• Pascal (8/5): Appartement spacieux - La situation ,la proximité de l'aéroport,la grandeur de l'appartement la personne du chek in devait nous envoyer des infos rien reçu elle ne répond pas à nos appels, personne n'est intervenu pour réaliser le chek out ,poussière pas faite, cafetière trop petite pour 8 personne , les draps,les alèse de lit tâchés.

• Anne (10/5): Superbe séjour au cœur de Naples - L’emplacement en plein centre de Spaccanapoli est idéal. En face de la chapelle de Sanseverro. Malgré l’agitation du quartier, l’appartement est très calme. L’appartement est vaste, lumineux et propre. Les lits pourraient être plus confortables.
• Nikki (1/5): Unsafe, unsanitary, shards of glass for days, bathrooms & kitchen filthy, mgmt co dismissive. - The only positive thing to say about this place is that it had working air conditioning and a working washing machine., large bedrooms and great location but definitely NOT WORTH IT after our experience with the condition of the apartment and our interactions with Wonderful Italy, the management company. JUST NO! Two days before we arrived I was told a glass shower door was broken by a previous tenants. When we arrived I noticed large shards of blue glass in the dining and kitchen area, so I checked the bathroom with the broken shower door. There was still glass in the bathroom & all over inside of the shower. I ran the shower to rinse the glass but the drain didn’t drain & more glass came up from the drain. After 4 days of back & forth with Wonderful Italy and sent 18 photos & videos they simply “guaranteed me the cleaning crew had removed all of the shards”. Insulting? I agree. 4th day, we returned in the evening to find the broken rails with broken glass gone from the balcony BUT they made a bigger mess by leaving glass shards all over the balcony. AND no one touched the shower. I sent more photos & a video to the management company, who responded to me, I quote; “Hello again Nikki, we have received confirmation from the team that the shards were removed.” 5th day I bought supplied to deal with the drain, glass and properly clean the shower floor. 2 families w/5kids, 1 shower for 5 days. Fun stuff. Wonderful Italy refunded me€100, which doesn't even cover the cleaning fee. I cannot express enough how disgusting these bathrooms were. Even if you ignore the shards of glass everywhere, there are months of streaks of grime & funk on the shower walls & the floors hadn’t been properly cleaned in probably a year, the sinks were not much better. In the kitchen; nothing was clean; dishes, glasses, mugs, flatware & cooking pots/pans were ALL dirty with streaks of some coloured substance or dried food. Not all the beds had linens when we arrived. The beds are not comfortable, pillows are weirdly lumpy. The stove top is induction but there is no induction plate. This looked and felt like slum lord behaviour; with the glass, nothing being clean, the lack of concern/response time to my requests about the broken glass.

• Delyth (9/5): Great flat in a great location - Fabulous, well equipped flat in a characterful street. Close to restaurants and a shortish walk to the Archaeology Museum. Nice comfy beds, big kitchen, nice little patio. The entrance is great - small door in a big door! Can’t fault it.

• Charmiane (10/5): The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the famous museum and within walking distance of all major tourist spot - I recently stayed at this apartment in the historic center of Naples, and I couldn't be happier with my choice! The apartment was impressively big and spacious, providing plenty of room to relax after a day of exploring. One of the highlights was the fully equipped kitchen, which allowed me to prepare meals at my convenience. The washing machine was also a fantastic addition, making it easy to keep my clothes fresh during my stay. weak wifi, you need to go to the kitchen to use the wifi
• Eleanor (7/5): Perfect location and spacious flat with a couple of hiccups - The flat is an ideal location right in the middle of historic centre. There were lots of nice restaurants and bars within minutes of the flat and felt safe the whole time! Despite being so central, it was also completely quiet at night as the flat is on a side street. The flat was very spacious with three bathrooms, washing machine and iron, and a fairly big terrace (with washing line) as well as a very well equipped kitchen. Everything was clean (although the floor was a little grubby). Generally would definitely say it’s really good value for money. The staff member who greeted us was very friendly and helpful and gave us some great local recommendations. There was an issue with the electricity on the first day which caused the air con to stop working as well as the electricity in half of the flat, which included the kitchen (and therefore wifi, hob, fridge, kettle etc). The host did respond to WhatsApp but about once every 10 minutes, which meant it took an hour to have a conversation that would have taken 10 minutes had they called me as I asked or sent someone round, only to say that it wasn’t possible to fix that day. It was 35 degrees that day and only one fan in the flat so we didn’t really get any sleep and had to avoid being in the flat during the day as the temperature was unbearable. They also then asked us to pay for the technician call out, despite the fact that we had followed the host instructions on how to operate the system. In the end, we did not have to pay for this and they sent a technician who fixed it the next day. After this, the apartment was perfect so it was a shame that this ruined our first day. It also wasn’t clear that we needed to separate all of our rubbish so meticulously, or where to dispose of it - we ended up picking through our rubbish in the middle of the street and asking a shop owner for help on where we could throw the rubbish as we didn’t know where the bins were and hadn’t realised we needed to separate it. Would be worth pointing this out to guests when they arrive! Would also be useful to have more than one key!

• Huyen (9/5): Superb - Great location, very big apartment with all comfort, professional management There is no lift so guests should be mindful that they have to carry suitcases to 2nd floor. Not a problem usually as the stairs are not long
• James (4/5): Disappointing - The showers need cleaning. As soon as anyone went for a shower they filled up and water couldnt flow, which triggered something in the drains and the whole apartment smelled of poo. No pleasant.

• Simon (9/5): this is a lovely apartment in a fabulous location. - great location. quiet. very spacious. comfy beds. well equipped kitchen. nicely decorated. lovely roof terrace. most of the pillows were lumpy. there was no towel or drying up cloth in the kitchen.
