• Antonia (10/5): Amazing experience! - An absolutely perfect stay that gave me a total "wow" feeling! I usually don't book B&Bs, but this place completely changed my mind.The check-in was incredibly smooth and fast. A huge thank you to the owner, who is super helpful, replies instantly to every message, and always checks in face-to-face to make sure everything is perfect. The room (I stayed in Room 2, which has a beautiful view!) was sparkling clean and refreshed daily. The bed was very comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly.The location couldn't be better. It is situated in a very chic, posh neighborhood, surrounded by everything from high-end luxury brands to great local shops, amazing restaurants, and markets (perfect for shopping, though your wallet might feel it, haha!). Right next to it is a beautiful, massive park. As a solo female traveler, I walked there by myself every day and felt 100% safe at all times. On top of that, the metro station is less than a 5-minute walk away, making it the perfect base to explore Naples.I am already planning to return to Naples soon, and I will definitely stay here again. 100% recommended! Vicinissimo anche alla fermata della metro Chiaia e alle vie dello shopping e della movida. Staff molto disponibile, ottima anche la pulizia! Torneremo sicuramente nei prossimi soggiorni in una città che non stanca davvero mai. Nella nostra stanza mancava un appoggio accanto al letto per mettere le cose necessarie più vicine.

• Inge (9/5): Top, zou het iedereen aanraden - Super locatie in de buurt van gezellige tentjes, restaurants en bars. Leuk gebied van Napels en centraal gelegen om de andere wijken ook te bezoeken. Dichtbij zee maar ook bij stad. De host reageerde direct op vragen en gaf ons leuke tips waar te gaan eten. Heel flexibel ook met iets eerder inchecken en/of bagage droppen. Het bubbelbad was lekker maar duurt lang voordat hij vol is :-) Had meer willen lezen over de kunst in de kamer.
• Diana (1/5): - On surface, room looks good! I rarely write a bad review but sadly I feel the need to. Noisy - is the summary! We searched extensively for quiet accomodation for 2 rooms for my fathering law's 60th birthday dream trip to Napoli. On the surface the accomodation looked great, but the main thing was THE NOISE - as I suffer from a chronic illness I need a normal amount of rest to avoid health issues, night 1 (room 3) any time anyone ran the water in the block it sounds like the building is being knocked down, we complained and we swapped rooms with family members off our own back ( room1), in both rooms we were then woken around 7.30 daily with loud banging, we first woke thinking there was an emergancy, again like our bathroom wall was being knocked down - but this was building work which continued all day - added to this the constant street noise due to no double glazing, and noise from other rooms and the hall ways due to paper thin walls. All this meant many tired and sick days, and no chance to even nap later in the day. Even my 3 other relatives who don't have sleep issues found resting a serious challange. The suite we booked was also falsely advertised -there was no seperate living room or sofa, no included champagne/wines (not a big thing), and the discount offered with the booking in the restaurant and bar, the venue was shut down.

La localisation est incroyable, sur une petite place pleine de charme, très intime, avec une ambiance pittoresque typique de la région — on s’y sent tout de suite dépaysé. La chambre était irréprochable : très propre, spacieuse et moderne, tout en gardant une belle touche côte amalfitaine, notamment avec le sol qui apporte beaucoup de caractère. La literie est confortable et l’ensemble est très bien entretenu. Côté équipements, rien à redire : shampoing, savon, serviettes propres à disposition, et dans notre chambre, une salle de bain très agréable avec à la fois une baignoire et une douche. Une très belle adresse que je recommande sans hésiter pour un séjour confortable dans un cadre plein de charme.

• Emma (10/5): It was a gorgeous room. Great Location. Would stay again! - The location was perfect. We loved our stay. We would definitely recommend this place to all our friends and family. The rooms is huge. The bed was extremely comfortable. The artwork and decor is beautiful. The double jacuzzi bath was very big and perfect for relaxing after a lot of walking exploring Naples. It would have been nice to have a welcome when we arrived, it was a bit tricky to get into the apartment. I think it would be better to have higher quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash. I think that for the price of the accommodation I think there should be a coffee machine in the room as sometimes you would like to relax in bed in the morning with a hot drink.

• NATALIA (2/5): Avoid. - Good location. The toilet was broken (they accused us that we did it) and the toilet was chemical. It's the first time I've seen a chemical toilet in a "hotel". They moved us to another room, which they call it "upgrade" till they fix it, and the room was smelling like mold, and the whole bathroom was moldy. Then the last night, they asked us to go back to the first room. So, basically, we changed rooms 3 times. The cleaning of the room was very poor, cold rooms, we couldn't stay uncovered, not efficiently ventilated, and not enough warm water for a shower. The cleaning lady entered twice while we were there without knocking. Wifi didn't work, and we didn't have even a signal from our phones, so we couldn't even properly work ( it was a work trip). Not even a coffee machine in the whole property to prepare a coffee.

Ho notato la mancanza di manutenzione in qualche dettaglio nella camera. Il bidet è assente ed il doccino del wc non è funzionante. Il frigo di design ahimè di notte è rumoroso. Peccato che non ci sia la possibilitá di avere un deposito bagagli con un orario più prolungato. (Almeno la domenica) Non ci sono depositi locker automatici nelle vicinanze. Nel complesso è stata un'esperienza positiva. Molto disponibile il ragazzo del check in.
• Mainenti (10/5): - La struttura è ben organizzata, avevo prenotato una semplice camera per due e sono rimasta piacevolmente colpita quando il proprietario stesso mi ha offerto gratuitamente e molto gentilmente un trasferimento nella suite king! Appena entrata ho notato l’attenzione ai dettagli, la pulizia e soprattutto la comodità di quella camera, molto molto spaziosa e confortevole!

• Erik (7/5): - Nice big rooms, staff was nice and it was clean. The bathtub is a big pluss, the Bluetooth speaker is a nice touch. The tv and AC are good The owner seemed nice Mostly some minor things. The orientation of the bathtub makes it so you need to climb in to turn on the faucet. Also the plug is in the center which you need to put in manually. Combined with that it takes a long time for the tub to fill, it's not really handy. I can imagine older people really struggling with this. It's also kinda difficult to get in and out of the tub because there is a height difference The floor in the shower is not draining the water properly. If you shower longer than a few minutes the water will spill over and eventually it starts moving into the toilet room. Especially because the floor of the shower is the highest place it's impossible for the water to drain back into the shower. . The small fridge gets kinda loud at nights. Had to unplug it a few times. It's also a bit too small to consider storing your own soda bottles. Would have liked to see a small kitchen or at least a water boiler and coffee maker. Especially for a luxury room. It seems like there was construction on the reception area when we were there, it didn't bother us too much but still noticed it a few times. The automatic light switch to the shower is a bit tricky. At night it can be a bit disturbing if you're just trying to get to the toilet. During a longer shower the timer doesn't last enough so you have to turn on a light in a different room. Hope it's useful

• Simon (9/5): A one of a kind must stay apartment! - The size of the apartment was huge, and the jacuzzi bath was exceptional. We were granted an early check-in and were offered a complimentary mini-bar as we were celebrating our honeymoon. The service was incredible. The lighting in the bathroom was automatic, so if you got up in the night to use the bathroom then the light would stay on for about 5 minutes which would be slightly annoying.
