• Serhii (1/5): - ГРЯЗНОЕ постельное не СТИРАЮТ, спите на коричневых разводах.НАКИНУЛИ 4000 драмм Этот отель с момента приезда в него внушает приятные ощущения, красивый фасад, под мрамор входная группа. Первое с чем сталкиваешься это некомпетентность, НИЗКАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ работников, отсюда складывается ощущение БЕЗОЛАБЕРНОСТИ, это начинает раздражать с самого начала. Заселение заняло минут 20, мужчина на ресепшене долго не мог понять как посмотреть бронь, стал копаться в бумажных листах, при том что компьютер перед ним. Это тянулось, он перебирал эти листочки, ничего не понимал( очевидно бронь проходит у других людей) Попросил показать на телефоне. Потом стал соображать цену, очень долго не мог посчитать сколько это будет стоит(ПРИ БРОНИРОВАНИИ ВСЕ УКАЗАНО) В и тоге ОН ВЗЯЛ !!!!!!ДОРОЖЕ! НА 4000 ДРАММ!!!!!!!!!Кое как, все случилось. Мы поднялись в номер, включили свет и ВАУ!!! Нас встречает ПОМЯТЫЕ ПОДУШКИ С ПЕРХОТЬЮ и С КОРИЧНЕВЫМИ ПЯТНАМИ-РАЗВОДАМИ ПРОСТЫНЬ( ФОТО)И все так бессовестно не прикрыто. Даже сложилось ощущение что это какая то гордость. Первое что захотелось, это УБЕЖАТЬ. Но сыграла роль усталость с дороги, по этому ПОПРОСИЛИ СМЕНИТЬ ПОСТЕЛЬНОЕ. В номер ворвалась маленькая злая женщина, которая плохо скрывала свою агрессию за улыбкой. ОНА НАЧАЛА НЕРВНО СРЫВАТЬ ПРОСТЫНЬ. С такой нервной суетой, как будто я не вгостинице, за свои деньги, а У НЕЕ ДОМА БЕСПЛАТНО. И она, делает одолжение, а тут такая не благодарность. Постельное она ЗАМЕНИЛА НА ДРУГОЕ ГРЯЗНОЕ, С ЧЕРНЫМИ ВОЛОСАМИ. После нервно спросила «ЧТО-ТО ЕЩЕ?»Стало как то до тошноты не приятно, от такой наглости. Поменять постельное на другое ГРЯЗНОЕ!!!!! И спросить что-то еще? Это напряжение осталось на протяжении всего времени пребывания. Спать пришлось одетыми, и накрывать подушки своими вещами, чтобы не тратить деньги на посещение ВЕНЕРОЛОГА. Очевидно, отношение к постояльцам выборочное.

The cleaning service was excellent, and the kitchen was very good as well. Душевая кабинка размещена на одной площади с раковиной и туалетом и ничем не разделена. После похода в душ весь пол мокрый и нельзя подойти к раковине если ты уже высох

• Aik (4/5): - Впечатления от проживания остались в целом негативные. Сам отель хороший: новые номера, удобное расположение. Но обслуживание и работа персонала оставляют желать лучшего. - Уборка и сервис За три дня ни разу не предложили поменять полотенца, вынести мусор или убрать номер. При просьбе принести вазу для цветов она оказалась сильно запылённой и грязной внутри. - Завтраки Формат завтраков неудобный: нужно заранее выбирать вариант и время. В меню предложены в основном готовые продукты (сухие круассаны, хлопья, яичница с сосисками). В первый день задержек не было, персонал обслужил вовремя, мы оставили чаевые персоналу . Во второй день я заранее несколько раз просила, чтобы яичница была прожарена полностью, но в день завтрака мы ждали около 15–20 минут (скорее всего про нас забыли) , а в результате яичница оказалась сырой (если телефон гостиницы записывает разговоры , то можно проверить мои слова) . На замечание персонал не извинился и не предложил замену, а отреагировал абсолютно равнодушно и даже как-то надменно. На третий день нам принесли очень сухие круассана в номер , хотя мы заранее сообщили, что подойдём сами на завтрак (тоже если телефон записывает , то можно проверить разговор) . - Поведение персонала Сотрудники видимо для удобства пользуются рациями, но они так громко разговаривают по ним в коридорах гостиницы , что лучше бы просто кричали друг друга. В целом тон общения персонала показался высокомерным и невежливым, лишний раз не хотелось подходить. В общем я отзывы практически никогда не пишу, но тут меня очень задело отношение персонала и ощущения , что меня постоянно осуждают за мои какие-то очень банальные и нормальные просьбы. А так Отель новый и имеет точно потенциал, если все таки они поработают над сервисом , то я уверена, что у него хорошее будущее.

• IRINA (10/5): Удержите этот стиль! Все прекрасно!!!! - Спасибо большое! Очень понравилось абсолютно всё! Уютный, чистый, стильный отель! Персонал дружелюбный, приветливый, готовы помочь! Вкусная еда. Номера просторные, уютные и очень чистые, сантехника новая, без посторонних запахов! Удобно, что в номере есть и кровать, и диван! Отель не в центре города, но мы с мужем на машине, поэтому для нас не принципиально. Парковка организована. Рекомендую!!!

• Roozbeh (7/5): - It was really clean and the room was really big. Breakfast was not very good. It was not self-service and you had to just choose, as there were not many attractive options. The cooling system was not working well and we all felt hot, which needs to be fixed and some serious thought was put into it.

Etwas zu weit vom Flughafen entfernt (ca 25 min Fahrt), bieten kein Transfer an. Der Taxi ist allerdings günstig in Yerevan. Далековато от аэропорта, около 25 минут езды. Хотя такси в Ереване недорогое.

Regarding the facilities, I was a bit disappointed to find that some amenities incurred an extra charge. At breakfast, I also noticed the absence of even basic condiments like salt and pepper on the tables. Additionally, there was a noticeable odor reminiscent of a brewery throughout the hotel.

Rooms were clean, reasonably big and cozy. I was very pleased with my stay at Hotel Elion. Breakfast was delicious but could have had better options to choose from. We had to chose from the 6 options given. No major concerns. Had a pleasant stay.

• Saelee (1/5): Stay in another hotel if you had a choice - They don’t give you the promised rooms as reserved and they don’t give you access to the air conditioning in the rooms. Bathrooms are connected to the shower which means when you shower the whole toilet gets flooded with water

It was very hard to fall asleep, since there was a machinery active in the hotel 24/7, it was the air filtering and water heating system that was right on top of our room and it was very loud.

Staff smoking within the facility. It is smelly and specially not good for families. Even the entrance door keepers smoking right behind the entrance door where the wind brings the smoke inside . the gentleman who showed us the rooms was having a cigarette in his hand and smoking it all the way down to the room. They staff also smoke inside the kitchen where, again the smoke spreads all over the place ... Guests need fresh and aromatic environment !! don't they? We stayed in the hotel before and the breakfast was self service whereas this time it all changed to menus!!!?? we did not know about the change
