• Silvia (4/5): - ​Esperienza pessima. Abbiamo prenotato e pagato circa 200€ per una stanza il 24 aprile, che ci è stata prontamente confermata. Il 25 mattina, a 5 ore dal check-in la struttura ci contatta per annullare tutto a causa di un 'overbooking'. ​Invece di proporre una soluzione alternativa o assisterci nel trovare un altro alloggio (come imporrebbe la professionalità del settore), lo staff si è dimostrato totalmente indisponibile e noncurante del disagio creato. Non solo siamo rimasti senza camera all'ultimo minuto, ma abbiamo dovuto pagare di tasca nostra una seconda sistemazione altrove, senza ricevere un rimborso immediato dalla prima struttura. Ringraziamo comunque l’assistenza di Booking che ha fatto fatto ciò che avrebbe dovuto, per professionalità, fare la struttura.
• Antonio (8/5): ottimo se non fosse stato per lo spiacevole inconveniente - appartamento bello e spazioso ben tenuto Il gestore di questo appartamento si è rilevato totalmente inaffidabile in quanto il giorno del nostro arrivo abbiamo tentato di contattarlo prima del check in (come da precedenti intese eravamo in attesa di sapere se potevamo anticipare il check in o perlomeno lasciare i bagagli) innumerevoli volte con tutti i mezzi possibili ma invano ... è risultato inesistente: Tanto è che abbiamo dovuto rivolgerci a Booking e nemmeno Booking è riuscito a contattare la struttura. Non sapendo che fare ci siamo recati nel luogo dell'appartamento e in portineria siamo riusciti a metterci in contatto con un collaboratore della struttura che finalmente, prodigandosi per raggiungerci in fretta, ci ha risolto il problema facendoci entrare. Un grande grazie e plauso al collaboratore Simone per tutta l'empatia e gentilezza dimostrataci a dispetto del gestore che si è dimostrato inesistente (com'è possibile non rispondere ad un cellulare per l'intera giornata sapendo di avere dei clienti che potrebbero aver necessità di contatto?...). Infine segnalo che anche Booking si è dimostrata inefficace in quanto non è riuscita a mettersi in contatto con la struttura! Dopo giri vari per contattare l'assistenza ci siamo riusciti e, spiegato l'accaduto, l'intesa era che saremmo stati richiamati profilandoci l'ipotesi che ci avrebbero trovato un diversa sistemazione.. ma invano. Richiamato l'assistenza, rispiegato il tutto a diverso operatore (che tra l'altro non parlava italiano per cui abbiamo atteso che ne trovassero uno) anche questi ci ha assicurato che avrebbe risolto e richiamato. Mai stati richiamati... dopo un po' mi giunge il messaggio da Booking che la struttura era in overbooking (assurdità perchè nel frattempo noi eravamo riusciti ad entrare nell'appartamento) per cui mi hanno rimborsato il tutto e ... Buonanotte ai suonatori ... altro che trovare altra sistemazione! Se hai un problema scordati che Booking lo risolva!!!

• Alvaro (6/5): - Estaba muy limpio y todo el mobiliario era nuevo.la zona era buena La habitacion no estaba muy bien insonorizada.la habitacion da a una via con mucho trafico. Demasiado ruido para poder dormir a las noches
• Roberta (5/5): No comment - Appartamento ristrutturato in posizione centrale Ho alloggiato altre volte ma nell’appartamento con 2 camere da letto (preciso che questo appartamento ha 2 balconi vista città). Stavolta ho prenotato quello con una camera che aveva lo stesso prezzo di quello più grande, ritenendolo giustificato dal fatto che in questo era visibile la fotografia di un balcone vista mare ben diverso quanto a posizione da quelli dell’appartamento grande ed era segnato “vista mare”. All’arrivo nessuna vista mare e nessun balcone(la foto era stata scattata allungando lateralmente le mani dalla finestra). Alle mie rimostranze la risposta è stata la modifica unilaterale delle condizioni (e’ stato annotato “vista città”). Che dire? Per me la chiarezza delle informazioni e la correttezza delle interlocuzioni sono alla base dei rapporti, quindi bocciato in pieno. Aggiungo che la mattina dopo la prima notte sono piombati nell’appartamento prima un uomo e poi una donna che per la loro invadente presenza hanno accampato scuse varie (la donna doveva cambiare un piumino sebbene il nostro non fosse sporco e fosse identico a quello sostituito, l’uomo cercava da noi la donna 🤷‍♀️abbiamo avuto la sensazione che fossero venuti a controllare chissà cosa, l’alternativa che in questa struttura entri gente quando l’alloggio è occupato sarebbe ancora più inquietante).

• Carmela (4/5): Bello ma non pulito o ordinato. - La posizione è fantastica vicino quasi tutta la parte centrale di lungomare Caracciolo Mi è stato difficile seguire un regolamento per quanto riguarda la raccolta a differenziata dei rifiuti, in quanto l’appartamento non aveva gli appositi dispositivi di pattumiera. Per la pulizia lascia desirare ho trovato il water utilizzato da qualcuno ,(quindi sporco per quanto riguarda i parametri di igiene ) ,posacenere con mozziconi di sigarette,di cui non in mio possesso :perché non. Sono fumatrice.avevo chiesto il rimborso ma non concordato ,ma hanno diciamo dato la possibilità di lasciare l’appartamento più tardi ,rispetto all’orario previsto da check out.

• SIMONA (10/5): Appartamento bellissimo - Appartamento nuovo (tutto il palazzo è stato ristrutturato) molto bello e spazioso, con 2 bagni e 2 camere grandi e con letti comodi. C'è una macchina del caffè per la quale vengono già fornite delle cialde. La posizione è effettivamente rumorosa (leggendo le recensioni mi preoccupava un po'), ma il problema si risolve chiudendo finestre e tapparelle (per l'estate c'è l'aria condizionata che ovviamente in dicembre noi non abbiamo utilizzato). La zona è stupenda. Se si arriva in auto è possibile lasciarla nel parcheggio a fianco, sono gentili e disponibili (40 euro al giorno, ma nella zona è il prezzo più basso). Il ragazzo che ci ha seguito per il check-in (Simone) è gentilissimo e premuroso. Abbiamo provato diversi appartamenti a Napoli, in questo torneremo sicuramente.

• giampaolo (1/5): Da non ripetere se non cambio di appartamento su altra facciata - L ampiezza della struttura la posizione Non era la struttura che avevo prenotato bensì mi è stata assegnata una che affacciava nella via più rumorosa di Napoli non ho dormito tutta la notte non si possono aprire le finestre causa rumore assordante del traffico fatto noto tanto che ti forniscono i tappi per le orecchie ma non fu segnalato

La società che gestisce la struttura fa sottoscrivere un contratto in cui sono previste strane penali, la prima volta che mi capita. Un brutto biglietto di presentazione
• Daniel (8/5): Tolle Unterkunft mit super Lage - Tolle Lage Moderne Wohnung Sehr freundlicher Vermieter! Die Reinigung hätte etwas gründlicher sein können. Die Unterkunft liegt an einer stark befahrenen Straße, und das häufige Hupen war etwas störend.

Apartamntul curat si dotat cu toate necesare.Este uscator de par si fer de calcat, gel de dus, prosoape.La bucatarie este totul necesar din vesela.Daca aveti nevoie de ceva, le scrieti si va ajuta.Unicul minus la acest apartamnet e ca geamurile sunt in partea drumului care este destul de aglomerat s cu multe masini.Statia de autobuse este chiar linga casa. Recomand cazarea! Poate asi pune si papuci de unica folosinta -ar fi un bonus foarte mare

• Sally-anne (8/5): Nice clean spacious apartment just very noisy & needs another key to be provided - Very clean, good location near the sea good restaurants nearby. Very spacious with everything you need. Lovely entrance to building with security again very clean with easy to use lifts. Very noisy as window in bedroom didn’t close properly & right on an extremely busy corner with beeping horns all night long. Only 1 key which had to left in for electricity so if we went out separately there were no facilities & it is a 2 bed apartment! Also only 2 plug sockets that took our adapters so had to take it in turns to charge phones & couldn’t charge portable charger when out as electricity went off - maybe we didn’t do our research properly on Italy but unusual to have different socket types would be better if clear in apartment details.
• Lorcan (8/5): Very good - Very spacious, clean and bright apartment located in a convenient and lively sea front setting. It's noisy! Bring earplugs. The apartment is situated beside the entrance to a major traffic commuting tunnel. It quietens down from 2am to 7.30am so some sleep can be had.
• Gordana (10/5): Exceptional - Located in Chiaia, which is the best district, by the sea, many restaurants and cafes are around the corner. Large apartment, very clean, all necessary amenities.
• Alexandra (8/5): Lovely apartment with some deficiency - - spacious - close to the sea and center - friendly staff and communication - balcony/ 2 restrooms and bathrooms - air condition in all rooms - safe - entrance to the building is covered by a Portier - new building which looks great - all rooms have outside blinds - great and big beds - not super clean (bath full of lime/stains hair on the floor ) / leave at least some solutions so that you can clean by yourself - shower solution is not really working. Do not use the rain shower , you will flood the room / it rains outside and along the glass walls - dangerous to get out / very slippery - equipment is not fully there. Just one Prosecco glass and coffee machine isn’t working and was not cleaned for a while - no opportunity to leave the luggage until the rooms get ready (the solution with the luggage stores nearby was not working = all were closed in the mornings) - no shower gel available for couple of days - entrance area has just stairs -> not great for a big luggage to carry or a baby pram or wheelchair

• Tiffany (1/5): Terrible - The place was dirty when we arrived. Spent our first day cleaning the home. The next day we got locked inside the home. Could not reach anyone for help for about an hour. Was told to change homes and I did not want to since I spent all the day cleaning so we was left with the door open. The locksmith had to cut off the lock and remove the door panel. It was left like this for 2 days.
• Martina (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location, appartement clean and spacious.
• Francesca (8/5): Modern, secure, relatively quiet, dodgy Internet - The location was safe for women traveling alone, and the building had security. The building was new, and the apartment was very clean, bright, spacious, and had a washing machine and comfortable beds. The host responded promptly. The apt is close to the coast with lots of nice ocean-facing restaurants, close to Chiana, and generally a scenic place to walk around. Taxi drivers readily recognize the address. The cafe across the street (Bar Tunnel) had great coffee, great local vibe, and consistently good Internet (90mBps). The Internet was dodgy, varying within the apartment--even within the same room. It seemed that the router was in another apartment, so Internet was sufficient (30mBps) next to the wall by the TV or in the front bedroom, but virtually non-existent (0.1 mBps or none) if sitting in the back bedroom's bed. We questioned the host, who said nobody else had ever complained... and they couldn't do anything about it. The apartment's only set of keys, including an "electricity off" switch, was on a combination lock, which made it a little complicated for people to have different schedules. The hosts said they would try to get another set, but during our 6 night stay, we had only the one set of keys. Both bedrooms face a busy street with random noises all night long. Even with the windows closed and a/c running, the street noise is present. While this is probably relatively quiet for Naples (or Manhattan), it may not be "quiet" for sensitive sleepers. The living room side faces a construction site, which is quiet from evening till 7am, but the sofa is not very comfortable for sleeping.
