• Giorgos (10/5): Τέλειο διαμέρισμα κοντά στο Duomo - Πολύ βολικό, μερικά μέτρα από το Duomo. Πεντακάθαρο, με πολλούς χώρους για τα ρούχα. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο σε ηλεκτρικές συσκευές και σκεύη για όποιον ενδιαφέρεται. Άνετο κρεβάτι και άνετος ο καναπές κρεβάτι.
• Wan Ling (9/5): - 住宿地點非常好！！在巷口就可以看到百花大教堂，距離要去的景點都很近。房間是漂亮的木頭顏色，裝潢很舒適漂亮，以及有質感。我們因為是三個人，空間稍微會小一些，如果兩個人住應該很寬敞，但整體而言還是很滿意。 加床的床稍微太軟了一些。
• Pietro (7/5): Bella posizione, peccato per l'intoppo del riscaldamento - La posizione è centralissima e l'appartamento è bello, puliti e ristrutturato di recente. Il letto matrimoniale è molto comodo (ma non altrettanto il divano letto) Quando siamo arrivati la prima notte il riscaldamento a pavimento non funzionava. La proprietaria si è attivata il giorno dopo e ha risolto il problema, ma la prima notte non è stata molto confortevole. Non c'è la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli per qualche ora dopo il check out. Una sedia in più e qualche appendino in bagno non guasterebbero

• Vladimíra (8/5): Moc pěkné ubytování pro 2 osoby. - Lokalita super a pěkné čisté a moderní ubytování. Klid na spaní a příjemná energie. Tragická byla rozložená sedačka jako postel pro dva, ani děti se tam nevyspaly, natož dospělí. Ubytování rozhodně neni pro 4 osoby, ale jen pro dva. Manželská postel byla v pohodě.
• Jafet Gerardo (7/5): - La ubicación El sofá cama , si bien no indicamos que lo íbamos usar y no estaba preparado, estaba en muy mal estado, su colchón super incómodo y desnivelado, un dolor para la espalda.
• SOKRATIS (10/5): Άριστη διαμονή - Καταρχάς ήταν πεντακάθαρο και πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο. Η τοποθεσία του είναι κέντρικοτατη, βγαίνεις από την οικοδομή και είσαι μέσα στο Duomo. Αν και απόλυτα κεντρική τοποθεσία, το διαμέρισμα είναι πολύ ήσυχο καθώς δεν βλέπει στον δρόμο. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και με καταψύκτη. Όλα ήταν τέλεια! -

• Rafael (9/5): Superb - The location is definitely the highlight. You can see the Duomo as soon as you step outside. There are plenty of restaurants and a wine window just around the corner. The place is modern and minimalist which isn’t a bad thing but there are no hooks or bars to hang towels or clothes in the bathroom. Little counter space I. The bathroom. Just a little annoying but the apartment was great!

• César (10/5): - No cuenta con estacionamiento, y se encuentra dentro de la zona restringida de estacionamiento, por ser el centro, por lo que si traes vehículo es un problema la única opción es en los estacionamientos que te permiten el cual hay uno a la vuelta y cuestan 50 euros aprox por día.

• Alicia (9/5): Beautiful but still not quite a 10 like it could be - There was definitely a lot to love about this place. It has been renovated with such a high quality of products and finishes. It’s very spacious and so close to the Duomo. It was a shame though that it’s not quite complete yet, and is missing some attention to detail. The building is still being renovated and it seems the apartment still some needs some things finished too. A big let down to be mindful of is there’s no wifi (which I understand has been specified), but we had trouble with our mobile data service once inside the building! I really think adding wifi would be a great addition, plus some homey touches to make it feel less cold and display-home like. The aircon required a lot of assistance to use as it’s all through touch panels on the wall ~ it could really do with instructions for guests as I was required to send photos and videos of what we were trying to do to turn it on, which I didn’t have wifi for and then it turned out you needed a 3 digit code as well to turn it on, so I couldn’t possibly have used it without assistance.

• Gaurav (10/5): - Pros: Excellent location - like 10 steps from the Duomo and all the restaurants. 10-12 min walk from the railway station. 2-3 min walk to David. Walk to everything, come back when you need a break. Suite is almost brand new / recently renovated, with high end finishings, large marble washroom etc luxury features, high ceilings and is quite large for a studio. Building is very nice, safe, secure, new elevator, etc. Host let us check-out about 45 min late, and that was appreciated. Good comfortable mattress Cons: There is no wifi, and cell phone signal is very weak inside the unit, and that made it difficult to communicate with the host. Check in experience was not great. Seems to be outsourced to a third party who had no idea about the unit, how to work the air conditioning unit (which is a bit complex and in Italian). Was not very welcoming and rather curt. Just wanted to collect the tax money and leave. We had to walk out of the building to get cell phone signal and then contact the host, who did promptly send someone to help adjust the air conditioning. The host could consider leaving a booklet or print out of instructions for appliances in the room. There is no dishwasher, or clothes iron in the room.
• Hilary (4/5): - We had numerous issues with this property and despite informing the owner, the issues were not resolved. There was no ventilation and therefore the bathroom marble floor was constantly wet (even after a full day of not using the bathroom), very slippery and thus dangerous. There was no WiFi and the cellular connection only worked in the kitchen. We could not modify the temperature or a/c and there was no iron, despite indicating that there was one on the Expedia site.
