Iris (10/5): Auberge de jeunes super bien équipée en plein centre de Naples - Emplacement central tout proche de la Via Toledo et d'un petit supermarché alimentaire. Nous avons eu une chambre familiale très propre et moderne au 5ème étage très calme de l'auberge (les dortoirs pour groupe et les salles communes se trouvant au 4ème et 2ème étage). Belle cour intérieure pour prendre notre petit-déjeuner buffet très bien fourni (8,90 €/pers) ou une boisson. Petits snacks gratuits, café et thé mis à disposition dans la journée près du bar. Babyfoot dans la cour. Plusieurs cuisines communes (la plus grande au 2ème étage) où sont mis à disposition gratuitement d'aliments de base (pâtes, semoule, riz, légumes, épices, huile,..) et tout l'équipement de base pour cuisiner. Il manquait juste les torchons et du sopalin. Laves-linge et séchoir au 3ème étage (jetons à acheter à l'accueil). Très belle terrasse sur le toit au 6ème étage qui m'a servi tous les matins pour faire mon yoga tous les matins (j'étais toute seule sur la grande terrasse) avec une belle vue sur le quartier et les monuments tout proches. Personnel très accueillant et parlant plusieurs langues. Certains soirs le bruit de groupes de jeunes qui faisaient la fête dans la cour au 3ème étage remontait juste à notre chambre familiale au 5ème étage. Mais bon, nous avions réservé dans une auberge de jeunesse, c'est la vie! Il faut dire que les fenêtres sont plutôt bienisolees contre le bruit.

Ancak konumu vs her şey gayet iyiydi içeride acıkında istediğinizi pişirebileceğiniz mutfağıda bulunuyordu. Temizlik konusunda da gayet temizdi banyoda makyaj pamuğuna kadar düşünülmüştü açıkcası. Çalışanlarda çok güzel yüzlü ve oldukça nazikti.

Gabriela (10/5): Un'esperienza piacevole - ME ENCANTÓ, de los mejores lugares que puedes elegir en Napoli, la ubicación es perfecta, la estructura, tienes todo lo necesario para una gran experiencia. Pero sobretodo la atención del personal es increíble, siempre dispuestos a ayudarte, en especial Francesco, es de esas personas que dejan huella en tu corazón. Gracias infinitas, sin duda volveré a hospedarme. Lo recomiendo muchísimo.

Shared toilets and showers are not clean and very crowded. The 8 room with private toilets was much better. In the kitchen, many guests don't wash their dishes, so often it's hard to find clean cutlery or pans. Curtains on beds could give some privacy, just like ostello bello in Florence. Door codes sometimes don't work properly.

Lovelea_Hill (7/5): Great for adults. Don't book for a family. - The room was well equipped for a family - large beds, big bathroom, hairdryer, tv. It was also toasty warm and comfortable. The food available at breakfast was tasty. It was easy to find your way around the hostel. The guys on reception were helpful. The family rooms were in a different part of the building, accessed by staircase directly from inside the hostel or via a separate entrance and lift outside the hostel. Also, our family room faced the bar area. We were up early for a train on our last morning - it was well after midnight before the karaoke stopped. And a good hour or so after that before the noise died off. We were woken at 6am by someone shouting outside our room. We didn't get much sleep. The breakfast staff were just absolutely miserable. The breakfast is massively overpriced for what it was, although tasted nice. I would say this hostel is not a good choice for families. But absolutely great if you're traveling with friends or adults only and want to drink/party every night.

Taciani (9/5): Experiencia sola - Fue mi primera experiencia en un hostal. Me encantó la experiencia, la gente muy amable, atenta y educada. Me han sugerido sitios para ir, me explicarán para desplazarme. Agradezco la amabilidad y la atención de Joel y Franchesco, desde el primer momento hasta el final el trato fue impecable. Los baños eran limpios 3 veces al día. He estado en una anotación mixta y todo bien. Cuando he estado eramos 3 en una habitación de 8. La habitación amplia. El hostal tenía una zona de cowork, sotea, soñás comunes, cocina muy bien equipada. Volvería seguramente. El punto de mejora sería poner papel de manos en el baño. Las camas no son las más cómodas.

SeyedParham (6/5): - The reception and staff were so friendly. The atmisphere was warm and cosy. It had a beautiful terrace in the 6th floor. The beds had no curtains, so whenever someone entered the room and turned on the lights, the whole room became bright, which was very disturbing. The mattresses were far from standard but they were so worn out that you would just sink into them. The kitchen was poorly equipped; there weren't enough utensils, such as spoons, forks, or even frying pans. Also, the check-in process was slow. I received a message to do the online check-in to save time, but I still had to wait for 10 minutes and go through the whole process again once I arrived.

However as soon as you take the elevator up to the 3rd floor and enter Ostello Bello Napoli you'll enter a different world entirely. 😀 It's very clean, has a great bar/lounge area, and the rooftop terrace has some incredible views of Naples. The private rooms on the 5th floor are similar to staying at a luxury hotel but for an affordable price. 😁 The room keys being phone/app based is a little different, but very convenient once you get used to it.

No me gustó el karaoke porque no dejaba descansar tranquilamente, aunque ellos lo terminaban a la hora acordada, no me gustó que a veces fumaban y uno estaba desayunando y al dejar la puerta abierta de terraza se entraba el humo, no me gustó que de noche no reponian confort y muchas veces no había. El desayuno muy completo, el hostel siempre limpio, en la cocina siempre había a disposición frutas, verduras, legumbres y fideos para cocinar. Me faltaron días para recorrer, Nápoles tiene de todo y es maravillosa! Lo único que pondría serían cortinitas a las camas. Lo demás, todo super. De todos modos ya estoy pensando en volver.

È un posto centrale e ben tenuto, adatto anche per famiglie con bambini. Il personale è stato gentile e disponibile a soddisfare qualsiasi necessità. TSZYIU (8/5): - 位置方便，在西班牙区，吃的很多，也有地铁和巴士站青旅里也有厨房，有免费的基础食材，有烤箱微波炉，对于想自己下厨的人很方便有点吵闹。可能是礼拜天？因为我是一大早要赶飞机，需要早点休息，厨房聊天的人很吵，还有同一房间的人回来的晚，关门声大声。而且B床靠着厕所，晚上有人用浴室的声音很大声可能比较适合party人士我累了太有朝气融不进了
