• Raul (7/5): La estancia en general estuvo bastante bien - Ubicación excelente, muy cercano del centro, y con muchos servicios cercanos. Apartamento muy grande y luminoso. Muchos baños, aunque uno de ellos, nos recomendaron no usarlo. El calentador de agua goteaba. Check-in, deberían de poder gestionarlo por internet como en otros apartamentos, y dejar las llaves en algún cajetín, en lugar de tener que quedar con una persona.
• Veronica (10/5): Séjour inoubliable ! - Sara est une hôte d’une gentillesse incroyable. L’appartement est super grand, propre, avec une cuisine complète et trois salles des bains. Le quartier est top, calme, avec de bons restaurants locaux (je recommande La Locanda, petit resto avec un excellent service et des pâtes inoubliables) à 10’ à pied du Vatican et à 15-20’ à pied de Piazza Navona. Merci Sara et à toute ton équipe (Marialuisa grazie !) pour l’accueil chaleureux. Et à très bientôt j’espère !

• __Roberta__ (9/5): - L'appartamento è molto grande, con tre ampie camere da letto (di cui una con bagno interno) e tre bagni. Veramente un bellissimo appartamento. Lo abbiamo inoltre trovato molto pulito. Sono presenti utensili necessari per eventualmente cucinare. Lo staff è sempre stato molto gentile e presente per qualsiasi evenienza, e ci è stato cortesemente permesso di lasciare i bagagli in anticipo nella mattinata in attesa che l'appartamento venisse pulito. La posizione è molto centrale nel quartiere Prati, praticamente a un passo dalla via principale dello shopping. Palazzo signorile. Super consigliato! Nulla

• TAŞDEMİR (2/5): - Evin tek iyi tarafı biz Mart ayında geldiğimiz için gece soğuk olur mu dedik ama ev sıcaktı. Onun haricinde iyi bir tarafı yok Evin içi çok eski yataklar o kadar kötü ki gece hareket etseniz odadakiler ne oluyor diye uyanıyor. Evde banyoda temizlik olarak ne şampuan ne de banyo terlikleri hiçbir şey yoktu. Oda da yatak vermişler küçük hiç rahat değil parasını hiç haketmiyor. Sabah kahvaltısı demişlerdi o da kaldırılmış. Biz hiç memnun kalmadık...
• SUSANA (10/5): Perfecto lugar para llegar en familia !! - La ubicación perfecta si vas en familia , es segura y tranquila , a una cuadra tienes bus que te conecta con todo, cerca del Vaticano. Todo limpio y ordenado , tienes todo lo necesario . El chico que nos hizo el check in súper bien y por WhatsApp el personal de boezio house siempre nos ayudaron en todo si teníamos alguna duda. Si llegas en avión te recomiendo el servicio de transfer con costo que tienen , nos fue súper bien . Somos una familia de 6 No poder usar la lavadora, entiendo que son reglas del alojamiento pero nos dieron info de donde lavar.

• Damiano (10/5): Il top per trascorrere qualche giorno a Roma - Posizione eccellente (a pochi minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metro Ottaviano e da numerosi luoghi di interesse nel centro di Roma e nel Vaticano), zona tranquilla con disponibilità di parcheggio esterni a pagamento, ma comunque convenienti (disponibili in zona numerosi garage comunque). Casa in condominio curato, spaziosa e pulita con tutto ciò che serve; servizio colazione con ticket in un bar vicinissimo. Staff gentile e cortese. Straconsigliato Davvero nulla
• Dagmar (9/5): - Die Lage war sehr gut, ca.10 Minuten fußläufig zum Petersdom. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants und Cafés in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung war sauber, die Betten waren bequem. Das Ein- und Auschecken war problemlos. Kontakt per WhatsApp sehr gut. Bei Fragen und Problemen konnte man sofort jemanden erreichen. Nachts war es ruhig und man konnte gut schlafen. Es hat uns gut gefallen :-) Die Stühle und der Esstisch im Wohnzimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Stühle waren sehr instabil. Ein Wasserkocher wäre noch schön gewesen, mit Kessel etwas aufwendig, kein Hitzeschutz an Kessel und Topfgriffen. Von den 3 vorhandenen Badezimmern , war das Duschen in einem Badezimmer sehr beschwerlich, Einstieg sehr hoch, keine Möglichkeit sich festzuhalten. Die zwei anderen Badezimmer waren top.

• Pavel (9/5): - Snídani jsme nevyužili. Snídat mimo místo ubytování je pro nás nevyhovující. Ubytování je nabízeno se snídaní, ale nezaregistroval jsem v prvotní nabídce, že se jedná o kávu a croissant mimo místo ubytování. Jinak bylo vše OK.

• Joshan (8/5): - Very central location, spacious apartment and open backyard. The host was really kind and gave us all the information that we needed The two bathrooms were really helpful. Breakfast was provided at a bakery nearby but you had to mention that you are a guest before placing the order. Otherwise they charge you full which happened in our case.
• Gould (9/5): - The breakfast was lovely. Especially the coffee bit. Being a Brit I’m not as into vienoisserie, so i just kept the croissant for later. The apartment was really lovely. Well equipped, good shower et cetera. Lovely kitchen. The living space was the only micro quibble I might have. But I guess a apartment doesn’t really need one because we’re all gonna be out every night! Really very little. We did sit in one evening, and I guess the living set up was a tiny bit awkward but completely serviceable.
• Carlene (6/5): - No close restaurants close to Boezio. Very limited time frame to get into apartmemt and check out time at 10 AM was difficult, 11:00 AM would be more reasonable for travelers with families. Beds Ok. Bathrooms clean.

• Paula Estefanía (9/5): Increíble! - El apartamento estaba remodelado y completamente cómodo y funcional!! Tiene 3 habitaciones super amplias y limpias. La cocina remodelada con lo necesario para cocinar alguna vez si quieres.. y lo mejor esque tiene ascensor! Alguna de las camas era más dura que las otras.. pero había donde elegir!! La cocina no aportaba con aceite o sal pero realmente no es nada

• Faith (6/5): Except for the stairs, the tiny elevator and the water leak… overall it was pretty good. - The communication with the property owner was efficient. The location was near the grocery store which was convenient. The kitchen facilities were great and they had enough kitchenware. The towels, linens and pillows were sufficient. The 3 bathrooms were clean and The bidet was nice. The bedrooms were spacious for our group of 6. We didn’t like The Stairs going up before getting inside the tiniest elevator then to the property- we really had a hard time getting into the property especially with lots of luggage. One of the rooms didn’t have air conditioning unit because according to the staff it was an old building and can’t accommodate an air conditioning unit per city ordinance. This should have been disclosed in the room description. The air conditioning unit in the living room was leaking with water due to condensation from the air conditioning system and a bucket was placed to catch the dripping of water but we didn’t notice it until we left that we noticed there was water on the floor (photo attached). Also, we thought there was a washer but the host was nice enough to provide us a public location to do laundry. I should have made sure… it was a mistake on my part.
• Carola (5/5): Passable - Did provide 3 double beds instead of singles as I had booked, to accommodate 4 people. When I complained about the lack of a bed, they said they could change but would charge me 10 euro extra for washing the additional linen. Completely ridiculous. Will never book again.

• Radu (10/5): Overall a good place to stay if you travel with family or friends. - Very comfortable, big rooms, three bedrooms, three bathrooms. Located close to Vatican yet in a quiet place. A bit too many messages from the host and rules. Checking out at 10 am is too early. Should have been at 12pm.

• Van (1/5): Rude staff, no toilet paper - The bar that provides breakfast (only a croissant) was nice but not filling The staff was awful! Super pushy and annoyed for both checkin and checkout. ZERO supplies. You have to buy toilet paper, soap, shampoo, everything! At checkin, the lady was showing us around and my wife went into the kitchen and noticed a large puddle of water on the floor and the lady instantly tried to blame us. She said "did you make this when you used the washer?" Um lady we have been here for 2 minutes. What the heck. Then they yelled at us the next day becuase we ran the AC at night since it was hot. At checkout we were cleaning up and dropped some eggs so I started cleaning it up which made us about 20 min late for checkout. The lady called and screamed at us. The cleaning people forced their way in and were extremely rude. Avoid this place at all costs. Oh and the main bathroom has a glass door. You can see everything if someone is using the toilet or showering. There were leaks and they had buckets around to catch water

• Arnold (10/5): - Very large rooms. Easy to navigate to all the major attractions. They were very responsive to our needs. Easy to get to shopping, groceries, and dining. The free breakfast was a great added touch - just a brief walk away. The only downside was the beds are very hard.

Also if you dont want to walk - the train station is 7minutes away and its 1.5 euro pp for 100 minute ticket Kitchen well equipped with everything needed to make food if u choose too - Washing machine in good working order! Safe and secure ! The person upstairs walks like a small elephant so bring ur earplugs
• Olaf (6/5): Pleasant - Location, size, light, space and the floor. Beds (mattresses ) are horrible! Shower door missing. You can hear everything going on in the building because its old. The person is sending you message after message after message with rules IN CAPITALS TO MAKE SURE, which nobody will read. The messages are very long and list a plethora of rules. Almost every single day, with questions about us, and when we leave and with some more rules.

• Paul (7/5): Great location and good amount of space but probably won't stay again next time we're in Rome - Fantastic location in walking distance to the Vatican and close to local shops. Delicious pastries from local bakery recommended by the owner and lots of restaurants in walking distance. We made good use of the metro station at Ottaviano to get out and about on the days we weren't going to The Vatican. The apartment itself is spacious and suited our group of four very well. We especially liked the little balcony off one of the bedrooms and the high ceilings and stone floors. We didn't feel especially welcome - there are notices everywhere in the apartment telling you to keep quiet, not to use the bathroom during the night or early morning, not to leave dirty dishes, not to move the furniture.... Oh and don't check out late or leave rubbish in the apartment or there's a charge.... We have stayed in lots of apartments where these things would be the case, but it seemed very overt here unfortunately. The apartment feels unloved and could do with some simple upgrades. Much of the crockery was chipped and the knives blunt. A washing up bowl would be really helpful (or a dishwasher!). The towel rack is rusty and need replacing. The dining table and chairs in the living room are really quite wobbly. A very small amount of investment would greatly improve the experience in this beautiful space. It's a lovely building and amazing location, so would be great to make the most of what's on offer!

• Hoan (8/5): Very good - The apartment has a very convenient location. Apartment facilities are quite good. The owner of the apartment always responds when there are questions. It would be better not to collect the luggage deposit after check out.
