  This houseboat includes 1 bedroom and a living room with locally themed art. The fully-equipped kitchenette includes a microwave, stove and dishwasher. A shower and hairdryer are provided in the bathroom. A sofa bed can be placed in the shared living room and unfolded into beds for 2 extra guests. All the bed linen is washed with unscented detergent.

• Thomas (1/5): Verschrikkelijk. - Nvt We werden bestolen tijdens ons verblijf door de schoonmaker. We hadden onze spullen op de boot en boodschappen in de frigo, we hadden dit duidelijk gecommuniceerd. Wanneer we in de avond aankwamen bij de boot was alles verdwenen en wanneer we hier via whatsapp contact opnamen konden ze niets doen voor ons, geen compensatie of vervanging voor de gestolen spullen. Ook was het absoluut niet proper. Sigarettenpeuken in het salon op de grond. Keuken vies, bedden niet opgemaakt. Heel basic en weinig comfort voor de prijs die je betaald! Een tegenvaller op volledige lijn! Zeker niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

• Gary (9/5): A wonderful uniquely Amsterdam experience. - Excellent location to explore Amsterdam from. The houseboat is a very unique experience. We really enjoyed the big windows and how relaxing it is on a boat. It was a great place to people watch and see all the water foul. It was fun to feed the various ducks, geese and swans. If you sit outside, be sure and prop the door as the door will lock and you could be stuck out there.

Great location, it has everything you need - bedroom, bathroom, kitchen area and lounge. And you are on the river! Couldn't really fault the place at all.
• Holly (10/5): Iconic stay in Amsterdam - What a fun stay!! Beautiful houseboat with a comfy bed, big living area with a kitchen, and a cute little deck. Great communication with the owner! We would stay here again in a second! No laundry use which is understandable but would have been a huge plus.

• Martin (3/5): Expectations fell far short.You could better in Amsterdam. - Location Warm water Correspondence with the host. Cleanliness fell far short for this price bracket. All the fittings and materials are old and need a very deep clean and replaced. The sheets had not been ironed they had been put on straight from the dryer. There was out of date eggs and other comestibles opened and not disposed of. I found a discarded ice cream stick in the bedroom and mouse traps behind the very industrial black curtains. This accommodation was not work the asking price.
• Mohammad (9/5): Beautiful, peaceful, and a perfect view - The place is a dream! It ticks all the boxes. It was spacious, and felt like a home. The bed sinks towards the middle so it’s difficult if two people sleep on it. And the duvet covers are two twins, while the bed is a double.

• Kees (9/5): very nice houseboat to relax in a busy city - beautifull and peacefull location in the very center of town. lots of space in the houseboat. the matrass of the bed was a bit too soft for our liking but not problamatic. the 'rug' in the sitting area slips easy.

• Chantelle (10/5): Just perfect! It was beautiful and peaceful to be right on the river! - What a beautiful peaceful spot on the Amstel River! We loved feeding the ducks from the couch, watching the boats go by, and the stillness at dawn. And there was a really nice bathtub.

• Danielle (9/5): The most cozy and relaxing boat in Amsterdam. - The view is breathtaking, the location is for us awesome and it is extremely clean. Bonus, it is very easy to contact the host. Getting the key out of the box and "stepping in" is a cool adventure, however, it could be challenging.

It could've been more cozy ie decorated with more art & local artefacts. Whilst the black curtains provided excellent privacy and insulation, they created a heavy presence. I recommend more colour and style.

• Luci (8/5): Wonderful introduction to Amsterdam - The house boat is centrally located. The living room has a fabulous view of the river and the bridge. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is large and has ample hot water. The home is clean. Management was very responsive. The location is very close to many restaurants. The location of the boat is across the street from many clubs so if you are a light sleeper you will not be able to sleep before 4am. We did not learn until a few days before arriving; however, the washer and dryer are not available for guests to use. The oven in the kitchen does not operate.

The house boat was about 30min walk from Central Station and easy to find, 2mins from Rembrandt Sq, 15mins from Red Light and Anne Frank house. We saw all we wanted without using transport. The property itself was clean and tidy with big windows opening onto the canal. PS The bed was so comfortable N/A
