• moelesto (10/5): Great vintage apartments near train station - Awesome vintage apartments close to a train station. Hosts were helpful and provided some nice tips on nearby restaurants and places to visit.
• Cornelia (6/5): - Alles war super! Die Wohnung war absolut nicht behindertengerecht! Bereits beim Eingang 2 Stufen, duschen nicht möglich! Kein duschhocker oder eine Stange zum Anhalten.

• Robert (8/5): Three nights in Venice - The apartment was within walking distance from the train station +-10min Nice neighbourhood with a pubs and restaurants on our door step, where locals met. This gave the area a nice lively vibe. Water taxis were very close, which made travel around the city easy. Lots to see if you walk around the neighbourhood. Apartment was sufficient for selfcatering, with ample space for up to four people. The apartment was very cold, especially at night.

• valentina (9/5): Appartamento molto bello in centro a Venezia - Pulita e in zona centralissima, a 5 minuti dalla stazione. Piano terra, comodo se hai passeggino, camere molto spaziose. Letti comodi. Ben insonorizzato anche se nella via c’è gente. Le finestre si chiudono e resta buio se serve. Si regola il termostato per scaldare di più se serve. Host molto gentile e disponibile Tutto benissimo!

• Elia di salvo (7/5): - Buona posizione per raggiungere la stazione e visitare la città. Struttura situata al piano terra, con affacci su vicolo pedonale, quindi con poca privacy. Stanze poco luminose ed umide. Soggiorno costato 330 € per notte.
• Anna (9/5): Gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. - Tolle Lage und gut von der Garage San Marco erreichbar, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Tolles Bad, sehr sauber und neu. Bei der Wohnung handelt es sich um eine Wohnung im EG, die Bilder täuschen, die Wohnung ist nicht so hell wie es aussieht. Und man hört alles von der Straße: Passanten, Koffer, Müllabfuhr. War uns bei der Buchung nicht so bewusst. Die Sauberkeit und die Einrichtung haben es ausgeglichen.

• Winnie (9/5): Nice central location by the train station - Nice location from the train station and close to the vaporetto station! The area is quieter side, which is a plus. Beware if you have large luggage, you need to carry your luggage’s over a larger bridge through the crowd with many steps and a set of stairs further down the path. Amenities were fine, linens were clean, and we had everything we needed to cook. Host is super nice and responsive for questions we had! Shower was VERY tight for a petite person, barely room to move. And the shower had strange temperature changes. The water will switch from hot to cold constantly. A little cold by the kitchen and first bedroom area because of the draft coming through the door. A suggestion is to make sure to bring your own shampoo and soap because the one provided seemed to be a hand soap (not sure).

• Anne-lise (9/5): Perfect location - Perfect location near the waterbus and good restaurants, and not very long walk from the train station and to the Rialto Bridge and Piazza San Marco. We were travelling with 3 small children, and the love it a nice bath and TV. :) It was very clean with nice towels and linen. :) I will recommend your house to friend and family. Regards Anne-Lise Maybe 2 wine glasses instead of only one, but we managed. :)
• B (7/5): Nice - The vaporetto and the market were so close. Check-in and out were easy. They left us some complimentary coffee. Bathroom and floors were clean. There were not as many flies inside as we feared. The window at the entrance was open for the AC and it made sleeping hard because people talking on the street were just like they were talking in the house. The sheets had some hair. It wasn’t like somebody slept there and they didn’t change the sheets but more like they were washed but the hair got stuck. A kettle would be useful.
• Amarnath (8/5): Small but cozy and nice place - Good location. Nice host. Overall great place to stay. Great for 4 people even though the place has beds for 5. THere is a vapareto stop nearby and also a grocery store very closeby. Nothing in general.
• Robert (8/5): Easy to get to, beds were good, a quiet respite from the crowds! - Location is excellent - 5 mins walk from train station, over 2 bridges. The apartment is small but had everything we needed for a short stay. Very clean. To use the portable AC unit (very grateful it was there) you had to leave a window open for the heat exhaust. This made it a little louder at night when people walk by outside. But the apartment is in a non-tourist area of Venice, so there is not so much traffic. Had no trouble sleeping.
• John (9/5): Superb - Location was excellent. Fridge had some soft drinks and water and was easy to pay using your phone or just leave cash. Not too far from the bus drop off and only a 15 to 20 minute walk to Rialto Bridge. We mostly walked but the Vaporettos were very convenient to get around. The air conditioning unit was a bonus Was a little small for 5 of us but we were only there for 2 nights and only used the accommodation for sleeping (no cooking). Other than that no complaints
• Lee (8/5): Simply a very nice little place to stay in wonderful Venice. - Cute and funky flat in a good location, clean and comfortable. Nothing major but would have liked one easy chair to sit in and I did not see a kettle as I drink tea, but as stated very minor issues.

• Virginija (8/5): Remote but serves the purpose, freshly renovated - Several local coffee spots, shops and restaurants nearby The appartment is freshly renovated in a very convenient ant contemporary manner. Some basic amenities still not available (not enough sockets, strange shifts in water temperature in the shower), so it takes a bit of time to get used to. Otherwise it's very functional. It's on ground level but the street is rather quiet, we had no trouble with any noise.

• Adeline (8/5): Cosy stay in Venice - Cosy unit with basic cooking equipments to cook simple meals. Ground unit. Towels n linen were clean. Unit was also kept clean. Check in was also a breeze. Managed to check in early. Easy to get around from the apartment (without luggages). Else can simply engage a luggage porter when you arrive at the train station. It was a life saver as I was travelling with elderly and young teens. It would be a bonus if there were some basic cooking condiments like olive oil, salt, pepper in small bottles. Not able to open my windows to let the cool fresh air in as the windows can be open fully from the outside if not latched from the inside. And as apartment is on ground floor facing the alleys, it feels a little insecure to leave the windows open.
• Azlan (9/5): Brilliant location at ground level! - Excellent location at ground level, close to amenities and restaurants. Small but clean and comfy, even for a group of 5. Just an advice: Not suitable if you have lots of or heavy luggage. There are a few bridges you’ll need to cross from the train station! Also, could do with a microwave.
• Maryam (10/5): Exceptional - The location is close to the station, comfortable for leaving the luggage and exploring the city on foot! The house has two little rooms. the kitchen is tiny but there was everything provided for one night stay of my family if 5. it was complicated to communicate for an early check in, but finally we could enter earlier for free!
• Mariyana (10/5): Exceptional - Cozy little apartment, newly refurbished, great location and quiet street. I would highly recommend. The only thing we did not like, was the paying method for the minibar-for a bottle of water you have to go online, register with email, then start the paying process, enter your card details and etc. Could be definitely simplified.

• Tuong (10/5): Recently-renovated nice stay - New kitchen and bathroom. Convenient entry with code pad. Nearby shops & restaurants. Nothing. Just to let you know that if you are walking with luggage, you have to cross 2 bridges from the station.

• Leonardo (9/5): Very cozy, renewed and well located apartment. - Host was very responsive, and helpful. We arrived a little early and he was kind to let us leave our luggage there, before check in time, while the apartment was still been cleaned up. Apartment was very well located and easy to get to. The apartment has been completely renewed, so everything was pretty new, and the bathroom was spotless. It goes without saying, but there are a lot of restaurants and leisure options in the apartment neighbourhood, so, great location! It's not a very big flat, which, I guess is common for the city, so there was little room for some facilities such as a washer machine, a dish washer or even a microwave oven. In the first night we had an issue with one of the beds, it's foot was poorly screwed so the bed would not lay completely horizontally. It was a boomer for the person sleeping on it and we had to had the host coming in in the next day to solve this out. He was very kind and handy, but still...
