There is some building work in the adjoining street so if you’re around in the day expect some building noise and occasional hooters but quiet after 5.30

Ottimo servizio di deposito bagagli autonomo. Non avevo ben capito come aprire la cassettina che contiene le chiavi, poi l'ho capito che bisognava tirare la levetta nera e poi verso di sé.

• Beata (10/5): - Super mieszkanie w świetnej okolicy. Niedaleko jest stacja metra i Carrefour, który jest świetnie wyposażony. W mieszkaniu jest dużo miejsca do przechowywania, ogromny taras z meblami ogrodowymi. Świetnie się wypoczywa po zwiedzaniu Rzymu. W budynku jest też winda. -
• Nan (9/5): Quiet and roomy unit. - The unit was very clean and the kitchen had necessary appliances, cutlery, and china. The location was good. Near a metro stop and a number of restaurants. Communication with owners is very good. The bed and pillows aren't great. That could be just our preference. The number of codes to get in and out is a little off-putting. But, perhaps there is some petty crime in the area. We certainly experienced that on the train!

• Maria (10/5): - El apartamento estaba muy limpio y tenía el menaje básico pero suficiente. La terraza estupenda para aprovechar los días de buen tiempo,. En general estuvimos muy cómodos. Además pudimos ir caminando a los sitios de interés aunque hay una parada de metro muy cerca.

• MARIA PAZ (10/5): Estupendo alojamiento, cómodo y bien ubicado. - El apartamento estaba muy limpio y tenía detalles que nos vinieron muy bien, como un paraguas, unos juegos de zapatillas... etc. Las camas eran muy cómodas, había todos los utensilios necesarios para cocinar, la temperatura era ideal y la ubicación era fantástica.

• Monica (8/5): A due passi dal Museo Explora per bimbi - L'uso dei codici per accedere in struttura l'ho trasformato in una sorta di caccia al tesoro che ha divertito molto mio figlio. Come già segnalato da altri utenti, le porte finestre non oscurano quindi al primo raggio di sole mio figlio ha aperto gli occhi pronto per saltare giù dal letto in una stanza troppo illuminata e mi chiedeva di continuo chi c'era con noi o cosa era per la scarsa insonorizzazione delle mura.

Lokalizacja jest fantastyczna – do wszystkich popularnych atrakcji można dojść spacerem w max. 30 minut, dzięki czemu w ogóle nie musieliśmy korzystać z komunikacji miejskiej. Wyposażenie trafione w punkt, w środku było absolutnie wszystko, czego potrzebowaliśmy. Czystość i wystrój na najwyższym poziomie, a łóżka wyjątkowo wygodne. Podróżowaliśmy w dwie pary i układ z dwiema osobnymi sypialniami sprawdził się idealnie. Szczerze polecam!

• Alona (9/5): Great value in terms of cleanness and location. An early check-out and unattended (therefore not a safe as for me) lugga - The location and the terrace were amazing. Enough kitchen supplies. Complimentary water upon arrival. Even though the property offers a luggage storage room, please keep in mind that it’s simply an empty room with a couch. So basically you have to leave your luggage on that couch. No lockers, no guarantees it will still be there when you return. We didn’t feel comfortable learning our stuff in that room and ended up carrying it around. Moreover, the check-out time is 10:00 am (the earliest we have ever had). It’s too early and inconvenient.

• Yingzhao (9/5): - very clear and easy check-in instructions; super close to subway stations and main attractions such as Spainish steps area. The plaec is spacious and the sofa bed is big and very comfortable. The place also have a huge garden/parlar, which exceeded our expectation. The place also has elevator so it's really convenience for people with lot of luggages. Overall, we love this place while we are in Rome. There is a construction site outside of the apartment but it doesn't really affect the noise at all. Only a minor issue that doesn't affect the overall experience of the stay.

• salam (5/5): مكان جيد وقريب من محطه - المكان موقع جميل الشقه واسعه لكن بحاجه الى صيانه وضحتها وخاصة حمام حمام كان الاناره غير جيده .تسرب المياه الى ارضية الحمام من الشاور ماء دوش ضعيف جدا يتطلب اضافة مضخة ماء الى تقوية دفع مياه بالانابيب المياه
• Lison (9/5): PARFAIT, EN HARMONIE AVEC LA VILLE QUI EST SUBLIME. - Le logement était parfait, moderne, propre, spacieux. Tout était pensé pour passer un excellent séjour. Le linge de lit était propre. Semblable a un hôtel (gel douche, chaussons...). Facilité d'accès. Hôte à l'écoute et arrangeant. Bien placé tout est à mois de 30 minutes de marche. De l'huile, sel et poivre aurait été parfait. Mais ca ne change en rien la qualité excellent du logement.

• Unai (10/5): - Everything was super good! I would really suggest this appartment to anybody. We stay 3 people (a couple and a baby) and we found everything we needed. Location was good, the apartment was totally refurbished, everything was super clean (the apartment was cleaned by the staff after 3 days). We had a minor technical issue in our arrival on Sunday 9:30 pm but the assistant was totally reachable via phone, so that, we clarified our doubts in a quick way settling the issue. 😊
• Sergio (8/5): Gran relación calidad precio - Es muy tranquilo, con una cama cómoda y buena ubicación. La relación calidad precio es excelente. Podría estar más limpio, el sofá no era confortable y por las mañanas los bajantes de las tuberías hacían mucho ruido.
• Martin (10/5): - Si volviera a Roma, volvería a quedarme allí. La ubicación es muy céntrica, justo al lado de Plaza Popolo y te permite ir andando a casi todos lados, de todas maneras si o prefieres tienes tanto parada de autobús como de metro al lado. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario y las indicaciones para entrar fueron muy claras. Una cosa muy importante es que por las noches hay un seguridad (medito en un coche) custodiando el edificio, cosa que nos encantó porque si llegas tarde te sientes seguro. Es verdad que el edificio está como en un callejón pero realmente la zona es muy buena y los edificios de alrededor también. Muy buena limpieza. En general una estancia perfecta Lo único que no me gustó mucho fue el sistema de las persianas, que no se cierra del todo. Los controles de la calefacción son un poco liosos y a veces echaba aire caliente y otras veces no, pero realmente casi siempre funcionó y dentro del apartamento no pasamos frio en ningún momento.

Inoltre se proprio, dovessi trovare una pecca, ho notato un pò di sporco nei flutti che comandano accensione/spegnimento dei vari dispositivi (luci ed altro)

• Marco (8/5): - Posizione e cucina ben equipaggiata Dalla descrizione della struttura pare che vi sia disponibilità di parcheggi a pagamento, mentre in realtà hanno un solo posto per i vari appartamenti. In alternativa consigliano il garage davanti alla struttura il cui costo è di 45€ al giorno.

• Josue (7/5): Buen Apartamento - Apartamento amplio en buena zona, al lado de la plaza del popolo. Cerca de un metro y de un Carrefour. Bien conectado y muy cómodo. El baño necesita una limpieza profunda (moho en la ducha y en la claraboya, también en paredes). No tiene persianas y entra una luz horrorosa (incluso de noche). No tiene campana extractora. El apartamento huele mucho a humedad. Utensilios justos. Si pones horno y aire a la vez la luz pita. Las almohadas fatal.

Il y avait tout l'équipement nécessaire pour cuisiner. Bon rapport qualité-prix. Il faisait froid dans l'appartement, on ne pouvait pas régler la température de confort. La température dans la salle de bain est très froide.Un bruit métallique dans les climatiseurs nous réveillait systématiquement la nuit et tôt le matin.

• Claudia.87 (9/5): Buona struttura in centro a Roma - La posizione a 2 minuti a piedi da piazza del Popolo, la vicinanza a Carrefour, Mc Donald, ristoranti e bar. Mini appartamento dotato di ottima cucina, con stoviglie, forno, microonde, minifrigo, macchina del caffè e bollitore, tutto perfettamente funzionante. Bagno ampio, con grande doccia e fornito di tutto l'occorrente. Grande armadio con all'interno anche ferro da stiro e asse. Tv con connessione a internet, WiFi ben funzionante. Sistema di riscaldamento efficiente. Cosa molto utile e gradita anche il deposito bagagli interno alla struttura. Il letto rumoroso e il materasso scomodo, idem anche peggio il divano letto. L'accesso e l'uscita difficoltose ogni volta, in quanto le serrature sono un pò macchinose, si inceppano ogni volta. La mancanza di tapparelle, inconcepibile. Gli unici elementi oscuranti sono delle tende a veneziana che non oscurano proprio niente e anche d'inverno dalle 6 entra luce.
