• Bruna (7/5): Custo benefício razoável - O ponto alto da estadia foi o atendimento do Adam, que cuida da recepção do hotel. Muito educado, agradável e prestativo do começo ao fim da nossa estadia, inclusive nos autorizando deixar nossa mala por uns dias no hotel enquanto viajávamos por outros destinos da Turquia. A localização do hotel é muito boa, se quiser ficar na região central da cidade e acessar vários pontos turísticos a pé. Cama bem confortável. Ainda que tenham nos acomodado em um quarto mais silencioso, a região é muito movimentada então sempre tem algum ruído. A limpeza dos quartos também precisa melhorar, pois quando chegamos para nossa estadia o banheiro claramente não havia sido limpo. O fato de o banheiro ser pequeno e não haver isolamento da área de banho faz o banheiro todo ficar muito molhado a cada banho.

Ho apprezzato particolarmente la gentilezza dello staff, in particolare Adam, che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa sin dal primo minuto ed è stato sempre disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir unglaublich herzlich empfangen und haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist ebenfalls top – viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut erreichbar, sodass man die Stadt ganz entspannt erkunden kann. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Mitarbeiter Adam: Mit seiner freundlichen, zuvorkommenden und stets hilfsbereiten Art hat er unseren Aufenthalt wirklich zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Er war immer für uns da und hat unseren Trip unvergesslich gemacht. Auch die Inhaberin des Hotels ist eine sehr warme und herzliche Person. Man merkt sofort, dass hier Gastfreundschaft großgeschrieben wird. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können dieses Hotel von Herzen weiterempfehlen! Çok teşekkür ederiz!!

• Zeynep Su (7/5): - Die Lage, es w der sehr zentral dementsprechend kam man überall gut hin. Die Zimmer wurden nicht richtig sauber gemacht. Nur oberflächlich, damit es sauber aussieht. Aber hinter der Badtüre und auf dem Nachttisch lagen Haare. Auch nach dem wir es angesprochen hatten, wurde nicht richtig geputzt. Liegt aber an der Putzfrau. Die Fotos sind vom ersten Tag an dem wir angekommen sind. Also nein, das sind nicht unsere Haare.

You really feel that the staff is involved and willing to assist, not just formally, but genuinely. Communication is easy, the service is smooth, and everything works without unnecessary stress. There’s almost home-like atmosphere that makes you feel safe and relaxed. The location is great, you have everything you may need in a 5 min distance walk. The room itself is not huge but there’s everything you need, it’s clean and comfortable. It was additional relief that the street outside my windows wasn’t too noisy (which is not very common for Istanbul), so the sleep was calm. Highly recommended place.

Das Hotelpersonal war super zuvorkommend und nett aber manchmal schon so sehr, dass ich gar nicht mehr wusste, es einzuordnen, professionell war das auf jeden fall nicht mehr, eher grenzüberschreitend freundschaftlich, was für mich als alleinreisende leider sehr verunsichernd war. Ich kann mir vorstellen, dass viele Gäste die Nähe schätzen, für mich war es wirklich zu viel leider.

• Juan Carlos (1/5): Disappointing stay - I really liked the hotel's location; it's very convenient. The building is beautiful and has a certain charm. The staff is very friendly. The level of cleanliness was very poor. The room and bathroom were in bad condition, and the shower was especially unpleasant. Because of this, I was forced to change hotels on the second day. I also think it is important to mention that the photos do not reflect the actual condition of the hotel.

Manager of the Hotel, Adam, was so helpful, given all I ask, was smiling and friendly. I felt like in home. After shower I had a lot of water on floor. And it was difficult to wash my long hair.

• Elif (8/5): Wunderschöner Urlaub - Die Lage war Top, man ist gefühlt direkt bei Taksim. Und von dort kann man alle anderen Touristen Orte in kürze erreichen, mit Tram Metro etc. Die Mitarbeiter sind wirklich sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar wenn man was braucht. Putzfrau kam täglich zum reinigen. Und der Preis pro Nacht ist natürlich unschlagbar. Für den Preis ist das Hotel wirklich super. Die Dusche war leider schlecht, das Bad stand nach einmal duschen direkt unter Wasser, es gab aber genug Handtücher. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig.

• Julia (5/5): - Lovely staff, couldn't have been friendlier and more helpful. The loo was surrounded by glass - you'd need to knwo the person you are sharing your room with very well. We were kindly given a room upgrade, but it was still nothing like the photos on the website. The views from the roof are lovely but the staircase up there is rickety and didn't feel safe. The area is rough, prostitutes outside, fights, etc.
