It has everything you could possibly need which is helpful with children. The location is superb and conveniently close to pharmacies, supermarkets and restaurants. The apartment itself is spacious and very comfortable. Nothing at all!

Outstanding attention to detail, amenities and safety. Beautifully decorated and maintained spacious two bedroom 2 bath apt. The owner is warm and onsite to greet us every day. She responded promptly and effectively to all our requests. She was knowledgeable and delightful in her communications. She treated us and we felt, like family. There is absolutely nothing to dislike about this stay.

The apartment is quiet, 2 bedrooms with their own bathrooms were so comfortable that we felt like in the good hotel. We were so surprised when we realized that there were some products for breakfast waiting for us. It was so nice because we were traveling long way back to Athens after 2 weeks of holidays and we had no chance to do the shopping. Our Host was very helpful, friendly and open. We received recommendations regarding restaurants and beaches which made our stay even better. The apartment is furnished very well and it includes 2 balconies. The parking is 3 mins walk from the apartment and it is included in the price. What is worth mentioning- the apartment isn’t located far away from the city center and public transportation is available. We had a car rented, so the location was great to get to the city (park&ride parking) and come home in the afternoon to change clothes and go to the beach (Bolivar Beach Club was great), but there are many beaches 10-20 mins away from the apartment. We truly recommend this place.

The hostess had thought of everything, the property had everything inside, nothing was missing. They had thought of snacks and breakfasts, also regarding cleanliness, every 2 days the cleaning crew came and cleaned the apartment again. I would definitely choose it again. If there were more than 10 ratings, I would definitely give it 10+.

In a great part of Athens not far from historic sights and restaurants walking distance. Also not far from a pier for family fun. Beds are comfy, rooms are clean and come with white possibly everything you need. You also get Nespresso pods to drink which personally I love! The owner is very accommodating and helpful in any matters. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone, you will love it here. It is also safe and gated! Wonderful wonderful place. I have been travelling to Athens for 10 years now, and this is my too favourite rental and I’ve stayed in every part of Athens! Great for kids, especially the maisonette which had its own garden perfect for little ones to run around safely.

- Ayça (10/5): Perfect stay - Perfect! The apartment is very new and luxiously decorated with high technology. You can find everything you need in the house. The owner is so kind and helpful, gave us a lot of information about the location (supermarkets, restaurants, etc) Thanks also for the delicious greek desert, we were so happy! The location is perfect, you are near to the sea and to delicious restaurants. We went to Athens by car, we parked our car in the parking area of the building, it’s an important advantage in the center of the city. I highly recommend to stay here! I wish we could stay more… Nothing

- Ann (10/5): Fabulous apartment fabulous hostess - We stayed in Teattro on the second floor. This was an exceptional apartment. It was very comfortable and extremely well furnished. There was a large airy open plan lounge kitchen and dining area with enough furniture to have 6 people there comfortable. Two large airy full length windows opened out on a balcony where 6 could dine easily. They were protected by mosquito screens and had large blinds on the inside for privacy. The kitchen was fully equipped and a lot of extras provided: tea, coffee, toast, honey, jam. Dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid were provided. We were impressed by the water filter which meant we did not have to buy plastic bottles of water. And we loved the bottle of local wine! The bathroom was equally well equipped with toiletries, and capsules for the washer drier. Great shower with a choice of shower heads. Bedrooms very comfortable with duvets and toppers provided. The whole apartment was temperature controlled and the security system was state of the art. It is a very central location 10 minutes by taxi to the sea and the Acropolis in a quiet part of the city but very clse to the main roads in and out of town. The hostess was very attentive and exuded Greek hospitality, she could not do enough for us and was constantly in touch by what's app to check all was OK. Bedding and towels changed after 3 days and the apartment cleaned top to bottom by a very friendly and efficient cleaner Not a thing
- Nikolay (10/5): best place for you holidays!! - We enjoyed our stay in an amazing fully equipped maisonette. The building is newly built with many facilities and access for people with special needs. The garden is relaxing while the location of the property is connected to many food and entertainment services.
- Ismini (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent decoration, comfortable and anatomical mattress for real rest, kitchen was fully equipped, all the spaces were clean and the excellent garden gave you the feeling of the countryside...and all this in a "breathing distance" from the attractions of Athens and the Historical centre. I returned to the UK with such beautiful memories of my stay
