- Flora Maria (10/5): LA MEJOR ELECCIÓN DE HOSPEDAJE EN NY - La ubicación perfecta, buenas conecciones de metro. Limpio y nuevo. Cama cómoda, habitaciones sin ruido con suelo vinilico. Muchos hoteles siguen teniendo suelo con moqueta que personalmente no es muy higuienico y suele oler mal. Puedes dejar tu equipaje en consigna para equipaje después del check out por 3 $ cada maleta pequeña Estuvimos 5 noches en NY y elegí 3 hoteles en diferentes lugares de Manhattan. Me arrepentí mucho de no haberme quedado las 5 noches en este hotel. La próxima vez sin dudarlo lo haré. Solo les falla el desayuno. No esperes gran cosa, te dan a elegir un par de cosas de un menú que llega a ser un pequeño snack, no compensa que pagues la diferencia. De resto todo 10 El desayuno

- Joanna (7/5): It was good. - The person at front desk said the checkin was closer to 4pm, yet around 2.30-3pm he checked in someone else. I approached him to ask if I can do the checkin as well, and he assisted me then. Why did I have to wait until an hour afte? The staff wasn’t helping with checking in.

- Mariya (9/5): A wonderful hotel, perfectly located for exploring New York. - The hotel is in an excellent neighbourhood, within walking distance of shops, cafés, and attractions. The rooms are a very good size, with great views- especially on the higher floors. The staff are very friendly and approachable. The soundproofing could be better, as I occasionally heard noise from other guests, such as doors closing and curtains being opened.
- Melanie (7/5): Plutôt satisfaisant. - Petite chambre simple mais qui convient. La localisation est très bien ! Plutôt centrale avec le métro non loin. Pas de soucis avec les ascenseurs ni l'insonorisation qui était satisfaisante pour nous. Prévoir toutefois des bouchons d'oreilles par rapport aux bruits de la rue. Manque quelques rangements, les serviettes à disposition pourraient être plus grandes et de meilleures qualités. La vue sur la ville n'est pas des plus jolies mais reste correcte. Choix de "plats" pour le petit déjeuner très restreint. Mieux vaut manger à l'extérieur (chez Maman par exemple que je conseille fortement). Prix un peu élevé mais c'est NYC...

- Tommaso (7/5): Very decent for the price. - Location is excellent if ur taking the LIRR into the city and want to walk from penn. Also excellent location to get most places either via short walk or easy subway access. Rooms were clean and modern and comfortable. Central air was good, pretty quiet and efficient. These are all pretty minor: Water pressure in shower was pretty weak. Pillows weren’t the most comfortable but also definitely not bad. Housekeeping timetables were a bit random: some days 2pm other days 5pm… reception didnt seem to know if there was daily turndown service or it was every other day… so it could make scheduling etc a bit difficult. Also - reeeally seems a bit cheeky to charge guests to store luggage on day of check-out. This is the sort of Spirit airlines/easyjet-ification of hotel stays and hopefully isn’t a trend that will catch on.

- c (10/5): Aloft Chelsea is a perfect stay! Staff, location, amenities is perfect. - Convenient to Penn Station and a quick hop up the subway to Central Park. Best of all, it’s on a street with tons of florists —you walk outside and the street is green and lush. Amazing !! The staff was happy and engaging. Great stay. Everything was great. No complaints.

- Lisset (10/5): A great stay at a great location 10/10 recommend! - ! I loved the location and how I felt safe the entire time! We were a 6 minute walk from Penn station which was great as we landed at the Newark airport and it was raining the day we arrived. The room was nice and clean, and I do not know if it was all the walking we did but the bed was so comfortable! I don't think there was something I did not like it was more of what I would have liked and what ican remember at the moment. Which would have been a complementary breakfast that would have been nice. Also, we only had 1 water bottle 2 would have also been nice as I had stated 2 of us would occupied the room.

Two comments: 1. they did not have umbrellas for guests and it was a very rainy weekend. Perhaps they ran out, but this was a bummer. 2. It seems like the elevators are not running that efficiently…. - Cassandra (10/5): Great little place - I booked this because I had a super early train to take the next morning and didn't want to deal with commuting into the city. What a great little place!! The location was so fun, tons of flower and plant shops along the street. Nice bathroom, great toiletries, comfortable pillows, and they have a steamer instead of an iron which is also great. Definitely on the small side, I'd only book this either single or as a couple (not with friends) as there's no real partition between the shower and the rest of the room. But I would 100% stay here again!

- Lisa (5/5): Not worth it - Conveniently located We’ve stayed at dozens of Marriott hotels. This may not seem like a big issue but the fact that this location chooses to charge a fee per bag to hold your bags either before check-in or after check-out seems like a money grab. They literally wheel the held bags off to the side of the check-in/checkout desk. There is no effort whatsoever to hold them and yet they feel like a random fee is justified. We won’t be staying at this particular hotel again for that reason alone. It’s expensive enough to stay at hotels.

- Naïm (1/5): A fuir. Ne reservez pas. - Le petit dejeuner est une honte. Nous avons pris l option payante avec le petit dejeuner car nois avions des enfants. Il s agit d un vulgaire comptoire ou on vient avec un petit papier avec 3 choix. C est uniquement des pommes de terres. De la friture et des brioches sucrés à la canelle. Nous n avons jamais vu un tel scandale. Tout les clients s en plaignent mais ils le facturent. Le peu de personnes qui les ont pris les donner au Sans abris devant l hotel. Pendant 3 jous nous n avons pas eu de chauffage et ils nous ont fait changer de chambre au 4eme jour’ Et c est là que nous nous sommes rendu compte d une deuxieme arnaque : la vue sur ville. Nous etions au 20 eme la premiere fois et la vue est degueulasse. Nous avion payé pour des etages superieurs pourtant. Au 27 eme c etait un peu mieu mais pas fou. Le personnel est globalement peu amicale, à commencer par la femme qui nous a fait le check in. Et le pompom...ils facturent le depot de bagage le jour du départ quand vs voulez profiter une derniere fois de la ville avant le depart. Une honte. Lisez les avis google. Nous aurions dû. NE RESERVEZ PAS À CET HOTEL. Dans la meme rue il y en a 5 ou 6 bien mieux.

- Wesley (7/5): Aangenaam hotel op een toplocatie. - Locatie is top! Zuiver en vriendelijk personeel. Oude handdoeken en poetsteam vergat vaak iets en maakte het bed vaak verkeerd op. Betalen voor de baggage in storage te nemen op de dag van het uitchecken. Dat had ik in NYC nog nooit moeten doen.

Kamabryje yra ir garinis lygintuvas ir kokybiškas ( pakankamai stipriu vėjeliu) plaukų fenas Šiek tiek neįprasta pusryčiu forma, nes ji tikrai nei ekologiška, nei patogi. Kavos kokybė nuliūdino labiausiai, aš apsjairtai nemgėsti niekur viešbučių kavos dėl prastos kokybės, bet ši buvo prasčiausia kada nors turėta patirtis. Ir dėl buvo labai nekomfortiška, kai po gaisro aliarmo išsiderino kondicionarius ir jis neveikė, žinoma darbuotojai bandė komepensuoti nepatogumą. Vonioje galėtų būti prie veidrodžio apšvietimas.ir 2003 kambaryje išimkite kedus kažkieno paliktus iš stalčiaus kur yra biblija.

The heating didn't work given the outside temperature was minus 18 celcius. I understand these were exceptional circumstances but New York hotels should be prepared for these situations. We were given another room but still no heating and eventually a heater was brought to our room.

Front desk staff were helpful with directions and recommendations. Breakfast was disappointing, like a child’s lunch bag. Bad coffee. Fine if you want a grab & go. Room wasn’t serviced at all one day and coffee etc. not refilled most days.

Only set back they charge you $6 dollars for every suitcase if you wish to leave them for a couple of hours after you checkout .

- Bernd (9/5): Would book it again. - Hotel is pefectly located in Chelsea with nice, functional rooms. We had an amazing view while our room was on the 32nd floor. Overall great hotel with good housekeeping. We were charged to storage our luggage at the departure day which I would consider as a free of charge service for this hotel price level. However this is maybe NY and the only minor negative aspect.

Ich möchte lediglich eine kleine Anmerkung machen: In unserem Zimmer hat ein Schminktisch mit Spiegel gefehlt. Das wäre eine schöne Ergänzung gewesen. - Marta (7/5): Nueva York en abril - Ubicacion , habitacion, camas confortables, buena vista,el persona es muy amable El desayuno muy malo, cada mañana te entregan una bolsa con un iogurt, una barrita, un bollo industrial y un zumo, no vale el precio y siempre es lo mismo, los mismos sabores, podría ser mucho mejor En la zona de desayuno faltan vasos , servilletas .. si las pides el personal es muy amable, pero debería estar más preparado el entorno Aunque lo pone en la reserva, hay que pagar la custodia de las maletas el dia del checkout, 6 $ por maleta y 3 $ por mochila, con lo caro que es el hotel esto debería ir incluido con el precio, nunca me había pasado, en otros hoteles en Nueva York de otras veces que he ido no me cobraban la custodia de maletas

- Anja (8/5): Klein, eng aber wir haben uns arrangiert und der Ausblick hat überzeugt :) - Die Aussicht war hervorragend, man konnte die Stadt gut überblicken. Das Bett war sehr bequem und auch so war es recht angenehm. Die Zimmer waren Mini klein und man hatte keine Ablage für große Koffer, alles sehr eng. Und die Dusche nur mit einer Glastür. Wenn man sich da nicht so gut kennt, kann das auch peinlich werden wenn der andere einen beim duschen zu schaut.

- Marlene (10/5): - Wie gebucht, ein Zimmer mit Aussicht auf die Stadt. Es war einfach perfekt! Sehr sauber und sehr bequeme Betten. Im Bad könnte man mehr Möglichkeiten zum ablegen und aufhängen von Handtüchern haben. Sonst perfekt.
