• Patrycja (5/5): - The property was in a great location — very close to the metro, train station, and bus stop. The neighborhood was very nice, quiet, safe, and clean. There were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were very friendly. The apartment was spacious and had a nice layout. The internet was good. On the downside, the apartment generally needs renovation. It could also use a proper deep cleaning — there was often dust in the corners and some pots were not properly cleaned. The appliances were quite old. One of the showers was not working properly (there are two bathrooms). Hot water was also not available from every tap. It feels like nobody wants to invest in the apartment anymore and that it has remained unchanged. There is also mold on the bedroom ceiling in the corner.
• Vinnie (9/5): Appartamento ben fornito, a due passi dalla stazione di piazza Amedeo e a 15 minuti dal centro - L'appartamento è situato in una meravigliosa zona di Napoli, con una vista mozzafiato e a pochi passi dalla stazione metro di piazza Amedeo. L'host è stato gentilissimo ed esaustivo, ed un problema con l'asciugacapelli è stato risolto dall'agenzia in pochissimo tempo. Super consigliato. Difficile trovare qualcosa di negativo. Sono molto soddisfatto dell'appartamento e della sua posizione.

• Vladimir (6/5): Quiet and spacious apartment in great location, but with very poor cleanness. - The location is great, very close to the subway line #2 and to the funicular. The apartment was quiet and spacious. The cleanness of the apartment was very poor. The renting agency should really change the cleaning company. The hot water was not available one night (out of our 5). There was some failure for the building with supply. There is washing machine in the apartment, but not any dishwasher. The coffee machine was not working. The apartment was renovated some time ago, but it is getting in the ages again. Mold on the ceiling is something I have never seen in any rental apartment before.
• Hans-Joachim (8/5): Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung und in Neapel. - Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und unkonventionell geschnitten. Sie hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Bäder sind gut und sehr individuell gestaltet. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig und hat eine sehr gute Heizung. Die Lage im Stadtteil Chiaia ist fantastisch, Restaurants, Bars und Geschäfte sind schnell erreichbar, Funicolare und Metro direkt nebenan. Natürlich gibt es immer etwas zu kritisieren. Die Ausstattung der Küche könnte besser sein (Küchenmesser oder Bretter fehlten), die Kaffeemaschine funktionierte nicht. Auch der Staubsauger war nicht zu gebrauchen. Die Fenster waren seit langer Zeit nicht geputzt. Wir baten um wöchentlichen Tausch der Handtücher. Für jeden Tausch wurden von der Agentur € 50 verlangt. Dafür könnte man jeweils neue Handtücher auf den Märkten kaufen. Wir haben dann regelmäßig gewaschen. Eine Waschmaschine mit einer Trocknerfunktion ist vorhanden.

• Nélida (10/5): Precioso y cómodo apartamento - Está muy bien comunicado, con la estación de metro y el funicular a escasos metros. El paseo marítimo está a diez minutos andando. Pudimos aparcar el coche en un parking de pago a pocos metros del apartamento. El apartamento es muy cómodo, reformado con mucho gusto, y con todas las comodidades. Dos habitaciones completas, dos baños, y un salón con cocina separados, creando dos ambientes muy modernos. El edificio cuenta también con portero las 24 horas. Una experiencia muy buena.
• Chiara (6/5): Bello e basta - Appartamento situato all’interno di un palazzo storico, ambiente molto bello e suggestivo. Vicino a tutto metro, funicolare, supermercato e farmacia. All’interno del palazzo é presente anche la figura del portiere fondamentale per sentirsi al sicuro e farsi dare anche qualche consiglio su dove andare. Appartamento arredato in maniera molto bella, è molto grande quindi permette di stare comodi. Al nostro arrivo ci ha accolti Erica ragazza simpatica e gentile, ci ha consigliato un sacco di posti dove andare. Mi ha seguita durante tutto il soggiorno visto che abbiamo avuto diversi inconvenienti ed è stata sempre gentile e disponibile a risolverli Appartamento poco pulito e curato nel dettaglio. Le pulizie prima del nostro arrivo non erano state fatte bene abbiamo trovato lenzuola macchiate, mobili con polvere sopra. In più non c’è manutenzione dello stabile, abbiamo dovuto chiamare 2 volte il tecnico sia per la maniglia della porta che per le doghe del letto ( il quale quando lo abbiamo alzato presentava uno strato di polvere assurdo) spostando il comodino per poter riparare il letto abbiamo trovato un calzino dietro di esso non appartenete a nessuno di noi. Il sistema di illuminazione dava problemi le luci sfarfallavano e gli interruttori al tocco erano caldi (non penso sia un buon segno). In cucina non era presente neanche un prodotto per la pulizia ordinaria nessun sgrassatore o pulitore per vetri visto che il tavolo della cucina era interamente in vetro. In più ciliegina sulla torta abbiamo trovato una tovaglia per la tavola della cucina all’interno di uno dei cassetti del salone, una volta aperta e messa in tavola ci siamo accorti che era stata scarabocchiata e imbrattata con disegni poco consoni, ciò vuol dire che la tovaglia presente non era mai stata lavata prima del nostro arrivo o sostituita. Il lavandino della cucina era intasato quindi ogni volta che bisognava lavare i piatti era complesso perché dovevamo sturarlo tutte le volte. Insomma nel complesso l’appartamento è bello e basta.

• Leopoldo (6/5): Great location but upkeep was lacking. - Good neighborhood. it was spacious and great proximity to dinning and shopping areas. Train station a short walk away. Cleanliness was poor. Dusty floors and hairs everywhere including showers. Master bed room shower drain was clogged. Lights did not work properly. Staff was late to check us in to the property even after we specified time of arrival on their online portal and by private message. They Haunted me to do the online check in on their private portal to “save time” where I specified my time of arrival and posted my parties ID documents and information. All this just for them to be late and have to take photos of our documents all over again when we arrived to the property. 1.5 hours later we were settled in.
• Danny (6/5): Spacious Apartment - The size of the property was great. The main areas were spacious and the bedrooms were a good size. It is in a nice location, a bit far from the main strip but it was still a good walk. There was an elevator which was handy for our luggage. The bathroom in the main bedroom was a bit small and it smelt like there was some dampness. We had contacted the property about the lights in the living room/kitchen which didn't work and we didn't receive a response during the whole 7 night stay. The couch was also very dusty.

• Julia (7/5): Wonderful Italy review Chiaia appartment - The location and proximity to transport, restaurants and shopping. The apartment was well furnished and a good size with 2 bathrooms. The building security guards were excellent. There was plenty of towels and kitchen wear (dishes and cutlery). Wonderful Italy contact staff were very helpful and sorted out any problems in a timely manner. Showers were too small and the doors didn't close properly making the floors very wet. No instructions for washing machine, coffee machine or electrics (which frequently fused). The kitchen did not have a cutting knife, there was no ironing board and the facilities said toiletries were included but there were none. The appartment was surface clean but could have been cleaner. A bag of dirty bedding and towels was left in one wardrobe and it smelt.
