• Aleksandrs (6/5): Хорошо, но второй раз не остановились бы - Современные, просторные, чистые аппартаменты. Тихо. На каждом этаже только по одному номеру. Рядом есть продуктовый магазин. Недалеко от станции метро. Нет шкафов, лишь в коридоре вешалки для верхней одежды. Они расположены близко к двери в туалет, поэтому наша развешанная одежда мешала плотно закрыть её. Нас пять человек, но застелено было лишь две кровати (четыре места). Пятое нужно было застилать самим. Одеяло и футон (тоненький матрас) лежали в валике (чехле). За подушкой нам пришлось идти на стойку регистрации. Почему её не было в номере? Или пятый человек должен спать на декоративных подушках? Пододеяльник был настолько тонким, что мы не сразу поняли, что это пододеяльник, а не простыня. На самом одеяле были пятна крови. В отеле есть стиральная машинка (бесплатно), но только на четвертом этаже. Это оказалось очень утомительным. Пожалели, что не сняли апартаменты со стиральной машинкой в самом номере. Очень душно на первом этаже, в зоне регистрации. И это в конце марта! Девушка на ресепшене была одна, и она готовила кофе другим постояльцам. Мы же после самолета, очень уставшие, сидели в жаре и долго ждали своей очереди.

• Catherine (7/5): Good location and room, but breakfast was not worth it. - The location was convenient to access train stations, convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The room was small but had everything our family of three needed for a comfortable stay. I paid for breakfast to be included but there were only 2 options for breakfast, neither of which was suitable for kids. The staff were not able to offer a refund, so I had to buy separate breakfasts for my kids. I would recommend checking the options in advance before paying for breakfast to be included.

Breakfast was good for a few days stay but if you’re planning on staying for longer you’ll get tired of it. I would have wanted a better view of the river and the city.

As we used this hotel to help us transition to our home in Japan , it was difficult with kids and few suitcases . If you are staying with limited luggage you will be fine . The room was clean but the bathroom smelt bad, like a smelly public restroom and the floor had yellow on it, not sure if it was a stain or needed cleaning. We felt the room was way over priced for a tiny room. We paid $400/night for a family of 4. It was maybe $200/night quality.

The staff downstairs are nice and very presentable. It's very clean too. The smell of the hotel if good too. I have to go downstairs to get my breakfast. It would also be nice if there were an option to choose no sauce or with sauce for the breakfast sandwich. The mustard didn’t go well with the sandwich.

Great food nearby towards the station and hotel the cafe is very good. Check in and out is very easy and the room was lovely. The view across the river was excellent and the beds comfortable. The room was spacious enough for our family of five with three teenagers.

The rooms are extremely spacious and comfortable while offering a beautiful atmosphere and design aesthetic. The check in process was very easy, and the staff were so friendly. We also booked the room that came with the rooftop section and we loved spending time up there as a family. Everything exceeded our expectations

• Marino (6/5): 歴史ある街にリーズナブルでおしゃれに宿泊！ - ・二段ベッドになっていて子供が喜んでいた ・ソファベッドも含めてベッドが複数あって複数人でも困らない ・事前にスマホでチェックイン手続きができる ・隅々まで掃除が行き届いていて綺麗だった ・トイレとシャワーが分かれていて使いやすかった ・駅から遠い ・ホテル周辺にコンビニなど何もない ・朝食がサンドイッチかフルーツグラノーラの二択、ドリンクはアメリカーノかリンゴジュースの二択しかない ・ルームキーがQRコードのため、スマホの充電がなくなった時にどうするのか？ ・ホテルの入り口前に少し段差があるため、スーツケースやベビーカーを上げるのに少し苦労した

• Jasper (10/5): Absolutely amazing stay, quiet location with plenry of comfort. - Absolutely loved the hotel and cafe. The staff were friendly and very helpful and I felt very at home (while in luxury).

• Amélie (6/5): Très décevant, pas de vue sur la ville, pas de services minimum attendu pour cette catégorie d’hôtel - Le petit comptoir à l’entrée du bâtiment L’aménagement de la chambre n’est vraiment pas agréable : aucun rangement pour mettre les valises et ranger ses affaires, l’entrée de chambre trop exigüe tout comme l’espace entre le lavabo et la douche pour se changer, pas de rafraîchissement offert (eau, thé ou café) pas de vue sur la ville …

• Christian (7/5): - The location is very quiet but rather far away from the next train/metro. Easy access to hotel and room after check in. We wanted to send our luggage to this hotel before coming. However, it was declined as we were told there is no staff at the hotel. When we got there, there was staff and also other luggage that was sent there. That was very disappointing.
