Shower head is odd handheld one, but same as others in Japan. Very modern and clean inside. Small apartment with no pool but an excellent stay for the price. Very safe. No one at the desk but you can contact staff easily through email or Ipad. 10 min walk to stations in many directions. Very safe area near temples and shops. Kitchen was and dining table was great. No tea towels though.

The TV mount is adjustable, so it can point any way in the room we wanted it to. The staff were nice and there was always someone one click away at the front desk iPad.

JANE (8/5): - The staff were super nice. The unit Superior room was spacious and fully equipped. The bedding was okay, looked like there were stains that doesn’t want to come off and the bed was a little on the hard side, only 1 pillow per bed. Bathroom was great, small deep tub and shower area. You can store your luggage for free in the lobby (15 locks). The closest train station is 12 minutes away H line. There are 12 floors, 4 rooms per floor. If you get a room towards the back of the hotel like 904, you will have a view of the Skytree. Use Line to communicate with the hotel, like request for towels. There is also another Minn Asakusa which we went to by mistake since this one shows up as Minn 浅草かっぱ橋 on Google Maps. We recommend Nihonkai Kototoi Shop (best sushi we had in the area) also half the price. Also a few walkable supermarkets, a 711 and a Family Mart.

Marilen (10/5): - Room has all the things we needed to have a comfortable stay. We got 4 beds but all twin size. Washer/dryer in the room is quite handy as well as the small kitchenette. There are bus stops close by but if you want the subway, it can be a good 10-15 mins walk and with the heat, we used the bus more often to go to the station. There are plenty of dining options and grocery stores within walking distance. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Kristy (10/5): - The hotel was conveniently located near Asakusa Sensoji Temple and both Iriya and Tawaramachi Stations—all within a 10-minute walk. The room layout was unique, featuring a tatami area where the futon beds were laid out. As a family of five, we stayed comfortably for five days. FamilyMart and 7-Eleven were nearby for quick snacks and drinks, and Life (a local grocery store) was just around the corner if you wanted to prepare meals. We enjoyed some Wagyu steaks with instant rice and salad—it was delicious. The in-room washing machine with a dryer function was a great convenience. Although there was no front desk staff on-site, support was readily available via the LINE app. I was initially shocked to find a blood stain on one of the futons, but the staff responded promptly—even at 10:30 p.m.—and replaced it with a clean one by 10:55 p.m. The room had a vacuum cleaner, and there were ample supplies of garbage bags and toilet paper available in the lobby. Check-in and check-out were seamless using a QR code. It truly felt like a second home in Tokyo—we would definitely come and stay again.

John (6/5): Virtual Check-in Doesn’t Work - After traveling for over 24 hours the last thing you want is have trouble checking-in to your room. They did not email the check-in procedure ahead of time. When they did, the website didn’t work. Even when I was at the lobby scanning the QR code it didn’t work. Their virtual check-in process doesn’t work. It’s frustrating when you and travel companions are exhausted and just want to rest.

Almira (10/5): - We booked a Deluxe apartment with 4 single beds and 2 sofa beds. The apartment is big enough for 6 guests. My family liked that we have 2 separate rooms and their single beds are bigger than the twin size bed in North America so we really had a comfortable sleep. The bathroom was much bigger than expected—definitely a nice surprise. Also loved the kitchen! Communication could be improved. I reached out by sending a message on the Expedia Message prior to arrival but did not receive a response. You need to message them via the link they have provided on their email confirmation. Being able to send and receive messages via the booking site would enhance the guest experience.
Azenith (8/5): - I recently stayed at Minn Kappabashi during my trip to Tokyo, and overall, I had a great experience. The property is quite new, and it really shows—from the modern design to how spotless everything felt. The room I stayed in was very spacious, which is a rare find in Tokyo, and it came with all the essentials I needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights for me was how easy the check-in and checkout process was. It's all automated, so there was no need to wait around or deal with paperwork—super convenient after a long flight. Location-wise, it's close to the Asakusa area, which made sightseeing in that neighborhood really easy. I loved being able to walk to Senso-ji Temple and explore the local shops and eateries. That said, the only small downside was the walk to the nearest train station—it’s not too far, but definitely something to keep in mind if you’re carrying heavy luggage or planning to move around the city a lot.

But Very clean. A long walk to the subway stations. AEON supermarket within 50 m, and some restaurants nearby. Best station from Haneda airport is Iriya station.

Staff presence was minimal but you were about to leave messages via an iPad in the front and by the time we returned whatever we asked for would be there. The area was safe and quiet and close to several tourist attractions and train stations.

Dehui Robert (10/5): - The property was a BnB style and we had 5 people (2 bed + 3 futon/mat). It was a bit cramped with 5 people, but it worked out alright. The washer and dryer was a single unit that was a little small, took over 3 hours per cycle, and didn’t dry clothes completely. The water in the bathroom was high pressure and nice, but the controls were a bit confusing at first. I really enjoyed the tatami mat and the large windows, along with the counter with cutlery, cookware, and dishes. There was a nice cubby to secure our luggage next to the check-in desk after we checked out before leaving for our next destination. The front desk wasn’t manned often, but there was a person you could reach via Zoom call. Finally, the area was great and we found lots of cool things to do and explore in the local Asakusa area. But in terms of directly near the hotel, there wasn’t as much, and it was a 12 minute walk to the closest station (Iriya on the Hibiya line), which did get a little annoying after returning late at night multiple times. Overall, I really enjoyed this stay and though there were many things that weren’t perfect or necessarily well communication, I still had a great stay.

Grazyna (10/5): - The apartment was perfect size for a family of 4 with two teens. Really well equipped as it had everything we needed for a few day stay including washing machine. It was great location in Asakusa with only 10min walk to Senso ji Shrine. It was between two different metro lines meaning a walk to either station (10-15min). The apparent was designed to maximise the use of limited space and so it felt it had everything we needed without feeling crammed. Very quiet! Not right if you are expecting to party or easy access to bars but perfect for families. Conbini just round the corner. We would not hesitate to use it again.

Lindsey (8/5): Cute, basic apartment close to the sights. - Great location for us. Quiet and with an added bonus of a skytree view. We were a family of 4 in this small room which felt tight but they had great amenities. Nice thoughtful touches such as hangers for washing clothes and laundry detergent. It wasn’t the most comfortable bed and the pillow seemed smaller than my head. But for the price and location I was overall delighted.

When I needed the luggage transfer service they arranged for that for me and helped me fill out the form as well. Very very clean rooms and they supply you with everything to keep your stay clean as well. From laundry detergent to a vacuum cleaner as room service is not offered. However everything was supplied to you right at the front desk ! Very clean ! I think I said that already but that was the best as well as our view of the sky tree from our room was incredible!

We were finally able to get someone to help us by storing our bags in a storage room. But was difficult to find someone to help. This appears to have been mentioned by other quests but nothing had changed. Aldo found the room very dusty especially with the air conditioning on. When we checked the air conditioning it was full of dust and it looked like it had never been cleaned. After we cleaned the filters and the room ourselves it improved a lot. Don’t recommend staying here.

We were able to have a relaxed breakfast before heading out each day, and even made a few simple evening meals at the apartment thanks to the big supermarket very near by. Being able to do laundry was very handy since we were on a long 3-week trip. The bath tub is great. The entire apartment was very clean and comfortable.

Sivakumar (6/5): - This was our first time checking into "Minn", and did not realize they have a self checkin process. We arrived 3 hrs ahead of our check-in time, and were asked to come back in 3 hrs to check in - which is ok. However, they had no proper way to hold our baggage for 3 hrs. They directed us to a storage closet by the front desk, but all racks were full. After a while, a staff member was sent to help us, who merely took the bags and moved them back into front desk sitting area (no concept of securing them away...they were there in the open for next 3-4 hrs). We could not get hot water in shower, but again - unfortunately there was no front desk or staff to reach out to. Overall, lack of staff coupled with their location (which was 12-15 mins away from nearest train station) was a disappointment.
Verified traveler (10/5): Great little gem just outside of central Tokyo! - Great stay. Prompt communication from the hotel way in advance and on multiple occasions. Check in was easy over a video call. If you arrive early there’s a self service storage area with locks to secure your luggage. Location is convenient as long as you can walk to the nearest train stations.
Carolina (8/5): - Great value for your money. Near many stores and restaurants. Downside is it will still be a minimum 11 minutes walk to the train station. Also cleaning only available if you stay 7 days or longer. I love the place is so safe. We often go out around 2AM to go to the 24 hour stores nearby and no issues walking around the neighborhood.

Check out by scanning QR code. Stayed for 4 days there and did not have any trouble with the noise. At night is really quiet but fun is a 15 min walk away. Train station is walking distant. Will definitely stay here again.

I had a slight issue with the checkin process and it didn’t find my reservation on the self serve system - lucky there was a staff on site at that time. Most of the time you do not see anyone. The room felt a little cramp and had a motel feel at first. But can’t complain for that price and location
Anna (8/5): - Modern and clean apartment in a good location, we had everything we needed to enjoy Tokyo and its amenities. Reception is remote, but they are very responsive. I appreciated the luggage locker at the entrance. Check-in time is strict.
Kelli-Jane (8/5): - Had a great stay as a family of 4, including two teenagers. Managed with two single beds, and two mattresses on a tatami mat. Great facilities, including great sized bathroom, separate toilet and laundry washer/drier in one a real blessing. Kitchen well resourced. clean linen, and whilst not daily service to room and serviced when requested, and weekly. Self check in a little confusing at first, but worked it out. Loved we could leave our luggage locked up if checking in early, or checking out late. Being on Kappabashi Street, lots of great shopping, a 7Eleven, FamilyMart and Aeon Supermarket all very close by, and Larger LIFE supermarket a 5 minute walk away. The beautiful Senso-ji Temple and it's surrounds a short walk, along with all its fun and fascinating laneways and shopping Alleys, so much to explore at the doorstep. Some great small, traditional and local restaurants just around the corner in the backstreets nearby. While train stations are not that close, buses that link to the trains are just a short walk away, and train stations are walkable but a little further away. Time to other popular parts of Tokyo, like Shinjuku about 40 minutes away by bus/train. Overall had a great stay and would be keen to stay here again if we were lucky enough to return.
Degel (8/5): - Nice area to stay. Walking distance to Asakusa and very near to sub station. Property are clean and comfortable. Unfortunate incident is saw a huge cockroaches on the first day, my first time killing Japan cockroach LOL
Eryn (10/5): - I love that there is a laundry, dryer machine in the room. The room itself is big and comfortable for two people. The self check in and out process is also incredibly fast and convenient!
Ana Carolina (4/5): - The front desk is via virtual assistance, so pretty useless. The water is not always hot, so you need to learn pretty quick how to operate the water panel- which it is only Japanese. The washer/ dryer combo is only in Japanese and even using Google translate, it was a challenge to get it going. It is FAR from a train station. And the fotos on the website are not accurate of how the rooms looks like.
Sheila (10/5): - I’m love its close proximity to the train station, only 14 minutes walk to the nearest station! Many dining and grocery options around the area. Only 14 minutes walk to Asakusa Don Quijote and other shopping options. And just a few minutes to Senso-ji Temple from there! I love this district!
Chun Pui Raymond (8/5): - Good for us for family of four, have everything we need. Highly recommended
Gareth (10/5): - Quiet location with a lot to do within a short walking distance. Highly recommened.

Minerva (8/5): - Great accommodation for families. It's on the Kappabashi Main Street, walking distance to various train lines and Sensoji Temple. Wish the free cleaning service was more frequent. Other than that, our stay was stress free and comfortable.
DONGKUK (10/5): - 위치도 좋았으며 방도 좋았습니다. 단 이불세트의 청결이 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 3개의 요, 이불 세트중 몇개는 청결이 부족했습니다.
Lizette (8/5): - Stayed for 7 nights with family. Nice place to stay. Safe and quiet around the neighborhood. Closer to a chinese restaurant, grocery (offers discounted food after 8pm) and convinience stores. Washer/ dryer, mini kitchen appliances and utensils are in the room. Check in and check out are online.
