• Stephanie (6/5): - L'emplacement est plutôt bon, Luigi était présent pour nous remettre les clés à notre arrivée. L'appartement est globalement confortable, propre et bien équipé. Mauvaise odeur dans la salle de bain qui se diffuse rapidement aux autres pièces. Nous avons maintenu la fenêtre de la salle de bain ouverte en permanence et la porte fermée. Matelas un peu trop mous.
• Davide (8/5): Ottima posizione, appartamento grande - Ottima posizione centrale, vicino alla metro, a 2 passi dalla stazione dei treni e vicino al centro storico Il frigorifero non funzionava, mancanza di lavatrice, utilizzo obbligatorio di una chiave che toglie alimentazione elettrica all appartamento quando non si è a casa (togliendo alimentazione anche alla caldaia) quindi al Nostro rientro la casa era fredda
• Wojciech (10/5): Jeszcze raz zachwalam i polecam - znakomita lokalizacja, tuż koło metra, Zostaliśmy świetnie przyjęci, mimo późnej pory przyjazdy, łącznie z cennym prezentem, w postaci paczki kawy. Apartament bardzo wygodny, zarówno dla romantycznej pary, jak i rodziny z dziećmi. Polecam z pełnym przekonaniem
• Chiodi (8/5): Nel complesso ci siamo trovate molto bene e siamo molto soddisfatte. - La gentilezza di Marcello, il gestore, è impareggiabile. La posizione è ottima: a due passi da tutto eppure molto tranquilla. Appena svoltato l'angolo l'ottima e onestissima pasticceria di quartiere, Zambardini, e la pizzeria La Figlia del Presidente. Essendo fine settembre, avrei lasciato a disposizione un copriletto/copertina.
• Aronica Domenico (8/5): - Appartamento confortevole ,ottima posizione ,buona dotazione cucina, camere climatizzate, proprietari gentilissimi che alla richiesta di avere un doppio guanciale ne hanno portati quattro ,uno per ciascuno ,eccellente Pulizia discreta del bagno,luce specchio bagno rotta, illuminazione bagno bicolore, doccia da ristrutturare,frigo mal funzionante nonostante l'impegno del proprietario gentilissimo a sostituirlo ,l'agenzia che gestisce l'appartamento invece praticamente assente e impresa di pulizie da cambiare sicuramente In cucina ci sarebbe voluto un tappetino davanti il lavello e in dotazione magari uno strofinaccio per asciugare le mani dopo l'uso del lavello

• sonia (10/5): - Cet appartement tout confort, propre, avec une décoration mettant à l'honneur un artiste local, est une pépite pour qui veut découvrir la ville et ses quartiers animés. Proche de toutes les commodités gare/bus/bateaux, le séjour est grandement facilité. Quartier sûr pour les familles. Super ! Pour une table gastronomique, je conseille le restaurant à 50m, il seggio del popolo.

• Francesco (2/5): Non consiglio - Non saprei proprio cosa dire Pulizia precaria. Odore di fogna dalle tubature per tutta casa. Problema con frigorifero eccessivamente rumoroso che ci ha causato si svegliarci diverse volte la notte. La manutenzione ha preferito riferire che “tutto normale” piuttosto che intervenire.
• Sólon (9/5): Superb - Excelent location, close to the subway, everything works well, and it's very clean The dishes were not very clean, and the internet connection was very poor and difficult to connect in some areas of the apartment.
• Paula (8/5): Our stay was good, host Francesco was very nice and the office was quick with communication. Smooth check-in and check-o - We loved the Host Francesco, he was suoer helpful and nice. There were many kitchen facilities, and it was overall clean. There was a lot of noise from the street and we often woke up to that in the middle of the night. Many homeless people were hanging around on the benches in front of the entrance.

• David (9/5): It was a comfortable staying, I would definitely come back. - Central position, comfortable apartment Would appreciated a tv in the bedroom, a reading lamp next to the bed and new doors in the shower cubicle.
• Sevasti (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment has everything you could need except laundry; but there are laundrettes very close are more convenient when traveling anyway. I really appreciated the hands-on touch at check-in, they take the time to explain the most interesting local sights, neighborhoods, eateries and bars and mark them on a map for you. Super nice touch! The apartment was also clean and quiet. One friend is a light sleeper and found the blinds didn't keep out enough light. Bring a sleeping mask if this is you!
• Negin (9/5): in general it was perfect and we enjoyed our stay. - the location, the renovated flat, comfy beds, very comfortable. the cleaness. it wasn’t deep cleaned. the shower, toilet and the feidge. The blankets and pillows didn’t have a cover and they smelled.
• David (8/5): Very good - The apartment is noisy ,all through the night there is traffic and noise coming from a garage opposite were groups of men meet ? and cars and motor bikes come and go.
• Zeev (9/5): Superb - The apartment itself was great. After roaming the city for 3 days i really dont think there was a better location to choose . There are 2 minimarkets 20meters away. A texi station right next door as well and the whole city center in walking distance. Beds bathroom and towels were all welcome and clean. On a personal note and as a tall person the fact that the beds are long enough so my ankels dont dangle in the air when i sleep was a big big plus for you guys. The thing that bothered us the most though is the fact that yes there is a kitchen and appliances but as a person on vacation i really dont want to spend my time and money on dish and hand soap.. which we didn't have and had to go buy. Also may consider adding some coffee and sugar packets. I know you're not a hotel but also something we had to go buy for ourselves.
• Nathalie (8/5): It is a great appartment, only minor things need to be improved. - Location is great, few steps away from shops, restaurants, cafes, subway and train station. It is advertised as having everything you need but we found out that soap/shampoo bottle was mostly water, it had been diluted so much that there was only water left. We had no dish soap or dish towels to do dishes wich led us to believe that dishes were not washed prior to our arrival.
