• annemayk2024 (2/5): Disappointed - Very disappointed. Despite the generally positive reviews, I was not satisfied with our stay. We ended up checking out after just one day. The shower functioned very poorly, and the air conditioning was difficult to adjust and quite noisy. Although the shower was repaired during our stay, it still did not work properly. I reached out to request a partial refund, but after several emails, I have received no response. Extremely poor service.

• e_nieuwkerk (10/5): Excellent stay in the hart of Bangkok - We stayed this weekend in this hotel because it is close to most sightseeing places, palace, Wat Po, Baiyok, China Town, etc. Checkin is at 14.00h. But with our early arrival we could park our car already at their secured parking. The welcome is very friendly. The hotel is Beautiful and very clean. Rooms perfect. Tried the breakfast, an extended buffet of good quality. European and Thai dishes. Al in al highy recommended. Cheap for what you get.

Hotel reception helped us book a private driver for a day trip to Ayutthaya. We had a fantastic day with the driver. Can only be recommended. Overall we were happy with the stay and would gladly come back.

Le seul petit point négatif est la pression d’eau dans la salle de bain et la difficulté d’avoir la bonne température dans la douche ! De plus la Clim face au lit ne permettant pas de la mettre la nuit au risque d’attraper la crève ! Bon rapport qualité prix !

• Florian Arnold (8/5): - Modernes Hotel mit super freundlichem Personal und stets sauberen Zimmern. Das angebotene Shuttle hat reibungslos funktioniert. Das Frühstück ist zwar nicht riesig, aber absolut ausreichend – jeder findet etwas. Trotz der Nähe zur Khao San Road ist es überraschend ruhig. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Wat Saket, die Khao San Road oder der Große Palast sind fußläufig erreichbar. Einzige Minuspunkte: Die Klimaanlage hängt direkt über dem Bett und die nächste Metrostation ist mit fast 4 km doch recht weit entfernt.
• Dinguer (10/5): Excellent option - Overall, the hotel has an excellent location close to pier, main temples and walking streets in Bangkok. The staff was very friendly and enthusiastic, all of them speak English so that is easy to communicate. Breakfast has different options, the room was a little bit small but it is so convenient and comfortable, I recommend 100% this hotel and I will come back for sure.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Bom - Inicialmente tivemos momentos bons, com exceção do café da manhã que não serve suco de fruta natural, servem um suco artificial terrível, mas o principal foi o despreparo do hotel para o terremoto que sofremos quando estávamos dentro do quarto. Não tocou sirene, simplesmente todos os funcionários correram para fora do hotel e foi praticamente cada um por si. Lamentável.

• Stephanie (8/5): - Logement très fonctionnel même si légèrement petit si on a de grosses valises. Personnel très sympathique et petit déjeuner avec large choix. Les points à améliorer seraient de changer les serviettes qui sont parfois vieilles (déchirées ou plus très blanches) mais tout est tout de même globalement propre. Nous avions une chambre vue ville mais il ne faut pas miser dessus, c’est une vue sur les deux / trois toits les plus à proximité et un mur de bâtiment qui coupe la vue. Lit très confortable et salle de bain fonctionnelle.
• joywP2333WZ (6/5): Convenient location & well kept building - Thana Wisut was decently clean and had good location. The honest details I feel others may want to consider. The wifi didn’t work in the room for my entire stay and when I asked front desk they did not have a solution other than to wait for technician in the following days and to come back and ask again later. The hotel is very well located, a short walk to Koh San Road and restaurants near by. Staff were friendly and breakfast was convenient when in a pinch. No gym or facilities of the like on site was a down side. Overall a good safe landing spot for new/first time arrivals in Bangkok if you want a clean quiet room but it’s nothing fancy or spacious. Just a bed and a toilet. I’d say an excellent option for backpackers who want a small step up from a hostel.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Bad Wi-Fi - Overall, the room was clean, tidy and comfortable. The breakfast was good and plenty of variety. Location is a short walk from many restaurants, food carts and the famous Khoasan road. The hotel staff was very attentive, provided a scale to weigh luggage before our flight. What was missing was consistent Wi-Fi connection. If you want or need to get work done via internet, good luck. No one could seem to fix the issue and thus our 2 week stay was without internet connection made it less enjoyable.

• Parisa (4/5): Poor staff - We stayed there for a week and initially didn’t include breakfast, but added it later. One day, while we were in the dining area, a staff member publicly confronted us, shouting that we needed to pay first, which was very embarrassing. The next morning, one of us had an early breakfast, and they repeatedly called our room every half hour to demand payment. We explained that we were staying for a week and had already provided a security deposit, so there was no need to treat us as if we were stealing. Additionally, while they did change the sheets, the replacements always had stains. Overall, the staff were not friendly but came across as overly greedy and unprofessional.

They didnt have a bellboy for our luggage. Front desk staff was nice and helpful. The rate of room was friendly on pocket. No view from the hotel window. AC cooling was average too.
• Despoina (2/5): - It looks like a very nice affordable hotel in the center of Bangkok. The rooms are a bit small but very clean and the cleaning stuff is polite! The breakfast is delicious with a lot of options. Then the problems start, the 2nd night we have a black out in our room and we have to change, ok no big deal, the frigde in the other room doesn't work but they changed it.The next day we book a tour to ayathaya from the reception of the hotel, the tour guide doesn't speak English so we have to search everything in Wikipedia. The tour also had lunch included and the tour guide took us to a "restaurant" with disgusting food and a lot reviews of food poisoning. When we arrive at the hotel and told the situation they didnt care and when we ask for the company name to make a review for them not the hotel they didn't give it to us. The final strike was the next day, we have parked our motorbike in their private security parking with cameras and security guy 24hours, and we find it broke. When we told to the reception they say they dont have footage of this area and the security guy didn't hear or see anything. We called the police and when they came, they find that they have the footage of the incident and it was other client of the hotel that they trowing down of bicycle, but they checked out. As a result we lost 700 bht for a damage we didn't cause.
• _ebkough (10/5): Hidden away off the beaten track, but what a surprise! - I was pleasantly surprised that for a hotel in a small alley, it afforded all the amenities I needed. The rooms were standard but clean and comfortable. The best surprise was the breakfast spread which far exceeded the quality offered by other hotels of the same price range in Bangkok. The hotel is not easily accessible by mass transport but it was ideal because it was within walking distance of the conference venue I attended. No complaints here. Another very pleasant surprise was an excellent restaurant the front desk recommended which again, was hidden in an alley a few meters away. The Burmese staff at the hotel and restaurant were very attentive. I have recommended this hotel to colleagues who had business at the venue I attended.

• Nurul (8/5): - i like that the place is small, but cozy. the staff have been amazing despite the small space ☺️ here are a few things to take note for travellers coming here: - please bring your own iron because this hotel does not provide one unless asked at the counter. (there is only 1 iron here) - bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste because they don't provide those too. - laundry is available near lilit hotel. the nearby 7-11 store has the basic amenities you need if you forget to bring these. also a good place to stock up snacks while here :) p.s this hotel is a bit far from tourist places and malls, but grab is the way to go.

• misiv_72 (8/5): Good - Very good looking hotel with nice staff in a pretty central location. However, I cannot rate it 5 stars due to the terrible noise in the room. You can hear every slamming door and people talking out the rooms. The staff starts cleaning at 8-8:30 in the morning and they have loud walkie talkies. It was really hard to get a good rest here, as there were guests shouting even at 2-3 in the morning. Other than that, it’s good.
• Nicholas (8/5): - The hotel was very average, which is what I was looking for. It's fairly clean but not luxurious. It's within walking distance to a lot of dining and entertainment options. Overall, it's perfect for a night or a couple of nights to explore the area in a cost effective manner.

• Sidney (8/5): - The staff at this hotel were wonderfully helpful. I took a taxi back from a market and the driver was honest and friendly. He said he could take me to the airport when I leave. I took his name and number. The problem though I could not speak Thai and he could not speak English. I asked a lady (the one with short hair and slim build) at the first desk if she could call the driver to confirm my ride. She took care of it and I was very happy with my ride back to the airport. All in all, everyone was friendly and helpful. I will be traveling to Bangkok again next year and this is the hotel I will be staying.

• Lahirup (10/5): Calm & Peaceful Stay - I had a fantastic stay at Thana Wisut Hotel in Bangkok from July 22nd to 24th, 2024! The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The food was delicious, offering a great variety of options to suit all tastes. The rooms, 406 and 307, were spotless and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Bangkok!

The biggest issue I encountered was with the drainage in my room, which seemed to be backed up as there was a horrible smell in my bathroom during my stay.

• bschafee (8/5): Clean, great location - Very nice resort close to attractions in Bangkok. Beds were comfy, room was very clean and staff were friendly. Breakfast was also very good. Only reason for taking away a star is when we arrived the staff tried to tell us that breakfast was not included in our reservation and that it would be 150 baht per person. The first night we stayed I paid the 300 baht for the two of us to eat. Then after looking at our hotel reservation I noticed that breakfast was included and after talking with staff they said we could eat for free but refused to refund us for the day before. They also tried to tell us that we owed additional money on our hotel booking which we did not. I noticed in Bangkok and Patong that this is fairly normal to run into in hotels and 7/11s where they try and over charge you to make extra money. Once you are aware of it it’s easy to avoid the over charges. We had no issues in the southern islands with this.

Around 16 minute walk from Khao San road. 7Eleven just over the road. Fridge in the room, hairdryer too. Breakfast was good, 150Bhat for the buffet. Shower sometimes got cold, but not a huge issue. Would stay here again happily.

• Michael (8/5): - It was a nice, quiet and clean hotel. The staff was very friendly, attentive and willing to help in every way possible. The Khao San Road is about a 15 minute walk but sightseeing requires transportation. Not a deal breaker but something to keep in mind.
• anjalohse (8/5): Good experience :) - Good and affordable. The rooms were clean. The location is really amazing because it‘s in close distance to the action but still very quiet. Great local restaurants in the area. Some rooms have a bad air circulation but you have the air conditioning if that‘s the case. The breakfast was really tasty :)
• Alexander (10/5): Newer hotel! Great location! - Newer hotel. Clean rooms. Pleasant personnel. Walking distance to Khaosan Rd and many temples.

• Annalise (10/5): Perfect location - Room was a great size, very clean and had a city view. Lovely staff and perfect location, near 7-eleven, plenty of restaurants, temples and Khao San Road
• Tannar (10/5): - Super quiet area right near Khaosan Road. Perfect walking distance and great food nearby. Gotta hit “The Family” right down the street, amazing food and great service.

• James (8/5): - This place is very nice although a bit of the beaten path. No cab or tuktuk driver seemed to have a clue how to find it, even when you spoon feed them the address and showed them the route on Google maps. The facilities, amenities and breakfast were first rate. You will pay a 500 baht "security deposit." Kiss it goodbye. Mine was forefeited after Detective Columbo returned from my room inspection to inform me that the bathroom towels were dirty. Whatever!
• Jeff (10/5): Hidden gem - The hotel was very nice, large, modern rooms, a very comfortable big bed and large bathroom. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. Even though i had a very late check in from my flight they made sure someone was there for me. The restaurant is spacious and serves a wide variety of food, definitely worth purchasing the breakfast option. Would highly recommend
