- Jonathan Stone (10/5): Perfect location, perfect facility. - The location couldn't have been better at the heart of Dotonburi. I love the facilities and the organzation of the system to check you in and process each step. The staff were so pleasant and helped me any time I had any quesitons! The only thing I didn't like is that my stay was too short in Osaka.

- __Alex_________ (7/5): - Overall the facilities, the hygiene, the price are all excellent, but please get at least one person who would speak English to explain the rules better. The whole place is amazing especially for a backpacker like me, but get ready to struggle because noone there speaks even a little English, and that was where all the inconveniences began.
First of all don't put cash in the vending machines, they do accept it but you just waste it cause the machine still asks you to scan the bracelet and when it does, you will be charged again at the reception desk when you leave, there is absolutely no way you prove them you already paid cash.
Every night you stay there is like a separate reservation, so you checkout every day and check-in again after 12pm. If you sleep too long ,you will be charged 300 yen for every extra hour after 10am.
I booked several days in a row for a price mentioned on this website but still I was charged 1000 yen more on the 2nd night and then 2000 yen more after the 3rd one for a premium capsule which I didn't ask for (there were a regular capsules available)
I just needed a quiet place to stay, but I was obligated to grab all my stuff every morning and take it to my locker on another floor. All that was a huge downsize for me.

- Roman (9/5): Great choice to stay in Osaka - I enjoyed my stay at Sauna & Capsule AMZA. The hotel location is great. All the basic amenities have been provided. The individual capsule, public shower and locker room are all good. The hotel is surprisingly large!
The public bath (pools and sauna) were the best ones I have experienced in my life!
Great choice for travelers who want to spare some budget and have a place to stay in the centre of Osaka! None! Everything met my expectations.

- Nitin (7/5): Great for a couple of nights. - Very spacious capsule. Good power points. Right by Namba station. Had to check in and check out on a daily basis.i was booked for 4 nights but only stayed for 3. Not allowed to leave anything in capsule and no chance of lying in as they wanted you out by 10 and not returning till 3. This is more suited to a quick overnight stay.

- Takumi (8/5): Very good -
- Ray (10/5): Exceptional - Sauna Capsule is a bit noisy
- Billy (9/5): Great stay! - -The system that you could buy stuff with key rooms and pay only when you go out is fantastic!!
-The Chinese herbal medicine steam room was my highlight, smell amazing and felt so good! -The locker was too small for even for 1 bag so I had to keep both at the reception, but it was on the same floor as the locker so not to much of a hassle
-mattress could be a bit thicker

- Huat (6/5): good - good location difficult to book
- Huat (7/5): Good - good location
- Christian (8/5): Very good - As a foreigner, it was interesting to experience
- Bartłomiej (1/5): Tattoos - There is a mention in the hotel information that people with tattoos may have some restrictions. This is a lie. in fact, the person with the tattoos is NOT allowed in. It is obvious that it is impossible to use the common area, such as a swimming pool or a bathhouse. However, the hotel facility will not even accommodate you. It made my trip very difficult.
- Ratnida (8/5): Very good -
- Steven (1/5): Bad -
- Asni (7/5): Good - the staff are realy kind and doing their best to explain to you in english, the capsule is clean the sauna is relaxing the location is the best. you have to check out every morning in 10:00 am
- Ron (7/5): Easy - They let us check in earlier than expected. Too much nudety in the sauna area. Even though it’s a part of the culture, it’s different from where I am from.
- Gianmarco (8/5): good value - perfect location bed not so clean with a lot of dust
- Elon (1/5): Stay away from this place - Stay away from this place!
We booked via Booking 2 weeks in advance for 2 capsules.
No where on the hotel page did it say "no body tattoos allowed"
We arrived after a long day at Universal Studios and just wanted to rest.
We then say the sign stating no tattoos allowed, we thought it was just for the onsen/spa part of the place.
We were unfortunately surprised to find out that it was total entrance to the hotel.
We were not allowed to stay at the hotel we booked in advance because of tattoos.
If it was stated clearly on the hotel page in booking, I could understand. I realize Japan has cultural differences when it comes to tattoos. However, it wasn't stated, and it really turned the evening sour scrambling for a new place to stay.
Luckily, we found Kamon Hotel, which, to be honest, is much nicer, cheaper, and does not discriminate people with tattoos.
- Bony1115 (9/5): Great price and great location - Sauna and the hot spings here are great. Location is everything. The 6floor really needs a redecoration
- Skye (8/5): Very good -

- Al (8/5): Its was nice especially the big sento (public bath) - The location was so good that it is very near Dotonbori. You can walk within 5/10 min depending on your pace. For me, 5min can reach dotonbori. The public shared bath is so big and a lot of option to soak into. On the capsule level, there is a toilet and sink where you can freshen up your face with amenities like cotton bud, comb and hairdryer. They also provide a rest place also a smoking room. The hostel is on the 6th floor of the building and have about 4 storey for the capsule itself. The public bath is kinda crowded at a certain time. They have a female staff at the door of the public bath for scrubbing services or some kind which for me its kinda weird. All naked man and one girl at the door. Probably its common for them so yeah up to you guys. Also not my day i guess, i was assigned to a capsule near entrance so I always hear people comin in and out.
- Anonymous (5/5): Passable -
- Mekamike (8/5): Good for shopping and eating. - I love location is not far from shopping center and restaurants. But far from JR train(only JR train if you have JR All pass) walk around 1-2 km.They have sauna & onsen for other people and guests in 6 floor but did't have acess keycard for room floor(8-10) maybe some people can get in to the room. They locker room so so narrow but if u have big bag u can deposit in front of counter check-in. Nice and friendly all staff. Room capsule are resonable price, free sauna all day/good onsen outdoor and indoor. Free towel, pants. I don't know how feeling of japaness if woman stay in onsen, but for me i think i'm shy.
- Taiga (7/5): Good -
- Fung (8/5): Very good -
- Angus (10/5): Only stayed a couple nights but would absolutely stay here again. - Great central location, very helpful staff. Bed and pillow were firm without being hard, and the temperature in the sleeping area was comfortably warm without being stuffy Limited power point options (one plug, one USB) and the washing machines were a little dated (but clean and serviceable)
- Siriwit (8/5): Very good -
- Marc (10/5): Exceptional -
- Albert (9/5): Superb -
- Linus (8/5): Great Experience with a nice Spa area but some downsides! - This is probably one of the best locations to stay in to be close to Namba and right in Osaka but be sure to read about the cons of this Hotel!
First of all the staff is really friendly and while they can not speak English they try their best to help you out. Sauna and Spa is also really, really nice with multiple Saunas and pools and even an outdoor jacuzzi.
There are nice places to relax and wind down after a day of exploring.
The capsules are small but comfortable. Now to the downsides:
You will be woken up every day at 8.30 am! Through the speakers a voice will wake you up and at 10.00 am you will have to check out every day. It's possible to leave your luggage and you can come back at 12.00.
The hotel is mostly used by working Japanese which creates a really interesting vibe. Nevertheless, be ready for some overworked, snooring and cigarettes smoking lads sleeping right next to your capsule. In my 3 nights only 1 night was a bit too much tho. If you are okay with this it's definitely a good experience, with a really nice staff, clean hotel and a interesting look into the capsule hotel life in Japan 😊
- Carlos (4/5): Disappointing - Localization You cannot take your luggage to the room, you can only walk around the hotel in your bathrobe.
- Naram (5/5): Passable - shoes management Noisy
There is old woman sitting in the bathroom.
- Leighton (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mark (8/5): Chaep Capsule Hotel with many facilities - Their facilities that this capsule hotel offers like the public sauna & spa are superb. Additionally, they have a convenient restaurant and message parlor down on the lower levels. And the recreation room for guests to relax and unwind is great too, with backslid chairs which are more comfortable to sleep on then the capsule mattress. It's an cheap & economical capsule hotel for men. And in most cases, the bedding can usually be expected to be mediocre at best, which is exactly the case here. Additionally, there is a 2-hour time block between 10am to 12pm where they close the capsule hotel for cleaning and guests need to leave during that time. So certain travelers may find that to be off-putting.
- Raqhalzine (7/5): Value for money - It is in a good location nearby to Dotonburi and Kuromon Market. You can also walk to Denden Town from here. The capsules are quiet and soundproof. Privacy is also good. You can buy drinks by scanning your key. Lockers are too small and should preferably be on the same floor as the capsules.
- Young (10/5): Enjoy the stay.... - Capsule area for sleeping is ok and looks new or well maintained and sleek. Onsen area looks run down but facilities ok. Good sauna. More locals here than foreign tourists...They charged daily even though I booked 2 nights stay - meaning ...pay one time first day and second time the second day the daily rate. The simple shorts provided look simple and old....., but u dont have to wear them....You may hear snoring sound in bed...depends on your luck..
- Bamrenzie (5/5): Passable -
- Marlon (10/5): Very cozy and feature-rich capsule hotel - Everything is perfectly clean. There's plenty facilities to use. The spa is great!
It's very quiet at all times - perfect to get used to the time zone ;)
Staff is very friendly and helpful. Yet, English is not spoken.
