Also the fact that my three kids and I had to fight for a place in line to get plates and silver ware for the breakfast that was absolutely crazy each building should have its own breakfast area!!!! Everyone cramong into one building when there's several is unacceptable. Also same thing with dinner reception by the time we got to it there was no fruit and snacks left. Very disappointed.

Kati (5/5): - Appartment ist gross Im Zimmer war der Boden nicht gereinigt, es lagen noch essensreste am Boden, im Bad Haare. Durften das Zimmer wechseln. Leider war da auch der Boden wieder schmutzig, es wurden lediglich die Betten neu bezogen und das Bad auf den ersten Blick geputzt. Kücheninsel hat geklebt. Es war sehr staubig überall. Am Pool waren die meisten liegen mit Vogelkot beschmutzt. Haben den Nachbarspool benutzt der einladender ist.

Lydia (9/5): Great space, clean rooms, close enough to theme parks, quiet and relaxing! - Love the rooms and open space. It was so quiet, we almost forgot there were other families on the hallway. The beds were super comfortable, my kids loved having their own room and TV. Everything was very clean and well-stocked. Our response from guest services to request more towels was very quick (called by room-phone instead of texting the chat bot). We didn’t spend a lot of time at the pool due to weather but the time we were there was really nice and chill. We also didn’t eat at the restaurant or have the free breakfast. The suite has a full kitchen, we bought groceries at Target which is very close by and cooked each day. Preparing our own meals made the experience more like a home/apt stay for us. I didn’t love the daily parking fee and resort fees, mostly because it wasn’t communicated very clearly before booking so when we checked in, our total amount due was a good bit higher than I expected. However, I will say it was still worth it to be there compared to a cramped, stuffy hotel and I would come back again.

If I had to pick something, it would be that there would be more room for breakfast, but don't let that put you off staying. Bed was extra soft and the staff of course was lovely and pleasant . Me n my family started 4 nights and plan to return soon The only thing is there wasn’t much of an option for me for breakfast because I don’t eat pork . There was turkey sausage but I just ended up grabbing things and whipping it up in my suite the last morning . Besides that I would say the breakfast buffet would get bout an 8 but overall my entire stay was amazing

Elizabeth (9/5): Una agradable experiencia,lo recomiendo. - Lo que Me gustó de este lugar es en la ubicación que está,todo muy cerca ,lugares de comer ,tiendas parques temáticos ,parques de agua y más,el personal agradable ,me incluyeron desayunos y visitar un parque acuático de nombre (H2O) una vivita diaria,más la piscina de la instalación ,se miraba todo bien señalizado ,absceso para personas con discapacidad en lo general lo recomiendo. 3 Cosas que no me gustaron la #1 -La cama no fue cómoda no dormí muy bien,y a comparación de otros hoteles que he estado pésima pienso que deben mejorar un poco,#2 -el aire acondicionado,no se sentía tan frío ,le puedo decir que pasamos un poco de calor mi familia y yo .#3 habían más de un cosa en el baño que no estaban del todo bien ,la tapa del toilet floja y una agarradera del las toallas casi suelta ,por lo demás ,los muebles y todo se miraba bien nuevo y limpio

The continental breakfast is a major reason we always choose to stay at Embassy Suites wherever we go. This particular hotel was very slim with options compared to many other locations. The food wasn't great.

Sonia (7/5): I made the best of enjoying my Family at your Embassy Suites - The property is Beautiful near many Restaurants and shops. The room was not thoroughly cleaned. The living room Sofa bed was never checked for cleaning. There was food on the bed, candy wrapper and Q-tip behind the sofa bed. The dining table was sticky and one of the closets had the last guest sock and garbage. The front desk staff member who checked us in had no patience and was not friendly. I didn’t appreciate it at all.
