• Hochart (8/5): Bonne expérience de love hôtel ! - Le lit est grand et confortable. La salle de bain est bien équipée et le bain à remous très agréable ! La chambre était propre. Légère odeur de cigarette, mais des sprays désodorisant sont disponibles dans la chambre. Comme c’est un love hôtel, il n’y a pas de vue sur l’extérieur. Mais pour une nuit, pour tester l’expérience, ce n’est pas gênant.

• Ronaldo (2/5): Very poor - A light won't turn off, instead it keeps flashing non-stop. There's a song that you can't turn off or control the volume of. I just wanted a peaceful night's sleep, but I couldn't.

• Jojie (1/5): Bad and traumatic. - The breakfast was good. They need to add trashcans in the rooms. It’s not foreigner friendly. The girl staff with short hair wasn’t friendly and accommodating. This hotel should inform their clients that you pay the property daily. You don’t do it at the front desk. You have to do it at the machine in your room. We booked at the hotel for four days but on the second day, we were surprised to see that on the machine it says our room is vacant plus they automatically lock your door. We couldn’t get out of the room and we have to call the front desk to unlock it. It was a terrible experience considering that there was an Earthquake going on Ishikawa. That was a dangerous move they did to us. We checked out and looked for another hotel. I waited at their lobby to file a complaint but no one came to assist us. I won’t recommend this hotel to my foreigner friends. Very racist.

• Philippe (7/5): Great value, big room, bubble bath, great service, free breakfast!!! - The location is quiet although close to all you need, from convenience stores, and supermarkets, to a multitude of restaurants. The subway station is also 10 minutes walk max so it's easy to go everywhere within Osaka and even Kyoto. The bed is comfy and king-sized I believe. Huge TV screen (I think it was 75 inches). The bubble bath was so relaxing after a long day visiting Osaka. The staff was friendly and the room was always very clean when we returned (We stayed 3 nights). Late checkout (noon!). Thanks for the free umbrellas when we left on that very rainy day. The smell of cigarettes is unfortunately omnipresent although once the aircon and fan are turned on, it got much better. We were quite surprised by the limited room service because it was not possible to order food or drink after 9:30 pm. The offered breakfasts could be better but well, it was free so well... The TV remote control needs to be checked. Late check-in (8pm) but well you also get a late checkout.

• Eglavs (7/5): Good - Excellent design and facilities. The smell of tabacco was unavoidable and that lessens the appeal of otherwise excellent facilities. Sadly it's not yet a standard for the industry to set aside non-smoking rooms.
