• Rita Lina (6/5): - Location is great, if you want to stay in the center close to everything. Room is quite small but ok. Staff was really nice and accomodating. There are 4 rooms per floor, and only 1 bathroom per floor, this means up to 6 or more people to use the same bathroom. if you need to go to the toilet or take a shower and someone else is using it it could take up to 20 mins of waiting. there is no other toilet available you can use besides the one in your own floor. although the place is quiet, during the evening some guests can do big noise. If you want to sleep until 10am and you are a light sleeper, the noises will wake you up, the house cleaning lady, the music from the neighbour etc.

• Brid (3/5): Why I won't be staying there again. - The bed was comfortable. Room too small for what I was charged. I've stayed in student accommodation in London, it was far superior. I had to share a bathroom. My friend booked other dates for us, and when she couldn't go because of a medical procedure they refused to allow me access as my credit card wasn't used in booking that transaction. They refused to refund us or transfer the room to my name. We did ring them to tell them our predicament to no avail. They were quite rude on the phone in both Spanish and English.

• CHRISTINA (10/5): They offer the basic stuff that anyone needs for a two day staying in Malaga if you use the house only for sleep. I was - It was super clean. Right into the centre of Malaga. No aesthetic and decoration at all. Furniture needs an upgrade and walls need to be fixed.
• Mona (8/5): Je recommande - Je recommande fortement ce logement. Il est extrêmement bien placé dans Malaga, au cœur du centre historique. Il est possible de tout faire à pied. Chambre et salle de bain avec le nécessaire. Le personnel est disponible et très agréable pour nous accueillir lors de notre arrivée et répondre à nous interrogations. Gros plus : une personne passe chaque jour faire le ménage dans le logement et les parties communes. Rien ne nous a déplus durant notre séjour. Cependant la rue peut être bruyante le soir, surtout le weekend. Mais cela n’est pas dérangeant.

• Léa (8/5): - Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la propreté des lieux, une femme de ménage passait tous les matins demander si nous avions besoin que la chambre soit faite et quand nous n'étions pas là, elle était faite. Pareil pour la douche et les toilettes, nettoyées chaque jour ! Un frigo est disponible à chaque étage, partagé avec les 3 autres chambres de l'étage. Pas assez d'équipements pour le cuisine. Fenêtres peut-être un peu trop fines par rapport au bruit et à la boîte de nuit en face.
• Ana (10/5): - Le personnel facilement joignable par WhatsApp, le ménage dans la chambre est fait quotidiennement, et j'ai eu la chance de l'avoir que pour moi pendant tout le séjour. La localisation est très convenable. Le bruit dans la rue pendant la nuit est un peu excessif et ça s'entend beaucoup. La cuisine pourrait être quand même un peu mieux équipée.

• Paride (3/5): Per una sola notte può andar bene... - La posizione sicuramente è un punto forte per il resto non c'è null'altro che può essere a favore La camera puzzava di marcio, non so nemmeno io di cosa, ma non ci si poteva entrare per la puzza e nonostante si tenesse aperta la finestra non cambiava nulla. Vi era solo una presa per la corrente e distante dal letto. Quattro giorni con solo un'asciugamano. Il bagno super sporco. Camere nel quale a tutte le ore del giorno sentivi persone parlare, ridere e scherzare come se le avessi in camera tua!

Qualche pecca: la doccia necessita di un tappeto perché essendoci una tenda, l’acqua fuoriesce. Danno solo 1 asciugamano per persona ogni 2 giorni e non c’è un phon per asciugarsi i capelli.

• Maria (5/5): I’ve stayed in a different building and room of the Residencia before, which was much nicer. After this it’s been a bit - Central location and cleanliness has been great. Doors did not shut properly (had openings which allowed even more noise to get through). Lots of noise got through connecting door between rooms as well, with people speaking loudly as if they were right next to you. Overall state of this property was rather old.

Picasso Museum, Malagueta beach, best cheesecake shops and restaurants, etc. Noisy a bit in the mornings, probably rennovations ongoing. Please add some little tables to show which is 1st floor, 2nd floor because some guests were trying to open our room door by accident 😀

• Minoyoki (8/5): Za tę cenę dobry wybór, super lokalizacja - Atrakcyjna lokalizacja, czystość pokoi (choć ręczniki nie były zmieniane) i pomieszczeń ogólnodostepnych, wygodne łóżko, bezproblemowy kontakt z właścicielem. Brak czajnika, brak windy (miałyśmy nocleg na 4 piętrze), dość cienkie ściany więc było słychać wchodzenie do łazienki innych osób. Grzyb na suficie w łazience przez brak możliwości otwarcia okna łazienkowego.

• Deb (7/5): Great location and price, but the lack of facilities etc. was really disappointing. Would most likely not stay there ag - The location was absolutely brilliant and security felt safe and check in was very simple. There was no communal place to relax and the rooms were not comfortable to sit down and just chill out. There was a roof top which was locked, but there weren’t any chairs to sit on even if it was unlocked. There was no cutlery, cooking utensils or plates etc in the kitchen. So other than a fridge, tap and a microwave it was not functional at all. It was the use of a kitchen that helped make it an affordable option, so it was very disappointing. The bathroom needed bath mats as the floor got quite wet and was slippery and dangerous.

Certains endroits nécessiteraient un entretien ( le tour de la porte en bois en particulier dans la salle de bain qui est abîmé), ainsi que les portes et interrupteurs. d'électricite.

• PILAR (7/5): 📥 Económico y conforme a su precio - La ubicación y limpieza y amabilidad y rápida respuesta del personal, todo muy blanco paredes sábanas y toallas, había cocina con microondas y nevera. La zona es muy ruidosa se oia el jolgorio de la calle en el tercer piso, la bañera y la puerta del cuarto de baño en regulares condiciones, no vi a/c ni calefaccion no me hizo falta en abril con 17/23 grados en la calle

• Andrea (8/5): - Majiteť vyšiel v ústrety skorším check-inom, vďaka. Výborná lokalita v úplnom centre. Izba jednoduchá, ale čistá, so všetkým potrebným, vrátane uterákov. Kúpeľňa čistá. V kuchynke nebol vôbec žiaden riad. Jediné, čo bolo k dispozícií, bol drez s vodou a mikrovlnka.

• Adriano (8/5): - Per poche notti, e se si prevede di stare fuori durante il giorno rientrando la sera , questo alloggio rappresenta la soluzione perfetta. La posizione è straordinaria, nel pieno centro storico di Malaga. La stanza è essenziale ma il letto è molto comodo e la camera in generale pulita, lo stesso dicasi per il bagno. Non avrà tutto ciò che può offrire un appartamento intero o una camera d'hotel, ma per chi sa accontentarsi va benissimo così. Ultima cosa ma non per importanza, è di gran lunga l'opzione più economica e col miglior rapporto qualità prezzo che si possa trovare al centro di Malaga. Consigliato!
• Karen (7/5): - De locatie is heel centraal. Om de hoek van de Picasso museum De geluid van de ventilatie systeem de geluid van de waterpijpen. De gehorigheid van het hele gebouw. De stekker boven de kookplaat. De kookplaat durfde ik niet te gebruiken omdat het niet horizontaal geplaatst was. De tv en airco die het niet deed. De zogenaamde receptie tussen 14 uur en 20 uur terwijl het een zelf check was met deur codes en sleutel kruisjes.

• JOSEFINA (8/5): Precio/ calidad muy bien. - Muy buena ubicación . La habitación es básica, pero por el precio vale la pena. Está todo limpio y tiene heladera y microondas.

Il n’y a AUCUN SERVICE ( présence, arrangement, renseignements… ) - La situation, la propreté, la sécurité. 1) Le manque d’isolation acoustique : les châssis de la Calle Duque De La Victoria, 9 laissent passer l’air, on entend les consommateurs des bars jusqu’à 3 heures du matin ; à 6 heures le camion-balai passe. C’est comme si on mettait une tente dans la rue ! Dans la chambre de la Calle San Jose, 3, les châssis sont aussi en simple vitrage, mais on entend moins les bruits des restaurants et comme c’est une ruelle, les camions ne passent pas. 2) L’horaire de « présence » du gérant : 14 à 20 heures. Ce n’est déjà pas très sympa. Notre avion atterrissait à 22 heures. Cet établissement a des boites à clé, mais cette solution ne nous a pas été proposée. Nous avons dû louer un autre hôtel. En fait, je me suis rendu compte que les boites à clés servaient lorsque le gérant quittait l’établissement pendant les heures d’ouverture et donc servent UNIQUEMENT à son usage personnel : il ne nous a JAMAIS proposé la boîte à clé pour une arrivée tardive. 3) il n’y a aucune climatisation ni chauffage ; c’est peut être normal pour ce prix, mais réfléchissez-y si vous venez en été ou en hiver. Il y a un ventilateur dans la chambre.

• Birgitta (7/5): Prisvärt boende - Bekväma sängar, prisvärt boende. Kärl och bestik kunde ha funnits, eftersom spis och mikrovågsugn fanns i köket. Enligt booking.com skulle man anlända en viss tid till boendet, men i praktiken stämde detta inte alls.
