• Nabil Murshed (10/5): Comfortable, like its name. - Nice, simple, clean and modern rooms with a nice view. The neighborhood is safe and very central. A few minutes drive to many restaurants and main roads. Would stay here again. Was happy to find a microwave too. The parking entrance is a bit narrow. But i was able to get in and out with an SUV. Just need to make many back and forth.

• RizShah (10/5): outstanding hotel - The room was spacious and super clean, bed was very comfortable Location is ideal in city centre, also there is a convenient store (Meed) at walking distance Underground parking is available Gym is well equipped and well maintained Staff was friendly and helping The unique feature of this hotel was that they provide a small microwave oven in the room which I have never seen in any other hotels that I have stayed in so this was a big plus for me Another positive was that there is a free self laundry service available for quick wash in case you need it so thumbs up to the hotel management The basement parking has a sharp curve in the exit ramp which is unsuitable for big sized cars The hotel surroundings is super crowded in the day hours with cars parked everywhere and limited space on the streets to move or even park

• Anish (9/5): - Rooms and cleanliness AC wasnt controllable and user friendly. The room heater wasnt switching on as per the technician. We had to switch off the FCU from the DB to control the AC temp in the room.

• Maira (9/5): Modernes Hotel in top Lage - Super Hotel in toller Lage in Olaya, 5 min vom Kingdom Centre entfernt. Trotzdem sehr ruhig. Sehr modern, mit Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank ausgestattet. Bett groß und bequem. Nur die Federkissen waren nicht gut. Vielleicht hätte ich sie umtauschen können - habe ich nicht gefragt, weil keine Zeit. Sonst alles prima. -

Just a note on basement parking, getting out slope has a 90 degree turn, so requires special skills to take out the car from the basement parking.
