• Chantal HS (8/5): Prima verblijf! - Ruime kamer in een rustig gelegen complex. Voldoende kastruimte voor kleding én ruimte aan voeteinde van het bed om koffers op te bergen zodat deze niet in de weg staan. Verbleven er met z'n drieën en dat ging prima. De badkamer biedt ruimte voor 1 persoon, dus om de beurt te gebruiken. Verschillende metrostations dichtbij om naar alle delen van Tokio te reizen. Omgeving is rustig, weinig verkeer dus geen geluidsoverlast. Het appartement voldeed aan onze verwachting. De matrassen waren naar onze wens (en in vergelijking met de andere hotels) te hard waardoor ons lichaam 's ochtends pijnlijk was. Bagageopslag bij check out is een uitkomst, maar deze is onbeheerd. Er is geen personeel bij de incheckbalie en de bagage kan niet in een afgesloten ruimte gezet worden. De opslagkast is vooraan bij de entree dus voor iedereen makkelijk toegankelijk. Er zijn wel sloten om je bagage mee vast te maken, maar daar zijn geen sleutels voor dus niet te gebruiken. Dit is een verbeterpunt dat makkelijk op te lossen is door bijv. te werken met sloten met cijfercombinaties ipv sleutels.

• Nomvula (10/5): Great stay, I would definitely recommend it to a group of 3-4. - The apartment is really great for a group of 4 people, it’s spacious and the futons were really comfortable. Everything was easy to use and understand which was also great. We enjoyed our stay here. It is a bit far from the stations and main attractions is your itinerary is mostly outside, your commute will be a bit longer but it wasn’t a big deal as we expected it. The apartment and neighbourhood make up for it.

It has everything you need, including a washing machine in the room, a stove, a refrigerator, and a large table. The room is spacious enough for a family of four. There is a nice view from the window. I would gladly return here again. The only drawback is the pillows. If you had a pillow fight with them, it would be a death match. Sleeping on them feels like lying on a sack of rice. If the hotel offered a pillow menu, it would be perfect.

• Catherine (7/5): Decent hotel - It was a decent size room for Tokyo with separate bathroom, vanity, toilet. A dining table was good. The beds are all close together so you better like each other. The top bunk was good but pity the person on bottom bunk its hard leather seat. Small kitchen is good but no bowls bigger than a miso bowl. You can leave small amount of luggage until 3pm. Handy for us with one suitcase. Its also not that far to walk from Ningyocho station. There is a supermarket right across the road but we just used family mart or ate out. The foyer is modern but unstaffed most the time. Check in is via a screen to a guy in a call centre in Thailand. The hallway areas of hotel are outside, open air and cold.

Location was fantastic -- next to a grocery store, minutes to a 7-11 and FamilyMart, and 5-7 minutes away from the train station (Asakusa Line). Check-in was relatively simple. We had no problems with their housekeeping rules, namely no cleaning for a stay less than a week (our stay was 6 days). However, we did have a HUGE issue with lack of instructions about the garbage, which started smelling by the 3rd day. Considering that there is a kitchen, the hotel should absolutely provide instructions on garbage disposal, as well as extra garbage bags.

• 橋本 (9/5): また使いたいと思った。 - 家族3人でも十分な広さ。設備、備品も揃っている。ティッシュやゴミ箱が複数の場所にあったり、コンセントや充電の場所がいくつもあったりと細かいところまで気が配られていてストレスなく過ごせた。照明もベッドで操作できて良かった。目の前にスーパーがあって便利。騒音や振動も感じず、到着までに冷房をよく効かせてもらってあってありがたかった。総じて快適だった。一泊なのが惜しいくらい。 部屋のキーのシステムが電池切れで、出入りに難渋した。LINEチャットで連絡して少し待ったらスタッフの方が来て対処してくださったが、暑いなか待つことになって少し困った。チェックアウトごとに確認していただくと良いように思う。窓のプリーツカーテンが薄く、照明をすべて消しても暗くならなかった。疲れていたので眠れたが、もう少し厚みがあるものが良いように思った。浴室の換気を強にしていたが、あまり乾いていなかった気がする。

• Clare (9/5): Great stay for a family of four - Great option for family of four, the sofa transforms into bunk beds so our kids (aged 12 and 10 who are both tall) were happy to have their own beds/space. The toilet and bathroom facilities lend them selves to family use, the toilet was separate with its own sink, the shower/bath area were divided from the sink and washing machine by a frost door so they could be used at the same time. There was no view in our room, essentially we looked out onto another adjacent building/wall. However we still got a lot of light in the mornings so the blackout blinds were a godsend. There was a washer/dryer in the room which was great for helping us travel light and keep on top of the washing, however it was very temperamental. We could only get it to wash properly on a wash only function and then put the dryer on with small amounts. That being said we got the swing of it and managed to check out with most of our clothes washed. There was a "OK" brand supermarket directly opposite the hotel which was great, it offered a brilliant choice of products at very affordable prices, you could pick up everything you needed to cook for a meal or take on a day out. There were multiple stations within walking distance which made moving around Tokyo a breeze. For those wishing to get a taxi to Tokyo station this was under £9. There were rubbish bins in the room, however when full we had no idea what to do with them to get them emptied. There was no information available on this. The instructions for the washer/dryer were not available in English, but we found a similar model online and used them :) We had to make up the bunk beds upon arrival, but I assume some people may prefer to have the ability to use the sofa as required. We just set the beds up and left them in situ for the 4 nights.
