• Iryna (8/5): Рекомендую заняться плесенью в ванной комнате, шумоизоляцией в квартире и более тщательной уборкой. - Хорошее расположение, всего 15-20 минут пешком до вокзала. Рядом есть несколько магазинов и хороших заведений. Очень понравилось, что хозяева оставили холодильник с различными напитками и базовыми продуктами, такими как яйца, хлеб, ветчина, сыр, масло и даже макароны. Очень тонкие стены и полное отсутствие шумоизоляции - как в окнах, так и в целом в квартире. В итоге за все 6 ночей нормально выспаться так и не удалось. Спальня выходит прямо на проезжую часть, рядом стадион, поэтому шум не прекращается даже при закрытых окнах. Плюс «замечательные» соседи с детьми, которые могут орать с самого утра и до позднего вечера. В квартире грязные полы и душ, а в душевой кабинке - плесень. Находиться там просто неприятно и даже немного страшно с точки зрения гигиены. Заселение прошло максимально плохо. На протяжении недели я пыталась связаться с объектом - отвечали долго и неохотно. В итоге по приезде мне пришлось стоять на улице около 50 минут после 22:00 в незнакомом городе, при этом район ночью вообще не казался безопасным. Я трижды звонила в службу поддержки, но там мне просто говорили «ждать». И вишенка на торте - за такой «сервис» пришлось доплатить 20 евро за позднее заселение после 20:00. Не проще ли было сделать бесконтактное заселение? Конечно нет, лучше заставить человека ожидать на улице поздним вечером и взять с него за это деньги сверху 🤌🏼

• Surekha (9/5): - We really felt at home as the apartment didnt lack anything. The welcoming could have been better.There was an issue (traffic jam in Naples as it appeared)and our welcome agent could not make it on time. It was on arrival at the address that we got to know that. At least they could have informed us well before as we were in constant comm.. After a 12h flight we didnt expect to wait in the rain. Fortunately after some sms the agent advised us to get in the lobby. Finally when the lady came we tried to ask about the issue but she spoke quite rudely to us. As for the apartment, everything was fine except for the cleanliness which this time was not as good as last year when I came.
• Nikola (10/5): - Čisto je, prostrano i puno raznih dodataka. Sacekao nas je pun frizider i sto hrane, prijatan kontakt sa osobom koja nas je sprovela do stana. Lokacija je okej, blizu su prodavnice i zeleznicka stanica. Lift se placa 10 centi sto nije mnogo ali prvi put to vidim. Jako su im niska ulazna vrata u zgradu. Oseti se neki neprijatan miris kad se ulazi u smestaj ali se brzo izluftira kad se otvore prozori.

• Stojan (10/5): Excellent apartment.I recommend it. - Everything.The beds were comfortable,the apartment was full of snacks,everything we needed and more.Our agent was nice and helpful,she was on time.Overall great experience in Naples.
• Elena (8/5): - Прекрасная квартира для длительного проживания, есть всё необходимое, вплоть до таких мелочей, как нитки с иголками, инструменты или прищепки, что редко можно встретить в съёмном жилье. Предоставленные средства гигиены тоже приятно удивили: нашлось даже интимное мыло. А такого количества еды, которое оставила хозяйка, мы вообще нигде не видели, и это не только завтраки на любой вкус (всевозможное печенье и булочки), но и полный холодильник напитков, йогуртов, ветчины, сыров. Всего не перечислить. Можно почти ничего не покупать, кроме фруктов и овощей. А покупать, кстати, есть где – в ближайшем доступе несколько супермаркетов. Всё чисто, просторно, из окон открывается вид на Везувий. Не лучший вариант для гостей с ограниченными возможностями: двери лифта узкие, в инвалидной коляске не въехать. К тому же лифт платный, 10 центов, нужно всегда иметь при себе монеты (правда, когда на месте есть портье, это не проблема – разменяет). Плохая связь с управляющей компанией до оплаты и регистрации. Вопросы в чате на сайте и письма на указанный электронный адрес остались без ответа. Возможно, это обычная практика, но мы с таким столкнулись впервые, – из-за того что путешествуем с инвалидной коляской, у нас всегда есть вопросы, которые нужно прояснить до момента въезда.
• Claire (8/5): Lovely spacious and bright apartment in a typical neopolitan neighbourhood - Lovely bright spacious apartment in a quiet building with lift. The host Giussepe was very nice and give great attention to detail. Extensive range of snacks drinks and goodies supplied free of charge including ingredients for packed lunch.Fully equiped kitchen for cooking meals,.Washing machine and detergent supplied and clothesline line on balcony. Lots of leaflets about sightseeing and restaurants supplied. Conrad supermarket within minutes walk. we found a street market open every but Sunday on there farside of Piazza Navionale.Location is a 15 walk from the main train station through some less attractive streets depending on which route you take. we had an issue with the boiler for heating the water and it took days to resolve. The agency handling the apartment " Wonderful Italy" didn't respond to the first complaint for a while, as we experienced these issues early in the morning and late in the evening ( we were out all day) it took days to get a solution. it seems that there was a nack to get the boiler to come on properly, if we had understood this it would have helped. even when ithe water did get warm, it was barely hot not like the hot water we got in other places in Naples.
• Viktorija (8/5): Apartment were you can feel yourself like home - Everything was perfect: our agent were very nice, brougt us some presents, tell a bit about the city, what to see and how to get to the center. Appartament was waiting for us with full fridge of food if Naples (meet, cheese, cookies etc.). Was amaizing to find it after our very long trip. Double bed was perfect. You can also see Vesuvio through the kitchen/bedroom windows. I really love that!! We also find many other necessities for feeling us like at home: washing machine with capsules, shower g and even extra toothbrush:). It was not so far from the old town even by foot (20-30min. - depends on the place), while till the central station Garibaldi - also 20min. Many shops, fish market, backeries around too. Thank you so much for care about the guests. We will totaly recomend you 🙏. 1. Neibours. That was something sooo loud. They were arguing, fighting, shouting… well, isolation in this building os quite poor, so it was like everything was happening in front of us. In the night time was quite difficult to keep our kids sleeping :(. 2. Sofa bed. Good for sitting - not so much for sleeping :). 3. Step in the middle of living room. I was always forgetting about it and stepping down not in a good way. 4. Shower. I understand it is quite old and not so easy to clean, but it was’t so nice to have a shower and see the dirt in the corners. 5. Cold. It was quite cold in the apartment in spite of using air conditioner it was necessary to be with shoes inside. (Of course we spend our winter holidays here).
• Surekha (9/5): Good value for money - We stayed for 20 days starting from end of November. And we were amazed by the warm welcome. There were lots of snacks, cookies, variety of tea and coffee on the table...cheese, hams.... cold drinks and so many cups of yoghurt😃 the pantry too was full. The kitchen and the apartment were excellent.Very well equipped and clean. Good location, short walk and/or accessible transport to main sights of interest. We really enjoyed our stay there PS Excellent communication with the host. Nothing.

• Christine (8/5): Fantastic time with beautiful weather but rather too much walking!! - Plenty of food, drinks and snacks had been left which was much appreciated and lasted us all week. Lovely, fully equipped kitchen with a small balcony overlooking the local sports complex. Bed very comfortable. Great shower. Lift to the apartment on 3rd floor. Felt safe when we were out in the evening. Several supermarkets close by. Would have appreciated perhaps Netflix or some other English-speaking TV so that we could chill out in the evening. This is not a few minutes from Central Station. It took us 20 minutes to walk there and when you have been out all day and arrive back at the station you really don't want a long walk home on top. Also when we arrived there is nothing to say what the apartment is called (it is in a big building with lots of apartments and it was lucky that someone came along who lived there and knew what we were looking for.) It is, in fact, called Casa Mia.
• Marius (7/5): Good - We really liked the friendly reception. We also liked that the apartment had food and drinks, which really helped a lot as we arrived late at night. The apartment has electricity issues. It was disappearing quite often, at least 5 times during the evening when we were at apartment. Of course the issue is solved by turning on the breaker, but still it was not pleasant.
