- سعود (1/5): - لا شي تجربة سيئة جدًا ولا أنصح بها إطلاقًا. الفندق يفتقر لأبسط معايير النظافة، والغرف غير مريحة ومهملة بشكل واضح. الخدمة بطيئة جدًا وتعامل الموظفين غير احترافي إطلاقًا. الإزعاج مستمر وكأنك في مكان عام وليس فندق! والأسوأ من ذلك أن السعر مبالغ فيه بشكل كبير مقارنة بهذا المستوى المتدني. كانت إقامة مخيبة للآمال بكل معنى الكلمة، ولن أكررها أبدًا

- Matúš (10/5): - Our stay at this hotel was excellent in every way. The property is beautiful, perfectly located, with convenient parking and very good accessibility from the airport. The rooms and all hotel areas are very clean, with housekeeping keeping everything spotless and nicely arranged every single day. However, the greatest added value of this hotel is definitely its staff – everyone is extremely kind, professional and always willing to help with any request, which makes you feel truly welcomed and cared for. I would like to especially highlight the receptionist Khalid, who is the hotel’s biggest asset; his helpfulness, warmth and genuine hospitality lift the whole experience to a much higher level than the hotel’s current rating suggests. If more hotels had people like Khalid at the front desk, traveling would be a completely different and much better experience.
- hassan (8/5): موقع مناسب وغرف واسعة ونظيفة - االموقع مناسب لي .. النظافة ممتازة ، الغرف جميلة وواسعة .. الموظف العنزي في الاستقبال متميز جدا وجاذب للنزلاء بحسن اخلاقه ،، الإفطار متوسط كان فيه غلاء في سعر الجناح مبالغ فيه مقارنة بالسابق لنفس الجناح ،،، كذلك موظف الاستقبال في الغامدي في رايي غير مناسب ومنفر للنزلاء ويحتاج اعادة تدريب الافطار قد يكون افضل لو تنوع اكثر شكرا
