• Adam (7/5): - Boravak na brodu je bio veoma interesantan, posebno za decu De: Der Aufenthalt auf dem Schiff war sehr interessant, besonders für Kinder Nije nam se dopao miris dizela u brodu, koji je bio konstantan. Nisu imali našu prijavu i najavu boravka 🤷 . Brod nije dovoljno bezbedan za boravak dece. Nema besplatnog parkinga iako je napisano da u blizini ima besplatan parking (taj besplatan parking je od subote 6:00 do nedelje 19:00 a ostalim danima se plaća), što znači da nije besplatan kako je opisano i iziskuje dodatne troškove. Ulazak na brod je veoma otežan, jer možeš da se preskače ograda, nema direktnog ravnog ulaza!!! De: Uns gefiel der ständige Dieselgeruch im Boot nicht. Sie hatten weder unseren Antrag noch unsere Aufenthaltsankündigung 🤷. Das Schiff ist nicht sicher genug für Kinder. Es gibt keine kostenlosen Parkplätze, obwohl in der Nähe ein kostenloser Parkplatz steht (kostenloses Parken ist von Samstag 6:00 Uhr bis Sonntag 19:00 Uhr möglich, an anderen Tagen ist es kostenpflichtig). Das bedeutet, dass der Parkplatz nicht wie beschrieben kostenlos ist und zusätzliche Kosten verursacht. Der Zugang zum Schiff ist sehr schwierig, da man über den Zaun springen kann und es keinen direkten Zugang gibt!!!
• Jonathan (1/5): The pictures looked really special on Booking.com but no so special in reality. - We did not end up staying. About three months ago we booked accommodation in Amsterdam. We checked the, Loft Boat, posting on Booking, the pictures looked very beautiful and appropriate. The boat seemed really suitable, so we were ready to pay in advance a very expensive sum of about Eur 1,272.00 for 4 nights. Unfortunately, on the designated date, we arrived at the place in the afternoon and were shocked. The boat is moored in a corner, there is no easy access to enter, adjacent to it is a tall post all rusted, the boat is rusty, the rooms are very small, and in addition. A few minutes after arriving, we felt sick from the motion of the boat. Only after we paid did we receive an update from the landlord that we would have to fill up a water tank every day and that it would be better to shower in the shared showers in the marina, some walk away. After additional updates we received it made us question the boat value, from boats bad looks inside and out, the need worries about water levels and a need to use shared showers in the marina. Is it appropriate to ask for such a high Price? The entrance to the yacht is really dangerous for me, I am a 66-year-old beautiful Lady. The pictures looked really special on Booking.com but no so special in reality. I immediately contacted the manager/owner and explained that we are NOT staying, in what felt like false advertising. We asked for maybe he would give us half the amount due to the disappointment and the failure to fulfill the promise of a special place to stay. We repeatedly answered in the negative. We were lucky to find suitable accommodation for our 4 day stay in Amsterdam.
