttate negli armadi e…rullo di tamburi….riscaldamento inesistente con tanto di targhetta dove ti dicono di non accenderlo😂. Abbiamo comprato prodotti per pulire e Igienizzare dove possibile, e tolta tanta TANTA TAAAANTA polvere e roba da terra. La cucina in linea con l’appartamento ma le padelle erano pulite….si perché non c’erano! Solo una pentola in un appartamento da 6 persone ma un tostapane color Ruggine Vintage😂 Ma io dico, in sé l’appartamento è spazioso e potrebbe essere confortevole ma ragazzi così è IMPRATICABILE, forse solo quando avevo 18 anni nelle prime vacanze con amici dove ti ammazzi di festa e qui ci devi solo dormire!🔝
• BARLETTA (9/5): - Ambiente spazioso, pulizia e la possibilità dei due bagni Purtroppo la cucina non è dotata di tutto l'occorrente per cucinare, ad esempio mancano le tazze del caffè, ciotole per un insalata .......

• Zoltán (5/5): Csak aludni jó, de ottlenni nem. - Tágas apartman egyszerű és szerény berendezéssel. Látszik hogy felújították nemrégiben, de már a használat jelei erősen meglátszottak. Ami tetszett, hogy 2 fürdőszoba volt a 3 szobára. Főzni egész jól lehetett a konyhában, mikrót nem találtunk... Nem tetszett hogy a 4. emeleten van, lift nincs. Erről senki nem szólt! A fürdőszoba a wc, a mosdó koszos..... A törülközők sárgák, pedig fehérnek kellene lenniük, Az emeleti szobák a földszinti nappalival egy légtérben vannak, mintha egy erkélyen lenne a 2 szoba. A tv.-n nem találtunk olasz csatornát, csak olyat ami érdektelen, abból sokat. De a youtube-ot jól lehet a tv.-n használni. A nappaliban volt egy nagy kanapé, ami jónak tűnt, csak éppen hátpárna nem volt hozzá, így szinte használhatatlan. A székek ülőlapja is koszos volt. A hálóban nincs éjjeliszekrény (az ágy egyik oladalán volt egy régi kopott bútor, éjjelilámpa sehol.....

• Charles (1/5): Not so Wonderful Italy avoid this property it's a filthy health hazard, dirty bathrooms and kitchen! - We didn't like anything about this property and strongly advise all travellers to avoid staying at this falsely misleading advertised property from Wonderful Italy. The company provides the worst customer service and appears to be deceiving customers' booking via the site listing. I recommend you read the reviews online about this company on TrustPilot (194 reviews that are 99% 1 star) https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/wonderfulitaly.eu that echo our own experience. Upon arriving in Naples, I made multiple unsuccessful attempts to contact Wonderful Italy by phone—calls went unanswered, and I was eventually disconnected after being on hold. Fortunately, a representative named Karin appeared at the property for another guest and called the office. A man arrived 30 minutes later with keys, demanded a €140 tourist tax (no receipt), then left without showing us around. His erratic behaviour raised concerns, and we suspect we were overcharged. The apartment was filthy. Every room showed signs of long-term neglect—grease, rust, and dust covered surfaces. The kitchen was unusable, with grime-encrusted appliances and sticky, chipped cutlery. The oven required professional cleaning, and the freezer was unusable due to ice build-up. My 72-year-old mother attempted to clean but gave up due to the severity and lack of supplies. The kettle produced cloudy water; the toaster was caked in food debris. Both bathrooms had dirty floors, broken shower heads, rust, and hair from previous guests. The bedrooms were worse—dirty, unchanged sheets with multiple hair colours, soiled bedding with no duvet covers, led us to cover beds with towels. The living room had stained furniture, a broken sofa bed, and a dirty floor. After discovering these issues Saturday afternoon, I again contacted Wonderful Italy (No answer) and then Booking.com. Only then did they offer a cleaner—but couldn’t send one until Sunday afternoon. I declined as I was out, requesting Monday morning instead. No one showed. At 3:45 PM, they said someone could come at 4 PM. I returned to find an unidentified man (likely a migrant African worker being exploited he claimed poor working conditions) cleaning with our scouring pad and minimal supplies. He explained it would take two people a day to clean the place properly. Despite this, no significant improvement occurred. I contacted Booking.com repeatedly and received €302 as a travel credit, though I have lost confidence in their service.
• Panagiotis (3/5): I would definitely love to come back to the city — but certainly not to this apartment. - The only thing I liked was the location and the historicity of the place. Unfortunately, our experience with this apartment was quite disappointing. The person who handed over the keys was not particularly helpful and made us feel somewhat unwelcome. The building itself seemed quite neglected and wasn’t clean. The apartment also lacked proper cleanliness, with visible dust and dirt in many corners. The shower faucet was rusty, which discouraged us from using it. The beds in the downstairs room were quite uncomfortable due to very thin mattresses that didn’t offer proper rest. In the kitchen, the utensils were insufficient for the number of guests the apartment is supposed to accommodate — we ended up drinking water in mugs and wine glasses. Some items were even chipped or cracked. Additionally, some of the shutters were either broken or extremely dirty, making it impossible to darken the rooms properly — which negatively affected the quality of our sleep. Despite all this, we were asked to tidy up and take out the trash ourselves, which gave the impression that guests are expected to take care of basic cleaning duties. It’s a real pity, because the city itself is wonderful and very welcoming.
