• Samir (5/5): Jeg fikk ikke komforten som jeg har betalt for. - Leiligheten har aircondition så kan gjøre behagelig. Måte vente 2 timer til check in foran blokken i over 30 varme grader. Leiligheten vart ikke ren, mye støv, mangler støvsuger. Sengetøyet hadde mye blodflekker på. Ingen kommet på oppholdet til å bytte sengetøyet. Tv fungerte ikke og manglet internett wifi. Vi måtte ringe flere ganger til vi fikk internett tilkobling.

• Dylan (4/5): Overall Experience: The experience was a 5/10 but has the potential to be much better if the property and apartment - Positives: * Great location * Spacious rooms Negatives: * Property management was hard to reach and unresponsive (except when it came to payment) * The apartment’s cleanliness and maintenance were below average * Insufficient amenities provided (e.g., not enough toilet paper, no hand towel in the kitchen, only one bathroom had shower gel and shampoo) Apartment Review: The apartment’s best feature was its spacious bedrooms, which offered ample space for clothes and luggage. However, the cleanliness left much to be desired—dust, dead flies, and stains on the walls indicated it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned or maintained in a while. Additionally, one of the bathrooms had a broken and mouldy seal, which caused water to spill out during showers. Despite reaching out to the property management, they refused to acknowledge or fix the issue. Property Management Review: The management company’s communication was frustratingly poor. Since the apartment is managed by a company rather than an individual landlord, it made contacting them slow and difficult—except when it came to collecting the tourist tax, which they were quick to respond and take!

• Diana (5/5): The apartment was dirty, dirty toilets and towels. All the kitchen equipments were dirty and nobody came to replace them - The apartment is close to restaurants and supermarkets Very dirty and no equipment
• Claudel (10/5): Exceptional - The rooms were large and the apartment is as shown on the pictures. The location is also very good in a very nice area. The apartment has an elevator which is a plus in Italy.

• Peter (8/5): Great family apartment. Great value for money and location. - Great airconditioning for the three bedrooms. The three double bedrooms and adjoining bathrooms very good. Great beds. Washing machine very convenient. Locks to get into the apartment building and front door of the apartment a little temperamental. Second set of keys would have been useful.

• Christine (5/5): nice apartment but without heating/warm water for days - cozy, clean and spacious apartment, well equipped and well located in a nice district of Naples as a family of 5 (2 kids, parents, grandma) it was frustrating that heating and warm water didn‘t work/were turned off(?) in the last days of our stay. In winter that‘s very cold and unpleasant, especially with kids. Contacting the host didn‘t help much as I never got a reply.
