• Sofia (8/5): This is a great place to stay but we hope that standards will not drop over time. - This was the second time we stayed and we'd definitely try it once more. Location is perfect, super smart design and extra helpful staff. Our ceiling started leaking (seriously) so we had to change rooms. The room we were given wasn't ideal, was cleaned in a hurry and some things weren't working properly. We didn't complain but we would have appreciated some sort of compensation for it.
• corinna (9/5): Ein feiner Ort, wenn man nur digital unterwegs ist - Ein guter Ort, um London zu erkunden. Sehr nah an der Paddington Station. Rings rum gibt es auch Restaurants und Cafés. Der Checkin war etwas problematisch, weil alles nur digital geht. Obwohl, telefonisch bekam ich dann Unterstützung. Man muss gut mit den digitalen Medien vertraut sein.

• Anna (5/5): Bon emplacement, le reste… - Très bon emplacement ! à 5mn de Central line et Hyde park. Adaptateur UK disponible très pratique, et wifi efficace. Cependant… Les murs sont très fins. Il faut absolument avoir la wifi pour obtenir les codes d'accès via la conversation what's app ce qui le premier jour, n'est pas pratique du tout quand résident hors UK. La literie est très peu confortable. Lorsque la VMC est allumée, une odeur désagréable se dégage. Le petit déjeuner se trouve dans deux cafés à 2mn de l'hôtel, ce qui n’est précisé nul part (sauf erreur de ma part), Les places y sont très limitées et le personnel est désagréable. De plus, les options sont limitées et peu goûtues. Enfin on a été relégué dans une autre partie de l’hôtel à deux rues de l’emplacement réel. Bizarre.

Dejligt med et lille køkken med minimalt og relevant service, samt udstyr som yogamåtter m.m Tæt på byen og metro. Fungerede godt med kode og nøglefri. Jeg kunne lide alt. Eneste opgradering kunne være en nespresso maskine. Det havde vi på en Bob W i Athen

• İnci Su (8/5): Comfortable, cozy but small - The location is good,it’s 8 min walk to Paddington station. The area is quiet and safe. The apartment is tidy and has everything you need. The bed was comfortable. The toilet is small, also the ceiling is low. If you are a male taller than 180, you’re gonna have some problems. Although there is a warning sign about the low ceiling bump my head twice.

• Mareike (7/5): Alles super bis aug 1, 2 Kleinigkeiten - Super Lage, super freundliched Personal in der anderen Location (nur ein Stück weiter die Straße hoch) wo ich mein Gepäck unterbringen durfte, das Zimmer hatte alles was ich brauchen konnte und war sehr schön eingerichtet Leider funktionierte das warme Wasser eine Zeit lang nicht was meinen Tag etwas durcheinander gebracht hat aber es wurde eine Lösung gefunden. Der Läufer vor dem Bett ist super schon, fusselt abet total :D

• Jason (10/5): Great - Staff were exceptional, I unfortunately left my car keys behind and they located them and arranged for them to be couriered to me. Location is great, places are clean and tidy. Didn’t have a fan which isn’t great in a small room on a hot day.

A kommunikáció kicsit akadozó, nem igazán derült ki a foglalásnál, hogy a reggeli nem a szálláson van. Az egyik szoba olyan kicsi volt, hogy épp csak állni lehetett benne, tusolni pedig lehajtott fejjel.

• Ariane (9/5): Tolles Hotel, am Besten ohne Frühstück buchen. - Die Lage und der Villenstil des Hotels. Das Hotel ist modern ausgestattet. Für 5 Nächte hatten wir entsprechend Gepäck dabei und durften es ins 4. OG tragen. Geländer war teilweise nicht vorhanden. Das Frühstück war außerhalb des Hotels. Es war okay. Braucht man aber zukünftig nicht dazu buchen. Es geht auch wunderbar ohne, da in der Umgebung ausreichend Bistro/Cafés sind.
• machteld (8/5): Heerlijk ! Compleet en prachtige omgeving. - Locatie bevindt zich in een fijne rustige wijk. Met faciliteiten zoals restaurant-trein-metro en kleine supermarkten om de hoek. In de kamer een eigen kitchetnet. Ideaal ! Het is soms wel een beetje gehorige en contact geluiden van andere kamers .

I had a single room and it was small (as was described) but very well planned. Nice closet and lots of clothes hangers and shelves. Mini-kitchen with microwave, small fridge, sink, dishes and cutlery and real coffee (not instant) with real coffee maker. There was even a cork screw, a pair of scissors and a tote bag to take shopping!

• Rabih (2/5): Disappointing stay due to misleading room details, poor cleanliness, and lack of response from the property. - The location was convenient and the exterior of the building is nice. We stayed in Room 402 and the room did not match the photos advertised—there was no desk, which was a key reason I booked as I needed a proper workspace. This caused a real inconvenience, and I’ve attached a photo showing how I had to work due to the lack of a suitable setup. I contacted the property about this and received no response. Additionally, we found a sock in the room on arrival, which raises concerns about the cleanliness and how thoroughly rooms are checked between guests.

• Giorgia (10/5): Soggiorno confortevole in posizione strategica - Posizione ottima, a soli 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metro e dalle fermate degli autobus. La camera era pulita e ben curata, perfetta per un soggiorno confortevole. Check-in veloce direttamente dal telefono e comoda possibilità di lasciare i bagagli nei locker. Unica pecca: eravamo al quarto piano senza ascensore, quindi dopo una giornata di camminata risultava un po’ faticoso. Inoltre, il lavandino del bagno era piuttosto piccolo e poco pratico.

• Caroline (10/5): Plecenly suprised by how big the room felt and we had a lovely stay - Sentral, clean, got everything you need in the kitchen corner, lovely coffee, yoga mats, proper hairdryer, lovely bed! There was nowhere to store luggage in the building, but a short walk to the next Bob W shorted that out, with lovely staff, welcoming and helpful.

• Ananda (7/5): - Great location and value. Deliberately chose to avoid the "low floor" by paying slightly more but got a ground floor room anyways. The hotel also uses an AI chatbot which gave me the wrong address to drop off my luggage.
• MERVE (8/5): Small rooms packed with facilities at very good location - User interface was very straight forward, they gave answer all my questions very quick. Facilities more than I expected, they even think about charging cables. It is very close to paddington station, which you can find stores to buy food until very late hours and of course easy to commute anywhere you want. Easy commute from London Stansted airport. I need to slide a button from the website in order to open door to inside door, it made me think what would happened if my battery died. They might consider to turn that one to code like outside door. Also they put everythink to make coffee except coffee itself, and you can't by those little sachets yourself(it is always big packages). Rooms are too close, when your next door neighbour cough you can hear.

• Klaus Dieter (8/5): - Das Zimmer war zwar nicht groß aber alles vorhanden von Fön, multiples Ladekabel, Adapter mit USB Anschluss Mikrowelle, Besteck Geschirr Kühlschrank Pflegeprodukte Kaffee Tee alles was nötig ist. Hatten Probleme mit dem Zimmerzugang Keyless und wurden von der Mitarbeiterin am Telefon mitten in der Nacht ins Zimmer gelassen. Parken vorm Hotel möglich RingApp herunterladen und dort Parkzeit buchen, an Feiertagen kostenlos bistum folgenden Tag 8-30, und Samstag ab 12-30 bis Montag morgen 8-30 auch frei. Darauf achten es ist die ULEZ, entweder das Auto hat die entsprechende Confimität oder beim Mietwagen mit der Rentalfirma abklären das das Fahrzeug den Anordnungen entspricht. Frühstück gibt es auswärts ca 300m vom Hotel entfernt Elvis's Bistro oder Sheilas Cafe. Beide gut mansollte früh dort sein sonst kannst eng werden. Wobei Elvis's Bistro die bessere Wahl ist was das Frühstück angeht, at Sheilas der Smoothie ist unschlagbar...dort ist es auch so das man 14 GBP pro Person frei hat alles was drüber geht muss bezahlt werden was schnell passieren kann. Wir zu Zwrit hatten 44.-GBP minus 28.- Freibetrag. Das Waschbecken mega klein und unter Bauchnabelhöhe wenn man si h das Gesicht waschen wollte stand alles unter Wasser. Für weniger versierte Internet Nutzer umständlich der Zimmer Zugang, ohne Smartphone keine Chance ins Zimmer zu kommen, ist der Akku leer keine Chance die Zimmertür zu öffnen. Man muss bei Bob W registriert sein um an alle notwendigen Info was Zugang zum Gebäude oder ins Zimmer zu kommen, muss alles vorher eingerichtet sein. Man muss sich immer auf der Website einloggen um die Zimmerer öffnen zu können. Falls man kein internationales Roaming vom Heimatland hat "dann kommst du hier nicht rein" oder Simkarte vom einem UK Provider.

• Aleksandra (9/5): Wspaniałe miejsce - Świetna lokalizacja, piękny widok z okna, spokojna okolica z małymi kafejkami nieopodal. Jak na Londyn bardzo na plus wielkość apartamentu - było naprawdę wygodnie, nie jest to mikromieszkanie. Tak samo łazienka, ładna nowa i z prysznicem. Przydatny aneks kuchenny z lodówką i kuchenką, atutem było ekologiczne podejście do odpadów i środków czystości. Wchodzenie wąskim korytarzem na 4 piętro, ale taki urok kamienicy :) Adres i kod wejściowy do drugiej lokalizacji w celu zostawienia bagażu przed i po wymeldowaniu mógłby być podany w przejrzysty sposób, jednak zawsze ktoś wpuścił nas do środka, a skrytki bagażowe działały bez zarzutu.

• ΓΙΩΡΓΟΣ (7/5): Ιδανικό σημείο,άμεση εξυπηρέτηση μικροί χώροι - Έμεινα πολύ ευχαριστημένος από την τοποθεσία και από την άμεση απόκριση των συνεργατών του καταλύματος σε οποιαδήποτε στιγμή χρειάστηκα βοήθεια. Τα δωμάτια ήταν πολύ μικρά.
• Andrea (7/5): It had a few flaws, but considering London prices, it was very good and I’d stay again. - For a good price, I had my own clean room, a bathroom, and a kettle. The location near the metro was convenient. The surroundings of the hotel were very quiet and clean. The bed was comfortable, the free coffee was a nice touch, and although the fridge was small, it was useful. The walls are a bit thin, but all the neighbors were very nice and quiet, so it wasn’t an issue — and earplugs were provided for free just in case. There were several issues. The walls were dirty and didn’t look like in the photos. The room layout was impractical — for example, it wasn’t possible to blow-dry my hair by the mirror. There was no bedside lamp and no table. I also don’t understand the room setup overall — I don’t need a Polaroid or game consoles; I need basic things like a lamp, a small table, and a functional space. There are unnecessary “cool” extras, while essential items are missing. The room photo showed a table and chair, which is why I chose it, but there wasn’t one in the room in the end. I noticed it wasn’t listed in the room amenities, so I guess I can’t really complain, but it still upset me as it was the main reason I chose this place. There is also no elevator, and carrying a suitcase upstairs was awful. I had read this in a review before and told myself I definitely wouldn’t end up on the fourth floor — and of course I did. I’m mentioning it here so others keep it in mind. Online door unlocking also wasn’t effective. The website often didn’t work, and as a foreigner without a reliable internet connection, I had to wait several minutes each time before I could open the door. It’s not necessarily the accommodation’s fault, but for guests with weak internet, it’s a very impractical solution.

• Laura (7/5): Prima voor een kort verblijf - De locatie is super, dichtbij een metrostation. De kamers zijn ENORM gehorig. Ze leveren oordoppen aan, en die heb je ook echt nodig. Maar zelfs met oordoppen in kon ik de gesprekken van onze buren verstaan… De badkamer is mega klein, je moet schuin op het toilet zitten, alles wordt nat als je je handen wast omdat de wastafel klein is en dan heb ik het nog niet eens over de douche. Als je groter dan 1,90m bent kan je je haar niet eens wassen omdat de douchekop niet hoger kan. Ook is de douche zo smal dat je constant tegen de zijkanten aan staat.
