- Thimmy (10/5): Great area, beautiful room, worth the money! - Nice area, clean room, lots of restaurants nearby, close to the water. Great introduction/check-in by Carmine! Medium distance to subway/train, and takes a while to get into the central part of Napoli (Centro Storico). This was however expected and comes as a consequence of wanting to stay in Chiaia, which is one of the nicer neighborhoods. Would recommend that you get the Lime-app and ride an electric bike along the coast (maybe 3 minutes walk to the coast) to get further into town :)

It's a great location and the room was impeccably clean. Reported a dripping faucet in my bathroom that never got fixed. Maid came and left all the windows open; room was muggy and smelled like a Naples sewer. Never did get the HVAC to work right. It is a guest house and the only probems that will get fixed are over the phone.

The plugs don’t fit sockets well so need to had the plug in while you use hairdryer etc. bathroom tap had a constant drip just general maintenance things easy resolved. And hooks in the bathroom. Also having tea spoons would have been nice. And the facilities such as cereal bowls would be a feat touch.

Keine regelmäßigen saubere Handtücher bekommen, Zimmer war aber Preis Leistungsverhältnis super. Keine direkte Rezeption vor Ort, dafür aber per Handy erreichbar, wenn was benötigt wurde. Würde ich jederzeit weiter empfehlen.

The suite was clean and smelled amazing as there were diffuser sticks in the lobby outside of our room. The room itself was well-appointed with a beautiful view of Dei Martiri piazza. - Fabian (6/5): - An sich ein nettes Zimmer, allerdings waren der Check in und die ersten Minuten im Zimmer sehr schlecht. Zuerst funktionierte die App nicht, dann sollte doch über den Link aus der Mail die Schließanlage gesteuert werden. Der WhatsApp Support vom Host war gut und es hat geklappt. Im Zimmer waren allerdings noch die alten Handtücher und das bezogene Bett vom vorherigen Gast. Dazu stand noch/schon Reinigungsmittel im Bad. Anscheinend war die Putzkraft kurz da und dann wieder weg. Die Wände waren schon etwas mitgenommen und das Bad sah auch nur fancy aus. Wenig Druck in der Dusche und keine perfekte Sauberkeit. Duschgels und Shampoo war nach der Reinigung ausreichend vorhanden und auch das Bett war dann ca 90 Minuten später frisch bezogen. Der Balkon war super und auch die Lage ist echt gut. Beim Checkout, der laut Infoblatt vom Host um 10:30 sein sollte, standen wir um 10:15 dann vor der verschlossenen Tür um in den Flur zu gelangen, auch hier muss mit der App bzw. Dem Link die Tür von innen geöffnet werden (was bei einem Brand oder sonstigen Problemen wirklich bedenklich ist). Als ich den Host dann angerufen habe, hat er uns die Tür aus der Ferne geöffnet, meinte aber noch recht frech dass der checkout bis 10:00 ist. Danach ist der Link deaktiviert und man kann die Tür nicht mehr bedienen. Zuvor wurde auf eine Frage per WhatsApp (19:15, Vorabend) nicht mehr geantwortet, also Service auch eher mittelmäßig. Schade, da die Unterkunft nicht ganz billig war und zuerst gut wirkte.

The bed and breakfast is located in the building right on the side of the book store, WiFi is essential to get inside and outside of the building. There is no interaction with any physical staff. All access to the room is through an app on your phone to gain access to the building and apartment. Takes a little to get used to but is fine once you start. Had no issues.

The communication with staff on WhatsApp was smooth and they always replied very fast. Check your phones internet connection as the access to the apartment is through an app and due to my phone problems I had a 5min struggle to get inside in the evening

- Helen (9/5): A little gem in Chiaia - Super clean, staff extremely responsive. The room was comfortable enough but pretty tiny. Don’t book room 5 if you need space. It was very quiet however, which some people might an advantage. Room was at the back of the building, so don’t expect a view. We noticedsome other rooms being cleaned that were much larger and even had a balcony, so pay attention to details when booking. The two Antonellas who maintain the rooms are wonderful. Breakfast was just coffee and cornetto (croissant). The voucher said something about juice and when we asked for water instead the barista went into a loud harangue. Even a waitress who worked there thought he was over the top. Definitely doesn’t like his job. The waitresses are sweet and helpful. You can’t really find anything resembling protein for breakfast anywhere in this neighborhood but there is an excellent upscale supermarket where we got yogurt and berries just a block away.

Carmine met us at the property and went through all about the location. Also provided us with a map of the area and point of interest. Also got a cab arraigned for us for the next morning for the trip to the airport.
