• Ewing (10/5): Excellent, 100% recommend - I truly enjoyed my stay at Goodwin Street, the accommodation was very spacious, comfortable, clean and private and the location couldn't be better. Also the team were incredibly helpful and responsive, going the extra mile to ensure I had a good stay. I will definitely be returning for future visits!

• Luke (10/5): Comfortable and reasonably priced for London - Very close to Finsbury station and it's clean and quiet. We were told we could leave luggage in an office and we were led to believe there was an office in the building, and it would be open, but there/it wasn't. It was fine as we got to check in after we called the phone number, but it did make us anxious to find no key for the room and no office. Be good to communicate the location of the office.
• Leanne (10/5): Great little hotel - Great value for money, very clean and comfortable, given water and hot drinks. Everything you need in the bathroom. Very close to the tube station so you can go anywhere but if you are staying put in the area everything is there. Balcony is the best. For everyone that made a bad review is ridiculous, this is the cheapest balcony hotel I have come across in London, that is so clean and comfortable with good internet. If they keep there prices the same they should get 100% occupancy every week, so don’t change a thing as you have a good thing, ( just the curtains) Will definitely return. The remote control didn’t work (no big deal for me as I downloaded a remote on my phone, and Ariel needs improvement and curtains.

Non c’era una presa d’aria. Non indicata per persone che soffrono di claustrofobia; inoltre si sentivano un po’ troppi rumori provenienti dal esterno e dalle altre camere. A parte questo però il resto era tutto perfetto

• Jasmin (10/5): Accogliente appartamento per un soggiorno indimenticabile a Londra! - Appartamento pulito e spazioso. C'è tutto l'occorrente, non manca niente. Ottimo bagno con areazione continua. Posizione ottima e vicinissima alla metro e supermercati/ristoranti. Personale molto disponibile e cordiale. Consiglio assolutamente!! Portarsi dietro la maschera occhi per la notte. C'è una grandissima vetrata che non può essere oscurata di notte e alle 6 del mattino è pieno giorno.

The bathroom is not connected to the room- it’s a shared corridor and you have key for the bathroom - but other people use the corridor, this can cause issues when going for a shower for example

Easy to access and host was very attentive when communicating through messages. Only issue was the WiFi connection it didn’t work throughout the whole stay. Parking is hit and miss, there is some availability across from the property however it’s only open till a specific time.
• lara (9/5): - Posizione perfetta. La metro letteralmente a due passi. ci sono supermercati e bar, pub , ristoranti nelle immediate vicinanze. Ben collegato anche con l'aeroporto. Le finestre non si aprono. questa cosa non l'avevamo capita prima del nostro arrivo. Quindi bisogna farsi spiegare bene il funzionamento dell'aria e dei riscaldamenti. Una volta capito è andato tutto molto bene. Il divano letto non è molto largo, va bene per due persone solo se di corporatura abbastanza piccola.

• Martin (9/5): Pleasant stay, clean and affordable. - I like the location, the cleanness of the room and the bathroom. It was generally clean place. The staff was very polite and helpful. Even during a mishap, they showed real interest and sorted it with a gentle and kind face. I also like the elevator in the premises. I would recommend this place to anyone. There could be a bit larger desk in the room. Maybe other rooms have larger desks I don't know. The temperature in the shower was a bit tricky to set, but manageable.

• Courtney (7/5): Excellent location, lots nearby. - The location was perfect for us. Right by Finsbury Park station with lots of amenities nearby. The host was very helpful and responsive. They allowed us to check-in from 2pm upon request, as we arrived into London early. While the separate bathroom was private, it was slightly inconvenient. In the morning, housekeeping started cleaning the room next door, which wasn't ideal to walk past to use the facilities. It would've been great if the bedroom had a full length mirror.

• Evelyn louise (9/5): Comfortable, clean and convenient overnight stay - The ease of checking in. There is no reception. The size of the room and layout of the apartment. Kitchen facilities. Shower lovely and warm be careful with the settings for children. Beds are really comfortable. Balcony Location right next to the tube. Mark's and spencer round the corner. Spanish restaurant next door. Parking across the road with electrical charging point. 50.00 for parking overnight you may be able to get this cheaper. 41.00 to charge overnight. We found it quiet with no traffic passing on that road. Bus service main station round the corner. Obviously because there is no reception the money for your stay is taken before you've stayed. I understand the reasons and hopefully if you have any problems things would get sorted. Old school maybe. This is the only thing I was unsure about.
• Marianne Joyce (10/5): - The location is very good with a the tube station within 2 minutes by foot. There are also nearby bus stations within 3-5 minutes. The place itself is also spacious and clean, very much accurate on the photos. The staff was also very accommodating with our requests.

• Jamie (7/5): Would not rush back but then again wouldn't avoid. - Easy to get in, location looks a bit shady but the building and rooms seem secure. Very clean and modern - all white decor, mostly from Ikea! Room (no 102) and bathroom was a good size. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Large balcony. View out the back is terrible but admittedly you don't stay in Finsbury Park for the scenery! There were very bright lights in the yard shining directly into the room, and the blinds were not up to keeping it out - lights went out at about 11:30pm so were at least not on all night. Wish they would have proper curtains instead of cheap vertical blinds that look like they belong in an office, and cannot be opened or closed. I think there are other rooms in the place that have bathrooms in the corridor outside - someone decided to take a very loud shower at 2am. Although that was not the hotel's fault, there is not much soundproofing. 11:00am checkout is a bit mean - 12:00 would make quite a bit of difference.

• christopher (8/5): Great place but freezing - The property was spacious and spotlessly clean. There were two big comfy double beds in the room along with tea and coffee making facilities. The bathroom was again very clean although the shower could have been more powerful. Just one gripe there was no heating in the apartment and last night the temperature dropped to freezing so it was very uncomfortable shivering to sleep. There are radiators in the apartment which we switched to high but they wouldn’t come on. Sorry, it would have been a ten out of ten otherwise. Chris See above

• Nicholas (7/5): - Great location next to tube Our room had a strange layout with a separate external bathroom in the corridor you had to walk past other rooms to get to. The two other rooms on our floor were en-suites. It was fine but a bit of a strange design.
• Andreas (5/5): - Die Lage war gut und nahe an der Ubahn. Fußweg zum Emirates-Stadion. Leider war es nicht sauer bzw. sogar ekelhaft. Auf der Kloschüssel klebte außen (!) etwas, das wie Erbrochenes aussah. Auf der Bettdecke fanden wir Schamhaare. Die Fernbedienung konnte nicht genutzt werden, da eine Batterie fehlte.

• Jollantta (8/5): Mixed experience, convenient stay - A comfortable bed, a warm room, a cozy bath. The reception is excellent. Check-in and check-out are simple and convenient. In room 203, the view from the window is gloomy, it lacks cleanliness, and the sound insulation is poor. The lift feels a little scary.

• Marilyne (7/5): Nice place for a few days stay in London. - Perfect location only 2 stations away from King’s Cross. The room is nice, well equipped and clean. Beds are very confortable. Nice cafes, restaurants and Mark & Spencer around. Nice place for a short family stay in London. Some heating issue the first day but it got fixed on the following day.

• Sadło (9/5): Jesteśmy zadowoleni z pobytu - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, praktycznie obok zejścia do metra,50-70 metrów do Finsbury Park i kawałek dalej do dworca autobusowego. Obok również sklep M&Spencer dobrze zaopatrzony i bllisko do Lidla. Dobra opcja dla wszystkich którzy podróżują z lotniska Stansted, gdyż zaledwie 2 przystanki metrem do Totenham Hale i w 36 minut dojedzie na samo lotnisko pociągiem Stansted Express. Dojazd do cetrum Picadilly Circus w 15 minut. Mieszkanie czyste, obsługa podczas tygodniowego pobytu zmieniała ręczniki i donosiła wodę mineralną podczas naszej nieobecności. Mieszkanie bardzo ciepłe, kostki do zmywarki, ręczniki papierowe, sprawna suszarka do włosów ( a z tym bywa różnie ). Dostępna winda w budynku. Dosyć głośno za oknem wieczorem i nad ranem, słychać śmieciarki i dostawy do sklepu, widok z okna na parking i ulicę.

Good for self catering just needed a few more facilities in the kitchen. - Our apartment was clean and provided great access to Finsbury Station. Literally 30 seconds away. Glassware and cutlery needs topping up, limited kitchen wear. Hot water ran out when we showered this morning.

• Stuart (9/5): Excellent stay, perfect for short trips to London, especially to watch Arsenal. - The property is clean, tidy and well maintained. The rooms are spacious and comfy and in an excellent location right next to Finsbury Park Tube and walking distance to the Emirates. The wet weather in London :D but that is the UK for you. There wasn't anything I disliked. The only thing I might suggest as an improvement, is having a better selection of tea/coffee with more milk (but thats just being fussy).
