• Slawko (10/5): - Me encanto la decoración, el personal y la habitación era muy cómoda y el baño tambien, tienen sillas masajeadoras que son excelentes, y muchas cositas de higiene personal que puede elegir en la entrada y llevar a tu habitación Tienen un jacuzzi privado en la última planta pero aunque esta la opción de recircular el agua, nunca llega a estar limpio, cuando entre tenia hasta pelos, me salí inmediatamente, de resto todo excelente

• Kazuhisa (8/5): Unique experience with free drink and food close to Ikebukuro busy area - Free drink(sale & shouchu) and food (soup, bread and sweets). Ground floor eating place is wide and comfortable. I love the massage chair very much.

• Dara (10/5): So many wonderful amenities and great staff made for a comfortable happy stay! - They were incredibly accommodating and helped insure that all of our needs were met. They also held onto our luggage between check in/out and flights!
• Erin (8/5): It was a very pleasant hotel with lot of fun amenities. - The location was within a 10 minute walk of Ikebukuro station.There were a lot of free amenities like a variety of shampoos and lotions. There was free coffee, soup and appetizers in the lobby. There was a stone sauna that my mom thoroughly enjoyed. There wasn’t much floor space to open luggage and rummage around, but that is to be expected in a Tokyo hotel room. The price was a bit higher than the other Tokyo hotels we stayed in, but there were a lot of amenities that made up for the price difference.

• Jon (5/5): I would have loved the hotel if Booking.com hadn't offered me a grossly inflated rate. - Staff, especially cleaning staff, were exceptionally patient and courteous. The decor was fine. There seemed to be a lot of free amenities available, though I did not try them. The price Booking.com gave me was double the price advertised at the front counter in Japanese.

• Christian (9/5): Tolles (Love- &) Hotel - Dekoration ist sehr ansprechend, kostenlose Getränke u Alkohol, kostenlose mini Küchlein u Croissants. Zimmer sauber mir riesigen TV. Bad mit TV. Alles wirklich toll eingerichtet viele kostenlose Zusatzartikel und Pflegeprodukte. ich bin 14:30 angekommen. Check-In ist 15:00. Ich musste lange Diskussion halten, ob ich zumindest meine Koffer bereits im Hotel belassen kann um die Stadt in der Nähe zu erkunden und etwas zu Essen. Erst nach langem Hin und Her haben sie meine Koffer aufs Zimmer gebracht, ich selbst darf es aber erst ab 15:00 betreten, ansonsten Zuzahlung fällt. Was für ein Schwachsinn. Das Comfort - Zimmer wirkt auf den Bildern größer als es in Realität ist. Das Doppelbett ist ca 120cm breit. Am Boden gibts kaum Platz für 2 Koffer. Für mich als Single alles ausreichend.

• Rachel (10/5): Perfect spot - I was initially nervous about the hotel being a little sketchy given that it’s a love hotel. Don’t worry, it’s very nice and charming. We loved all of the amenities, the free drinks, massage chairs, etc. We had really sore feet after a 20000+ step day. The massage chairs and the hot foot ball tub (on 7th floor) were a great way to recharge. As for the neighborhood, it was very authentic, safe, less touristy and less busy. The area is less expensive, which leaves more money for sushi! Lots of cute restaurants, shopping, etc. We are thankful to have ended up there. Everything was great.

• Sarah (7/5): Good - It’s themed really fun. Big bathroom and tub, The room was much smaller than the Osaka location. But still nice. Location wasn’t to far from the station but on the other end from the shopping.
• Nikolay (10/5): Great idea for a romantic trip! - The hotel is a good value for money, don't forget that the hotel is a resort type, with a great number of free services like jaccuzi, massage, free bar and lounge and a great number of free amentities from games and books to shampoo and bath salts. Everything was great, I can only recommend to open a smoking area somewhere closer to lounge and front desk as it is in Petit Bali
