- Simeral (4/5): Loved Dubrovnik but didn't enjoy the lodging. - N/A Noise level of the bars restaurants in area that went on until after midnight. Window was open due to the AC not working properly The electrical outlets were not adhere properly and dangled from the wall in certain places. I would have not booked this location if I would have know about the excessive steep steps and the noise factor. NO coffee pods but the set up for coffee. The light in the hall did not come on immediately so that you could see to go down the stairs.

- Andrew (5/5): Nice but expected better - Location was good, noisy at night and in the morning because you are above restaurants in the heart of Old Town so its a bit of a trade off. The restaurant just below had lovely food and staff. Good use of space. No towels, which I wasn't expecting though maybe I missed that part in the advertised description. I had 2 lukewarm showers during my 24hr stay. As mentioned above the street was noisy but then it is to be expected as it is in the heart of the old town. I felt it was overpriced but it is Dubrovnik which is generally expensive.
- bridget (3/5): Horrific sewerage odour from the bathroom drainage - The location was great and the apartment has a recent fit-out. I have travelled a lot, and stayed in many different accomodation types in various old town city centres. I have never in my life had a bathroom reek of sewerage and be told it’s ’just old drains’. The moment we checked in the bathroom smelt so atrocious we couldn’t use the bathroom for 24hr. When I told the owner he said the cleaner would pour something down the drains the next day. They poured bleach down the drains, and while a very toxic chemical odour was left behind, it was a vast improvement, but 12 hours later the original smell was back, and we once again couldn’t shower or use the bathroom. I don’t know what to say except this bathroom clearly needs some new piping and if you stay in the room be prepared for some very awful smells without any real alternative. It left a very bad imprint on our trip

Poziom hałasu po godzinie 23, zarówno mieszkańców apartamentu, jak i obsługi okolicznych lokali. Przydałby się mały chociaż aneks kuchenny i stół.

- Sam (8/5): Perfect voor een kort verblijf! - De locatie was schitterend. Pal in het oude centrum, dicht bij de in- en uitgang van Dubrovnik old town. Het was een groot en aangenaam bed. Het enige minpunt zou zijn dat het water in de douche niet goed wegliep. We moesten vaak de douche uitzetten tot het water weg was voordat we de douche opnieuw konden aanzetten.

L'emplacement est idéal ! L' appartement est spacieux, propre et dispose de tout les équipements nécessaires Literie très très propre Les photos sont réaliste Et la vue est magnifique ! Le lit est très confortable néanmoins celui-ci s'incurve sur le milieu

But this time a lot of cold air was coming in from the bottom of the door. Even though there was air conditioning, the room still stayed cold until I covered the bottom of the door with some towels. Also, the internet did not work at all.

В номері була кавоварка і капсули з кавою, що дуже потішило☺️ Легка комунікація з власниками, дозволили трохи раніше заселитися❤️ Виникло непорозуміння щодо ввімкнення нагрівача води, тому вона швидко скінчилась) Хотілось би одноразові капці для переміщення по кафельній підлозі,але це все дрібниці🙃

- Richard (9/5): An enjoyable stay in a very convenient location. - Great location in the heart of the old town. For a family of four we had two apartments the larger of which provided a double bed and a sofa bed with kitchen and en-suite. The smaller a double bed with en-suite. Both apartments were lovely. Steps up to them which were not a problem for us and expected in the Old Town. All was good for our 2 night stay
- Niralkumar (1/5): I would not recommend. Uncomfortable stay where bare minimum wasn't met. - Location was good. Where do I start? The room looked nothing like the picture. We paid ~$300/night to stay in a room that was closer to a prison cell, then a hotel/apartment room. AC unit was broken and put together with duct tape. The shower head fell off. Wifi was spotty at best. Raised issue with the host and no response. The second room we booked for another ~$300/night, which was on top of us also didn't look like the picture. There was no shower curtain and when this issue was raise, nothing was done about it.

- Meryem (2/5): Le principal atout de cet établissement est qu’il est situé dans l’hypercentre par contre pas de possibilité de dormir à - La proximité avec la rue principale. Bon contact téléphonique avec la personne qui gère la location. Extrêmement bruyant la nuit juste car le studio se situe juste au dessus d’un club avec du bruit jusqu’à 2-3h du matin. Propreté limite avec de la moisissure dans la salle de bain et une barre de rideau qui s’est décrochée et qui aurait pu blesser quelqu’un.

- Mariia (9/5): - Quand je cherchais un hôtel, cette option m’a été booking proposée comme l’une des moins chères. Étant étudiante et essayant de voyager, le prix est pour moi un critère très important. De plus, l’emplacement est, selon moi, très bon : en plein centre-ville, dans une rue historique. Je n’ai absolument aucune réclamation. C’est peu cher, la chambre est bien aménagée, propre — donc 5/5. Le seul point que je souhaiterais mentionner concerne les propriétaires : la fenêtre est petite et située près de la télévision, et il n’y a pas de rideau. En tant que femme voyageant seule, cela m’a un peu mise mal à l’aise. J’aimerais qu’un rideau soit installé afin de garantir une intimité totale.

- Katharina (8/5): Nett für 2 Nächte - Sehr nett eingerichtet! Perfekte Lage! Obwohl Appartment hat der Herd nicht funktioniert, Kein Geschirrtuch zum Abtrocknen. Das Wasser in der Dusche ist zwar warm, allerdings kommt nur ganz wenig aus der Leitung. Bett wird mit einem Stapel Bücher gestützt.

- LIZETTA (6/5): - Great location The room did not have proper curtains; instead, there were simple cloth panels that didn’t provide enough privacy from the street. Additionally, the bathroom door was a sliding one that didn’t close properly, which was inconvenient.
- Evelina (6/5): Below average - Location and good comfortable bed Firstly if you are tall or even 160 cm, you have to move half of the time and room by your head down because of sealing of top floor. There was really bad smell coming from the bathroom, really bad. No water pressure at all, taking shower will take you so much time and will quickly run out of warm water. There was no oven/microwave too i think its one of the most important thing for the kitchen. Air conditioner was dirty, clearly one can see it never went into service. Also when you enter the building there is terrible smell too something like you’re in cattle field. No sleepers were provided as well Also no internet as well even asking for another device password internet was just not working. TV was also not working too. The only benefit you will get from booking this accommodation is the location. Be careful when booking this accommodation for the things mentioned above.

The many flights and steps are tiring that was why we asked for ground floor. Their ground floor is after going up many fligjts and steps. Communication, transparency, and the picture of the property are misrepresented. Don't trust the picture.
- Silvia Federica Anna (6/5): Non vale i soldi spesi - Ottima posizione, in centro a Dubrovnik vicinissimo a ristoranti e bar ed alle attrazioni della citta' vecchia e velocemente raggiungibile dal punto dove il taxi puo' lasciarvi. Per quello che abbiamo pagato, piu' di 800 euro per 4 notti, la camera non e' all'altezza. Bisognosa di manutenzione, frigorifero non funzionante, la porta del bagno non si poteva chiudere e quindi abbiamo dovuto tenere le tende di una delle finestre chiuse altrimenti non avremmo avuto privacy. L'odore di umido e' molto forte e infine il rumore dalla strada o dall'interno del palazzo si sente tantissimo. L'host ci ha promesso un rimborso mai arrivato.

It was close to a lot of great restaurants and lots of fun things to do. The perfect location to see all the sites in Dubrovnik. Would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to see the old town.

- Natalia (6/5): - Rewelacyjna lokalizacja w Starym Mieście! Wszędzie blisko, można napawać się klimatem! Nieprzyjemny zapach wilgoci unoszący się w pokoju, brak stołu, szafy… Tak naprawdę to pokój na weekend, gdyż nie dałoby się dłużej tam przebywać w takich warunkach. Ponadto drzwi od toalety się same otwierały a obok łóżka jest okno na… prysznic w łazience. Pokój ciemny, trudno tam wywietrzyć.

- Kathryn (8/5): Great location - The location was great being in the heart of Old Town so there was easy access to dining options and exploring Dubrovnik. There was decent amount of space. The mattress sank in the middle and we were never able to use the Wifi since the signal was too weak to reach the top floor where we stayed.
