This six suite accommodation was top-notch. From our host Elia meeting us at the water taxi and taking our luggage for us, to the prosecco welcome drink at our brief check-in, to the tour of our suite including detailed instructions on how to use the steam shower, our experience here left nothing to be desired! The amenities at Ninfea Luxury Suites are high caliber and there wasn’t anything missed. Elia was extremely helpful with suggestions for restaurants and water bus or taxi instructions complete with maps sent through WhatsApp. He made us feel like we were the only guests there, although we weren’t. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! There was nothing we did not like about this property.

It’s close to Piazza San Marco but in a quiet area set back from the noise and right on a canal. Cardi, who works on the weekends, sat to talk with us and make sure our stay in Venice was everything we dreamed it would be. She went above and beyond by preparing a list of restaurants that could accommodate our special dietary needs. She also left us a treat for our 31st anniversary. This place, the owners and the staff are special and make you feel at home. We will be back and make sure our friends know to stay there. Location was a 10/10. Property was clean. Beds were comfortable. Great espresso in the morning. Cozy downstairs seating area overlooking a canal.

There was a coffee machine downstairs that made anything you could think of to make. No food available. Just outside the hotel was a small restaurant that had a window where I could purchase small pastries. Very close to major sites; but, not located in the thick of tourists mobs. The elevator was bearable. I took the stairs.

- Yvonne (10/5): A beautiful place to return to after a day of sightseeing! - A boutique hotel in a perfect location to see the highlights of Venice and also close enough for us to return for a rest before heading out again. Beautifully appointed modern rooms in a quiet neighborhood. Close to a vaporetto stop. A high end Nespresso machine in the common area is a welcome start to the day as is a small shop around the corner to pick up a few pasteries. We were greeted warmly by lovely Kardi who was most helpful in getting us oriented.

- Jasmine (10/5): - My overall experience was good and the room was very clean and nice as shown in the photos however, I did not like the fact that the tv was not working properly in the room and Elia said that they would come to fix it the next day, but nobody ever came to check on it, so we werent able to use netflix or youtube during our stay. other than the tv issue it was very nice.

Wonderful bed, cleanliness was top notch, full equipped accessories, and great location. having a title 'luxury suites' also highlights the price and the service expectation. this goes to the higher management, you should be employing more crew to assist the guests. poor elia, looks like he runs everything. most unacceptable service. no concierge to collect our luggages. external taxi was arrogant and was very persistent on payment instead of service. should there be no concierge, please inform guest and a proper mapping to show the walk from the boat pitstop to the hotel. same goes for the check out, for extra service - we were asked to fork up 80euro for a concierge service. such 'luxury suites' i believe your service should be equivalent for such lux price we are willing to pay.

- Cecilia (10/5): - The location is very convenient , very close where the water taxi drops you off , the price from the St Lucia Station to the hotel is 75€. Elia service was amazing, he helped us from the beginning till the end with the information and even with our luggages. The hotel is so quiet, location is perfect, is so clean and amenities are perfect. Ideal for couples. We will come back for sure!

- Carlos (10/5): - This property was absolutely gorgeous! Everything about it was terrific. Especially the people! The staff is great and friendly and the owners are such sweet and lovely people. Very accommodating and even helped me with my transport to the train station upon checkout so it made me feel very taken care of. Anyone will be lucky to stay here for their trip to Venice. Definitely coming back with friends and family!

The location is amazing—tucked away on a peaceful street but just a short walk from St. Mark’s Square and great shopping. We stayed in the Lilium Suite, which was absolutely beautiful—elegant, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. What really made it special, though, were the hosts. Elia and Kardi were so warm and welcoming, always happy to help with anything we needed. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests. If you’re looking for a relaxed, intimate place to stay in Venice, this is a great choice.

It’s a small boutique hotel and very quaint. We were warmly welcomed and staff were readily available through text. My only complaint is the lack of available ice.
