• Margalit Duhovny (4/5): no fun - We liked the bathtub, the saults and the cremes that were included, the staff was nice, the breakfast was included The door locks you inside and you need to call reception every time to get in or out :)) and they don't speak any English so use your Japanese skills whatever they are. They also don't answer your messages through Booking and we couldn't exchange our tiny boring room for something interesting that I was hoping for when I was booking this hotel. Our room was just grey and super tiny and no crazy design, the chair was broken and there were pigeon droppings all over the window... The breakfast was very plain but it was on time and included. There were other guests who were so ashamed of being there that they closed their faces with their hands. In short, if you're a tourist hoping to get a real Japanese love hotel experience with a crazy room that you saw on YouTube, don't book here at least not through Booking because you can't choose your room! You'll just get a crammy old room with no Netflix.

• Abdoulaye Joe (10/5): Jolis chambre et pleins de prestations - Belle chambre bien décorée, hôtel à 10 minutes de la gare d'Osaka à pied. Le personnel est gentil, ils proposent des menus, déjeuner et boissons et pleins de choses que vous pouvez commander sur une tablette. Il y a un bain privé en extérieur qu'il est possible de réserver. C'est un bon hôtel qui propose plusieurs prestations. Juste dommage que les chambres se verrouillent automatiquement quand on claque la porte. Il faut appeler l'accueil pour déverrouiller la porte. Mettez en place un des clés ou des badges et tout sera parfait.

Zelf kon je je kamer niet uit en zat je in feite opgesloten totdat je naar de receptie belde en zij de kamerdeur ontgrendelde. Heel onprettig!!

• Beverley (10/5): A good value hotel with excellent facilities in a desirable location. - Fantastic location, near Umeda Station and many many restaurants and shops. Big bedroom with king size bed, jacuzzi bath and lots of snacks, sweets etc available. Nice choice of breakfast served in your room. This is a love hotel, but out of all the hotels we stayed in this was the best value for money and had great facilities. We made use of the billiards and darts room, and there was also a private spa pool and karaoke room available to use. Nice staff, extremely helpful. Bear in mind that you have to dial reception each time you wish to leave your room - this didn't bother us as we went out for the day then came back in the evening. We had to make our own bed on arrival which may have been due to us showing up early....not an issue and it was comforting to see that the mattress and pillows were clean! Nothing to complain about.

• Sadie (7/5): Quirky and good location - Quirky place to stay and good value considering it is in the heart of Umeda with loads of bars, restaurants and shops within a 1 minute walk away. Phone situation to get out of the room is actually fine. Liked the option of booking a karoake/ping pong room, pool table room, onsen during our stay. Bed and bathroom was clean but sides and tables in the room were dusty.

• esra (8/5): Great experience - Very spacious room. Insanely cool wallpaper. It is of course a love hotel so the vibe is like that. The bathtub is fantastic,the room comes with a sextoy and condoms,you can play youtube on the mirror,huge tv,a matcha set,drip coffee, all the amenities you can think of! The bed was also very comfortable and we had a good sleep. We had a room with an aquarium in the wall and there was a lonely fish inside with a few fake plants. The fish seemed depressed and i felt so sad for the fish :( he needs more space,real plants and a friend maybe? An aquarium with just some pretty plants would be enough for room decoration. No need to put a live fish in there.

• Michael (10/5): Ein sehr aussergewöhnliches Hotel... hatte noch nie ein Aquarium mit Fisch im Hotelzimmer :) - Top Lage! Super Ausstattung! Sehr nettes hilfreiches Personal! Sehr sauber! Viele tolle Goodies und Services! Sehr bequemes Bett! Super Badezimmer! Einfach toll! Was nicht so schön war, dass man keinen Zimmerschlüssel bekommt, sondern dass das Hotelpersonal das Zimmer verriegelt sobald man drinnen ist und wenn man raus möchte, muss man die Rezeption anrufen. Das war sehr nervig und hat leider auch nicht funktioniert, das Zimmer war immer noch offen, nachdem ich für einige Minuten raus war. Da ich mich nicht sicher fühlte, habe ich um einen Schlüssel gebeten, den ich auch dann bekam. Danach war es o.k.

Nous n’avions pas vu qu’il était possible de demander une chambre non fumeur, et en arrivant dans la chambre l’odeur de cigarette était extrêmement forte et a persisté pendant tout le séjour.

Estaba cerca del metro y de un montón de atracciones. No estaba lejos cogiendo el transporte de los puntos principales. 2. Las instalaciones eran increíbles. Me han encantado y sin duda volveré a usar más de la cadena. Limpio, cómodo, tienen ofuro, bañera con hidromasaje en la habitación. La entrada y el hall son muy bonitos en rojo con el Lotus. 3. Me gustó el detalle de tener desayuno a mi gusto y a la hora deseada para cada día. Y además, me lo traen a la habitación. 4. Que tenga nevera para guardar tu bebida fría. 5. Otra cosa que me gustó es que el baño era un baño tradicional japonés con el baño a un lado y ducha en el otro lado. Y el espejo del baño... Tiene YouTube!!! Me encanta que todo sea tan tecnológico 1. La habitación aunque tenía de todo y es verdad que no faltaba de nada, ya que tenía todas las comodidades necesarias, era un poco pequeña para moverse dos personas. Pero veo que en Japón es algo frecuente... Aunque me siguen gustando las habitaciones más amplias. 2. El personal era muy hospitalario y amable. A pesar de los problemas de comunicación, debido a que no sabemos japonés y ellos no saben inglés, hicieron lo posible por hacer nuestra estancia agradable. No estaría mal un mejor conocimiento del inglés para hacer más fluida la comunicación. La verdad es que es lo único negativo que destaco.

• Nicole (10/5): Love hotels are surprisingly underrated - For the amount of amenities in the room this was a really cheap and convenient stay near Osaka-Umeda. Huge bathtub with jets, free amenities like bubble bath, bath salts, facial oil moisturizer lotions etc.! Just note this is technically a love hotel so it can be very awkward when you run into other couples on the elevator - which I must mention is only big enough for two people, and there is only one elevator. The desk staff is very sweet and will let you store your bags if you’re earlier than your check-in time. There’s room service available if you’d like to order drinks or food from a tablet in your room. As others have mentioned there is no room key and the room automatically locks. To leave the room, press 9 on your room phone and tell them your room number. To enter the room, press 9 on the phone at the desk and do the same. A small inconvenience for the nice tub and free stuff, so worth it in my opinion!

The location was great, close to the trains and lots of bars and places to eat, a very lively part of town. The staff, although only a little english, were more than helpful.....oh, and we had an inhouse beer keg and tap no extra charge, it lasted 3 days! Well, once you got past the slightly awkward/creepiness of not having a key and actually ringing the inroom phone to be able to leave the room......it was fine. you get locked in unless you ring the desk to get let out of your room 😂

Being so central, it is noisy but we still enjoyed our staff. And the hotel decor is incredible! It's a busy area so was noisy at night but that cannot be helped given the area.

They had cosplay available and overall amazing theme The room I had was a little cramped with the position of the table and how the door swings open.

• Daniel (7/5): Great place to stay for a quick night, you get more than you pay for - use the free outdoor onsen! - The included amenities were beyond what we expected. The staff were incredible. The location cannot be beat, you are in the middle of everything, we will stay again if we are in Umeda in Osaka again. The rooms don’t have keys because the general use of the hotel is not for overnight stays, but once you understand the system, it works very well - you just have to call a number to open or lock the room and it was always done within seconds.

• Erica (10/5): Very well priced for what you get, don’t mind that it’s a love hotel, that just means you get more stuff in your room! - Lots of amenities and close to the station so it’s convenient. Me and my husband stayed for 4 nights, we know it’s a love hotel but we really just wanted all the amenities like a nice large bathtub, microwave, fridge, large tv, and decent amount of space for a Japan hotel, and amazing price for what you get. The room is also nicely decorated and feels fun to be in. I don’t have many complaints, the no door key thing was weird in the beginning but I got used to it after 1 day.
