Sonia (3/5): Not so lovely. - Location. Failed to connect with greeter. We were on time. Had to go to a hotel and pay an extra night. No recompense. The apartment was not clean. Months of dust under bed and under kitchen cabinet.. Hot water in kitchen virtually non existent. Stove not functioning initially. Fridge broke down. Staff were professional but it was a far from lovely experience.
