• Olena (10/5): Комфортна бізнес подорож до Риму - Чудова локація. Центр, але тихий затишний безпечний район міста. Поруч геть усе, що заманеться побачити у Римі. Охайний будинок . Чудова квартира. Маленька, але усе є. Дуже турботливий персонал. Миттєво вирішує усі питання. Наступного разу буду у Римі, зупинюсь саме тут. Гомін папуг зранку за вікном

• Tsvetomir (8/5): - The location is great and the bed comfortable. The host has left some snacks as a welcome, which was a nice touch. The room is quiet. The apartment is very basic and not comfortable.
• Giannina (8/5): Comodo y agradable - La ubicacion, que la habitacion era muy amplia y estaba muy limpio. Ademas es bueno que al llegar el apartamento cuente con agua y jugo en la heladera y varias cosas para comer (tostadas, dulce, madalenas) ademas de cafe. Los anfitriones muy amables y estaba muy equipado y mas alla de algunos detalles es muy comodo para una estancia de varios dias! El acceso a la ducha era incomodo porque delante esta el lavarropas, pero es muy util. Las escaleras para acceder al apartamento, que es normal en italia en general, y la cama para el tercer huesped que no era muy comoda porque no es una cama sino un sofa.

• Javier (10/5): - La cama era comodisima despues de andar todo el dia se agradece, la temperatura era ideal, por su orientacion solo el primer dia pusimos el aacc, a unos pasos del coliseo, y de su estacion de metro. Un barrio con comercios de toda la vida, para comprar comida, pizza para llevar y cualquier cosa en el carrefour express Por decir algo, se acumulaba agua en la ducha, y la cocina un poco pequeña. Pero cocinas sobradamente cualquier cosa.

• Diana (10/5): Good place to stay near Coliseum - The location 100. It was nice to have water,juice, and snacks when we arrived. Hot water and comfortable bed. Near restaurants, too.. We were able to leave our luggage few hours for free

• Tung (9/5): Overall, we had a good experience. - We had a good experience overall. The apartment was clean and the host was helpful and informative. Bonus that we could check-in early especially with a toddler. The location was excellent, less than 5 minutes from Colosseum. Restaurants and supermarket were nearby. The apartment was located near to bus, tram and metro stations. The apartment could have some coat hangers.
• Stankovic (10/5): Amazing host and good appartment - Good space and clean, big fridge; great host! It could be repainted and maybe the bed can be updated, it is very comfy but a bit squeaky. There is some noise from the neighbours but not too bad

• Rose (10/5): - I would definitely stay here again. The apartment was small but accurately shown in the description. (I didnt want anything big) The a/c worked great and it was 100°F every day. It was quiet and comfortable. The only issue was the exterior lock. The key doesn't work properly and you have to jiggle it until it catches. (A couple minutes sometimes) I've stayed in this neighborhood before and knew it to be safe so i was ok with it. Communication was excellent. Apartment was clean, and the little extras left on the table were a very nice touch.

• Ella (10/5): Loved it - Location, 2 min walk from Coloseum, helpfull friendly staff. Metro station 5 min walk. A lot of places to eat nearby, you're in the heart of the city, yet it's very quiet neighbourhood. Very clean place, cozy, you've got everything you need. Air conditioning, big screen tv with streaming services like Netflix, coffee machine, iron for clothes, washing machine. Our stay was perfect, I really hope we'll come back someday. The price is a little too high, but it's worth it because you're right in the center of everything.
• Derek (10/5): Happy and satisfied. - Helpful staff to make our visit comfortable. Excellent location. Try breakfast around the corner at Gavi Cafe. And lookup Luzzi for lunch or dinner. Its crazy busy but good. 15-20 min walk ro Colosseum hop-on hop-off bus. Only 7 minutes to Colosseum itself. This was a fine apartment for the price. All the appliances and fixtures were new. Gas stovetop and microwave.
• Niels (8/5): - Uitstekend verblijf. Onverwacht wat verse ontbijtspullen ontvangen. Mooi appartement voor twee, en helemaal tot met ons zoontje voor drie. Wasmachine aanwezig, goede koekast en prima keukentje. Douchepuntje spoelde slecht door, weinig waterkracht bij toilet doorspoelen.

• Katie (9/5): Such a beautiful apartment didn’t want to leave! - Wow wow wow pretty much everything! The apartment was so beautiful and huge it had a nice view of the grand canal which was the whole reason why I booked it! Exceeded my expectations staff was friendly and helped me with directions on how to get to the place. I didn’t want to leave I could have stayed there forever! :) will def be back soon! They should provide laundry soap would be a nice touch!
• Wayne (7/5): Small apartment style rooms, can be noisy with people going up and down the stairs. - The manager met us after a call to turn over the keys. The room was pretty expensive although the location is excellent close to restaurants and grocery store. The washing machine was broken. The shower is pretty small and the washer is in front of the entry to the shower. The kitchen is nice and having a stove top and frig was great. Although it is very small.

• Anonymous (10/5): Excellent property within walking distance of the most iconic sites in Rome. - Amazing apartment, less than a 5 minute walk from the colosseum in a safe neighborhood. There were many cafes and restaurants a block away. Staff was very friendly and helpful and communicated promptly. Apartment came with a fully stocked kitchen. Couldn’t be happier with our experience.
• Robert (6/5): Nice with excellent location but the unit could use some upgrades. - excellent location A little outdated. bathroom was a little tight with a big step that can be dangerous if not careful. No coffee cups. Bed was way too soft.
